Logs
Like others have mentioned, the coordinates are slightly off. The cache is closer to the swings than it appears on the map. I added a fresh scrap of paper for the log, and an Among Us figurine for swaps. TFTC, my first find in New Zealand!
Found it took a while almost had a mental brake down finding it needs a new log sheet if your heading here bring a spear bit of paper#glassladybug
Took a while to find this cache, I agree with the previous finder, focus on the second part of the hint regarding the swing. The co ordinates have obviously drifted since 2008 so I was 11m away from GZ at the cache site. Tftc
Took longer then it should have to find this one but after reading a recent log we soon figured out where we needed to be. Seems this cache could do with a hint and coordinate update along with a new log. Found with Elliot13. TFTC
I had an appointment at Collingwood Centre and left work a bit earlier to look for this GC while here. As others, started on wrong side of the river, back to the street to cross and just then I heard kids screaming "Can you get the ball from the river", again and again. So I took off my shoes, went in the river to get the ball, crossed to the other side once more (this time just through the water) to give the ball back to the young boy at the wall of the school ground. Back through the water but not much time left to look for the GC. Went to my appointment and came back afterwards. I got mislead by finding the "first" hint objects immediately and started searching around there. So many possible great hiding holes, but no cache found there. Went over to the second part of the hint and searched there, found the little container then.
Not the first place I looked, but soon found one I expanded my search, nice place for a hide, TFTC
Couldnt find it this time. Clues and logs not seeming to line up. May need attention
Our first geocache find!! Found it after quite a search, hint was a bit confusing but comments from previous logs were helpful! Yay! This is fun!
I went to the wrong side of the river first but after reading the hint, it's pretty easy. Tftc
There seem to be two containers here and a wet log. Cache may have been abandoned by owner.
Now we receivedcthe South Island and the city Nelson. Our first cache here was this one.
Unfortunately the logbook is wet, we put a dry piece of paper in the can.

This was another one of those that I was searching for some time ago while my anti-caching wife steamed in the car. I gave up then, but not today and found the cx. TFTC.
Nice and quite little park, never knew about this place thanks for showing new places. Tftc
pretty marshy and overgrown, couldn't locate bag talked about in previous posts
Was passing by so dropped of a micro container for this one. The bag was migrating amongst the leaves already.
Second time back here after an extensive search and no luck. Wondered if it had vanished but decided to give it another go. Found a couple of cache-sized plastic bags immediately which didn't give me high hope's, but phone was putting me in a slightly different spot this time, closer to the swings. Spotted the edge of a plastic bag reasonably quickly and on retrieval saw it had log and a few other bits. No container anywhere. Log was quite damp. TFTC

The container is missing. Founds souvenirs and pen with plastic bag but no container!
Lovely spot. Only pen, log and marble as mentioned by others. I don't think it will last long.
We think we have found it all that remains is a screwed log and a purple pen on the ground behind the tree stump
Might need checking on-spot has seen better days? From clues we are in he right place but no joy
Definite secret spot here ... flat phones and darkness made this a bit harder. But managed to finish our cache outing with no DNF's today. Tftc
A caching saturday adventure out with Missnboys and introducing lululovesponge to geocaching. Almost a DNF but just at the last second I saw something that showed we were nearby. and ta-da cache found. Logbook was soggy - so we have replaced with waterproof paper and a bag. TFTC
Was my sisters first find. She was so excited. Put in a little doggy bag to keep the notes from getting wet.
I have a 3 month sabbatical mostly traveling around the planet. My goal is to find and log 1000 caches. New Zealand is my 4th station traveling from south Christchurch to north Auckland, my first visit here, its far away. This is my sabbatical-cache #621.
Me and my sister came here to look for our first geocache and it took as a very long time to find it but it felt very good when we did find it.

First time finding a cache and me and my sister took ages to find it but it felt good when we actually found it
