The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. There were road works happening on that corner which would have made it difficult, but by the looks of previous logs, looks like this one is long gone.
I noticed this one hasn't been found for a while (along with the disappearance of some of the other matrix series caches).
I've been a big fan of these and, despite never getting a chance to find this one, would be happy to take it over if the cache owner can not be contacted. I have a friend who has found it so they can show me where it needs to go if a) the spot is still reachable and b) I receive ownership of this cahce. If the orignal location can not be reached I would find another suitable spot quite nearby.

I've tried contacting the cache owner via messages on here, via their personal website and no response. I'm pretty sure it's time to box this one.
I've had a look at the stats, CO hasn't logged on since December 2010, has a dozen odd caches and most are DNF's, can this one be archived as it's gone?
I am now convinced the cache has gone. This is my third time back and this time I had read all the previouslogs logs so had a pretty good idea of its location.
Nothing nadda, zip!
Would love CO to check out and confirm (and give a hint)

Same as previous logs.
No construction, but I couldn't find the cache anywhere either.

Construction barricades have gone but no sign of cache. Couls co pls check
Bugger! Should have read previous logs before trying this one. Still building works going on... Next!
I wouldn't have even started searching for this if I'd read some of the previous logs. There is definatley no way in there without climbing and going to jail.
Glad I am not the only one who came to the same conclusion. Didnt realise there were other DNF's until I tried to find it. Shame
this is the second time i have searched for this one, I definitely think it is time the owner checked it out because I think I'm not finding it due to the construction work.
Didn't find this one, looked for about 20 mins the the geo dad and the geo sis but to no prevail, There are construction works on at he moment and i don't know weather this might be affecting the cache location.
After visiting the Blue Mountains was a little bit of time to cache. This box was no problem.

Nearly gave up due to hoarding in place. Nice spot. Notepaper had been added.
There are a number of different logs in the form of scraps of paper. This needs a new log.
Also in town for the TAM Australia Skeptic conference. Grabbed some interviews with the presenters. Checkout skepdot.com soon to hear them. Log is full and so are the scraps of paper that have been added.
Easy find on a quiet Saturday. Attending the TAMS Skeptic conference at a nearby Masonic centre and needed to clear my mind at lunchtime by chasing down some unicorns and improbable caches. TFTC.
Found the cache with Geo_Lightly after having a few issues with the compass with all the overhead interference. Lots of people around on their way home from work, so spent a bit of time trying not to look too conspicuous. Thanks for the cache.
Last morning in Sydney with sniffme, so dashed out to try for a few final caches.
TFTC!

Staying at a nearby hotel. Decided to do this one on my way to dinner! By the way, this cache is located close to 3 great Thai cafes/restaurants.
Cache needs maintenance. I've left an extra slip of paper but the cache is overly full.

Took a bit; eventually found it.

TFTC. looks a bit different in daylight. Bag found this one as soon as the intersection came within view . she's getting good at this I think.

I almost asked that question when I arrived at GZ to find some huge plastic bollard things blocking the footpath !
My GPSr had GZ just to the side of these, and fortunately with the greater inaccuracy in the urban environment, it was actually further away from GZ than I thought - and led to an easier find !
Well, that is, if this sneaky hide can be called easy........
Thanks for the cache, bainsworld !

Took a few minutes to find it, considering the muggles were out for Friday night fun times - but we got it. Thanks!
Nice little cache, took a while to find as we were trying to not look suss but it was where we had 1st thought. Can't believe this was the location in the movie!
Found it in a few minutes. It has been moved about 5 metres from GZ. TFTC. TNLNSL.
spent ages looking for this; GPS all over the place; I'm obviously on the wrong wavelength. TFTC!
Finally after several looks over several years I took a fresh set of eyes and found it.
Finally found this one. Had a fresh set of eyes to help me and we found it no trouble at all.
Found this one previously with Club Bindi, so it was just a matter of returning to sign the log
Easy find. Heads up the slider is cracked and may need replacement. TFTC

