Thought I had a good idea given the other one close by but no luck. Looked in a few other possibilities but still nothing.
House sitting in Bathurst, of course, includes Geocaching!
Walked from Twilight, as the entry there fromHope Street is locked tight.
Log book has disintegrated (photo). hatzofff pit in a new one.
Log signed and cache replaced as found at 10:42 AM on January 4, 2023. TFTC, Team AAA

Travelling and caching with RoddyC to Canberra & Bathurst before returning home.
A quick find but as previous finder said the log was wet. The cache is being placed over a drainage hole and after last night's rain it was full of water and log was mush. Have replaced log and shifted along missing the hole. Sorry did not have stone paper with me.

Found it, you need to slide past the fence but the neighbours know and it’s just council land. The log is completely wet and ruined so next finders maybe bring a new one with a bag if you can.
Didn't think lightning strikes twice in the same place.. apparently it does also note there's no access from the road you need to come from the other cashe
Happy Palindrome day 22/2/22 an extraordinary find. I have been here many times looking for this one. Come across 2 snakes 2 people 2 dogs lol and found at 2.22pm. Stealth was required. So I am lucky with this one and now onto the next... happy two’s day. Thank you for the cache.

# 7515 In Bathurst with iPlod65 for a weekend of socialising, parkrun and geocaching of course. The weather hasn't been great, but we got a minor repreive on Sunday with some sun for the first time.
I was last here back in April but only grabbed a few. Good to be back to reclaim some DNFs and see some more of the micro-capital of the central west.
Another quick find by iplod65 using the same strategy.
Thanks Team AAA

We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Bathurst for a 9 day holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback Camper Trailer at the Bathurst NRMA Big4 Caravan Park, and plan to collect some caches & Adventure Labs in the Bathurst and surrounding areas.
Today we visited a couple of the Garage Sale Trail sites before driving up to Eglinton for a small cache cluster, then headed down through the western suburbs of Bathurst and to the town centre for lunch, collecting a few caches along the way including an Earthcahe. We then did a short driving loop west of Bathurst, and then another short drive along White Rock Road, to grab a few more caches. Finished the day with a few caches at Glanmire. This was the 2nd of 22 finds for the day (day , and 142nd find of the holiday.
We walked to this one along the pathway, after finding "Twilight", and was another nice quick find at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. We saw a horse being exercised behind a ute in the yard below GZ. Now we are off to the Lions Club Garage Sale Trail site just a few streets away from here. TFTC Team AAA.

Sticky in between. Levee track good for htbrid cycling. Off lease dog walkers. Tftc
No luck here for me.
I had a look around, then I noticed I was being watched from the house at the end of the road so I walked away to the next cache.
Had another quick look on my way back but still nothing spotted.

Found it! That was fun!
Geo-grandson spotted this one first.
A muggle asked us what we were doing. So beware. TFTC

Best not to do this one at night. The lady in the nearby house was pretty concerned about the flashlights and contacted police. Quick and easy grab!
Better to do during the day as nearby neighbor has concerns, it was an easy find
Having read the previous log, I decided to take a look myself about the wasp situation. Sure enough, there were two of the nests and plenty of wasps buzzing about. So before getting too serious I emailed the last finder about the possibility of getting stung, but he said not to worry if I'm looking in the right places. So off I went again, and sure enough, he was right. Made the find and signed the log without injury. Thanks for the hide.
Don't go to the back of GZ there is 2 wasp or Hornets nests found after a second closer look TFTC
Found out Geocaching with Venturers from Bathurst and Orange. Thanks for bringing us to this interesting spot.
Nice view out over the plain, if you head to the opposite side of the cache, TFTC
A brief weekend trip to Bathurst with fitzy_1965.
Our main aim was to find previous DNF's and a few others along the way.
A quick find here today......ok, who am I kidding......this took us way too long....and circled way too many times. So glad we finally found it!

16,857. Found during a short visit to the Bathurst region with minniek.
Short overnight camping stay in Bathurst and we took some time for some caches. I'm not sure why but I've never visited this cache before in all my caching trips here - weird. Anyway today was the day, and we spent far too long searching searching searching but no luck, being distracted in one area mainly. Just before giving up I tried another area for the second time and - phew - found the cache. Bad case of cache blindness there ! Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next one.
Thanks Team AAA !!
