Logs
Took us longer than expected. Quite funny that we were about to give-up and walk away and one last glance was all that needed. Walla.. Reverse Psychology!! Log sheet has become a paper pulp, which is dry now.. TFTC
Great. A nice easy find by M. Quite reachable. The log was damp but we did manage to sign it.
An interesting place to put a cache! The container needs attention though. Tftc
Log needs replacing as it’s a bit mouldy! The container doesn’t shut properly either so could use some TLC! Cool spot though. TFTC!
Quick find by ccb 26. Getting pretty old and mouldy and no longer watertight. Recommend replacing
Down from Northland for a one week trip to Christchurch to pick up some solved puzzles, challenges, unusual cache types, Jasmer grid fillers, as well as a few others in passing.
Heading up Mt Pleasant, decided to stop off to look for this one on my way up. No problem with muggles and once the GPS settled and I realised the significance of the hint, the cache was soon located, log signed and replaced safe and secure as found. TFTC

Loved the clue... Thanks
It delights me that I have walked past this cache for years as a muggle... So cool. Thanks

Had a great day out and about caching in Canterbury, many thanks to all the cache placer's.Thanks Bitsprayer
Found on a caching journey into Mid Canterbury today with Bitsprayer and Erninz. All caches found in good condition. Really enjoyed the challenge and the many hours spent on the puzzles caches to unravel the coordinates. Also great to travel along the many roads in the area. Many thanks to the various cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. TFTC
Amazing views up here but the wind must be really strong as I noticed the horizontal fence opposite as we got out of the vehicle. Walked back up the road any my heart sank when I saw the rock but fortunately Bitsprayer saw something suspicious and the smiley was quickly gained.
Thanks

Canterbury Anniversary Day find. Sunny day. Just saw something a little different. Nice wee hiding place. TFTC
Wow what a tricky clever wee hide. Had us looking and looking tried many different ideas we thought were good. Then started again, we were making it to hard. Thanks so much for the cache Moosebreeder1. Will give a fav as enjoyed the challenge.
Found this one while in NZ for a week with my daughter.
TFTC - fave point.

Found after a bit of a search, what a clever hide well done. TFTC needs new logbook.
Surprisingly quick find here, could have taken forever. Hardest part was finding a safe parking spot. Quite a bit of log to stuff back into container, but just managed it. TFTC Moosebreeder1.
This afternoon brother in law Hamish and I headed toward the hills for a few hours caching while the ladies had other plans. First time for me up these roads for many years, loved the views.

Hooray! Another previous dnf off my back. I've looked here so many times but today I saw the hiding place straightaway. There are 2 containers stashed in there. One's a bit fragile. Signed both. Thanks for the cache.

Found on a dog walk.
I tried my best with all the reverse psychology skills I could muster but still GM was the one who found the cache.
TFTC!

I was quite pleased at how quickly I spotted the caches hiding place. Bit puzzled as to why there are two logs though. I signed them both.
Now to walk all the way back to McCormack's Bay. I think I should be able to claim bonus terrain points for walking all the way here from sea level!! TFTC and have a favourite from me.

16.30.. tftc.. our 2nd time here .. few more caches under belt now.. signed 2 logs.. awesome hide
Early start to the day with daughter on a geocaching mission day! We spent most of the daylight hours out and about, and covered quite a bit of ground in the day. We signed the logs Team Polak for brevity and to save paper, even though some of the caches one of us has found before. Great day to be out, even though it started chilly and finished likewise. We looked and clambered around for ages, until something I spotted was not quite right - or very right form a cacher's point of view. We only signed one container, the one that came out first. TFTC!!

I took a day off annual leave from motherhood, and left the baby with hubby. - And meanwhile, mum & I went out geocaching!! My goal is to have under 500 geocaches within 80km by the time I go back to work - and that's really close, so gotta get about 150 more finds within 4 weeks! Eeek!
So we headed off towards the port hills/lyttelton, and then also picked up a trade me purchase in Burnham!
Ended up with 30 odd finds - not quite as many as planned, but I am starting to have bigger gaps between caches!!
Second visit here - and still took forever! Plus needed a PAF! In the end it was obvious with an expanded area. Just so many places to look!

Decided to take the afternoon off work for a bit of "me time" so obviously headed out geocaching. This was the first stop of the afternoon. Spotted something out of place reasonable quickly. Two containers there, so signed both logs. Thanks for the cache.
Found on this visit. I stepped back, thought about it and spotted the location. Still lots of traffic! Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. BJ25.

