As Geofrqman said the cache container was floating in water and the log was soaked. After drying it out, putting another log in I had to place it a couple feet away where it was dry. So look you will find it.
This was an interesting grab. Veganmimi made the mad dash for this cache when we arrived at GZ. The container was bobbing in a pool of water. She snagged it and dried out the container. The log was a ball of mush. We put in a new log and new sealed baggie. TFTC TNLN SL
Last cache of a night of craziness and adventure. Surprisingly...none of us did our research on this cache. But hey...we're here....lets wing it. Our GPS zero'd out but NOTHING. hmph...What do we do now!?! 671Stargazer follows her instincts and bam! Found the cache but couldn't sign it. The log was too wet.

sherbear, samfel, stargazer and I had just got a cache nearby and this was our absolute stop before I dropped everyone back to their cars. Might I add that THIS is the reason why I like to "do my homework" and read cache discriptions and hints before I jump into a cache! We could've been in and out on this one if we knew what we were looking for! It would've also been helpful to know that the coords only take you to the PARKING LOT!! ahaaaa...sam and I completely demolished a stump that was about 2ft off GZ! *whooops*
After about ten minutes of searching near the "GZ" stargazer had enough sense to think about the title. she grabs a flashlight and sure enough BINGO! In retrospect, the hint said it all....*whoops, again!* for not reading the discription!
We couldn't sign the log because it was really soaked.

This was actually our first attempt at geocaching, which failed because the area was full of water. Went back at night and waited for the rent-a-muggle to do his rounds. The log was too wet to write on--so we put a sticker on the bag. It was a huge relief to finally scratch this one off our list.
Log was super wet. And may I add, super stinky! Yea I don't know why we smelled it.
Log is soaked. unable to sign. the cache was in a puddle of water when we found it.
Found it, no problem, but it was sitting in a pool of water and water had leaked into the container. The log sheet was a bit damp but you could still write on it.
Out without my best caching guide Blygoat as he is off-island and I must cache the old fashioned way. Thanks for a nice hide on my favorite island! TFTS
Found this cache with Wandahfoh at 11:45 pm tonight and with this find, I'm all cached out! As of tonight, I have found all of the caches currently on Guam before tomorrow's event. This cache just happens to be in the parking lot of the building where I work.
I was out caching all day today with MJW71772, Curtz311 and Wandahfoh. Was able to be there when Mikey cached out at Kiss and Make up. What a great accomplishment by Mike! He found all of the caches on Guam in just 2 months since he started caching. I can't imagine what he will do in the states with the thousands of caches there! Should be awesome! TFTC-SL TNLN
BTW-I figured out the connection between the name of the cache and where it is hidden. I believe it's a message to all Guam Geocachers to take care.