Yay, found my first Matrix-cache! Was looking for another one earlier, but couldn't find that one. Was looking for this one too for a while trying to look as unsuspicious as possible and finally found it! TFTC!
0200hrs After cattledog81 found this, it was high on my list... took a few days to get here, but alas grabbed the chance in the dark of the night.. Had two geofriends with me for the support.
Found by edmil. In Sydney for a bit of work. After flying in and checking into the hotel I needed to stretch the old legs so decided to nab a couple of nearby caches. Arfter taking Dragon Tales of the list. I took a walk to this one. Must be a real vortex around here as the GPS had me going in all directions. However I let it settle down for a while and I was soon able to pinpoint the location. A brief rest and I soon had the critter in hand. Log signed and cache replace. Thanks for the challenge and the cache.
In town for a meeting, and had arrived with time to spare, so what else to do but grab a cache or two! Relied on the mobile phone for this one, and to its credit and my surprise I got to GZ and found the cache soon after. The rain kept muggle interference to a minimum, but it wasn't heavy enough for a repeat of the Adam Street Bridge scene. Thanks for the cache bainsworld

Ducked out for lunch while working in the city today. Log is FULL so added a piece of paper. TFTC
Visiting Sydney - Saw Wicked - which was fantastic!Thought we would do a few neaby caches. GPS always plays up in Sydney but we managed to get pretty close & from there it was were we suspected. Geowife found this one. Needs new log urgently
Managed to squeeze our name in too. Funny how when you are caching in Sydney your shoelaces have to keep coming undone....TFTC
My very first and only geocache find in Sydney.
Very cool, I didn't know The Matrix was filmed in Sydney

Definately needs a new log book. Luckily found the last tiny spot on the scrapy bits of paper to sign but no room left now.
Great Spot walked past here e few times and never realised that it was in the movie... Thanks!
Decided to give this one a try while waiting to go see the musical "WICKED" at the Capitol Theatre (by the way it was a great show - highly recommend it) Geowife first said this was where it was going to be but GeoHusband waited till the Gizmo settled and finally locked and bugger me there it was right where she said it would be. TFTF
awww i just saw that there are other matrix geocaches in sydney, but im back home in california now. i downloaded the free geoaching into and this was the closest cache to me. i love the matrix, and i had no idea it was filmed in sydney. when i found this cache started skipping with joy, i was a part of the movie dnsl
My 6th find. Geocache log requires replacement.
Current log is 2 tattered scraps of paper.

Found fairly quickly, although had to wait for drunk muggles on nearby balcony to head back inside before we could retrieve this one. TFTC
Kraden found this one for me, I got confused and took us to the wrong corner of the bridge ^^;. Nice one to end the day on (6th found out of 10 attempted), and another Matrix cache too
Found it on the way to an Everton gathering. Nice easy find too. Thanks for putting the Matrix screenshot in the listing, for it gives it a bit of context. Nice one.
Our first success in the series after failing on previous trips in the past. This one turned out to be easy this time hopefully we can track down some of the others over the next 7 days of our holiday. TFTC.
Found this one while in Sydney celebrating our wedding anniversary. We've never seen the movie, but located the cache reasonably quickly [despite the GPS being a bit fickle with all the tall buildings] and then we seemed to re-enact this pictured scene as there was a huge downpour of rain and we had to take shelter in the tunnell! While there we signed the log - but it is very full so needs to be replaced. TFTC
Visiting from MS, USA. Had a GREAT time in AU. Made a quick find on this one. Strange place for the camo to be attached but made logging in easier. TFTC
Very nice to be at a movie place. I like the matrix movie, but i saw it only two times, so I could not recognize this place.
I will try it in germany to remember, when i am back home. Thanks

This completes the bainsworld Matrix series and we can't rave on enough about how much we've enjoyed it. We went to see a fun, cartoon-like production called Glow at the Opera House recently and laughed our heads off at a take-off on the Neo's elastic antics in the Dodge This scene. Anyway, we found the cache and fortunately 'That Thing' was nowhere in sight!! SL TFTC Cheers...........Gaztek
PS the lid to the cache container has a small split in it and could allow water in if not placed properly.

Found this cache today on second try. First time I forgot my pen. Was easy to get it when sitting down near the cache and just grabbing it when all muggles where looking the other way. Thanks for showing me this shooting location, I would never have thought some of the Matrix scenes where shot here...
We managed to find this easily while visiting Sydney to see Wicked - if only the others in the series were the same! TFTC brainsworld

Another lunchtime cache close to work - My gizmo was sending me all over the shop, but my trusty compass gave me a solid bearing to GZ from a distance. Log is VERY full - could do with maintenance - didnt have suitable materials with me to improvise. TNLN SL TFTC