We had an epic bike trip up Dyers Pass Rd - up to the sign of the Kiwi (which was shut today - sad!) and along the Summit Rd, then ripping down Mt Pleasant Road. Unfortunately there was a very cold wind up on the Summit Road, but once we were back on the flat it was another beautiful day. This made a break from tightly gripping the brakes to slow the ascent!! Great spot and nicely hidden cache, TFTC
Very tricky with two small children with me on road edge. I think I might have more fun on my own!
Looked for about 10 minutes in two wrong places. Geodog was getting restless, started back up hill and spotted it! Awesome. Tftc
Well, this had me going! Almost going to give up when - - - Gottcha! tricky retrieval and 2 are there, I only got one and signed. Great hide! TFTC
Walking past decided to have yet another look and spotted it easily this time - even wondered if something had changed since previous searches? The container had a log "book" but no pen or pencil so I didn't log my visit. Was there another container in there as well? Didn't notice it if so. (Some people have mentioned two)
Spent about 10-15 mins looking, DNF. At least 4 cars, 6 joggers and a couple of walkers came past. I've seen it quieter in Hagley Park. Had a good bike ride anyway though. I'll try again another day.
Cute wee hide, difficult to look like I wasn't doing anything dodgy as several trucks drove by.
That's a great micro - TFTC:-). Must say thou I must've struck rush hour...two cyclists, three motos all in a very short time frame!!! Funny!
Found in the rain with treasure hunting Tim. Spotted this cache fairly quickly, a hidey hole that's perfect for a cache
What clever hide! Took about 10 mins of searching then suddenly spotted the likely spot! Bingo! 2 containers, each with a log book .. so signed both!
One of five caches I located on the hills on a pleasant Monday morning. Didn't take too long to find. Two cache containers on site - interesting! Signed the more recent logbook. #794. TFTC.
My first geocache!! Found after searching back and forth for a good ten minutes. Very cute little possie
Cool hiding place! Cache was a little wedged, but managed to get it out eventually. Gulp is right!
Found It!
What a great hide. This one gets a favourite tick from me too.
As small and well hidden as this is I thought it a great place for a travel bug so I've left one there a little one...
Happy caching...

Got it! Was about to give up, then spotted the wee blighter! Gets a fav point tftc
I have been here once before many years ago with no success so knew where to park. Found the road was actually closed around GZ so nowhere near as much traffic as last time. The cache hidey hole this time was spotted relatively quickly by both Chelzea and myself at the same time. So glad to have finally got this one and a neat wee hiding spot. TFTC
Was a bit apprehensive by this one as it looked like it could be tricky. I was eyeing up this cache because it would satisfy a 'date placed' tick on my matrix and CO would know about 'box ticking' . I have driven down this road a few times before and knew I needed to park up the road to be on the safe side. Glad to have had my canterbury camo on as I walked down. I approached GZ and spotted the wee hidey hole straight away!!! So relieved. It was a cunning hide and good camo. Love to see cool wee spots like these. Just perfect for a cache. Glad to have had this one so quickly. Now I might have time to grab a nearby multi before my 'detour' home ends.
Thanks for the cache.

Hunted for this one two years ago with no luck. Returned today and found in less than a minute. Ain't caching strange!!! A great place to hide one. Now with a little insulation tape to stop things falling out. Thanks.
Luckily, I spotted this one fairly quickly before too many folks drove or walked by. Beautiful views up this way. TFTC.
Great find from Beks! Awesome little hiding spot. Was clambering in completely the wrong spot but eventually got it! TFTC
Yay finally found this one!!! Always used car gps but it was never accurate here, would you believe I lost my pen getting here, but I did find it! will have to come back another day. P.S there are two containers there?!?
This was my second attempt at this and this time I found it in about a minute!
Amazing how you can look at things differently from one day to the next. TFTC

In the area for a lovely mornings family walk. Stopped off to grab this one, quickly spotted. Nice wee hide. Wee dudes enjoyed feeding and patting the nearby minature horses...Thanks.
Nice little hiding spot. We both found it at exactly the same time. TFTC
Thanks for replacing the cache. Popped by again this afternoon while the kids were amusing themselves at sea level. Found as expected. TFTC.
TFTC. Thanks for replacing this cache. I was pleased to find it where I had thought it should be. Still looking pretty bleak for residents up here.
Found with Mporokosa. Quickly spotted if you think what you are looking for. TFTC.
I've now replaced the cache, in exactly the same location, so it is all up and go again.
I checked on this cache a couple of days ago. It has gone, so I'll need to get up there in the next couple of days to replace it.
I thought I had spied the likely location, but nothing there. I didn't go upwards, maybe I should have?
I thought it was going to be a tough one - micro with no hints...
but it turned out to be easy enough to spot. TFTC.

Quick find with incline duly appreciated was we huffed and puffed back to the car.
Cheers.
