This puzzle was on the "complete yet to get" list for quite some time. I think i solved it when i was sick and pregnant (my baby is now 4 mths old :0 ).
This morning we were using the local community facilities (Geo son has mini tennis there) and we thought we might make the 150m walk to grab this one! The cache was located quickly (by Geoson) and promptly signed.
Thanks for the cache Merekats!

Another puzzle found on our puzzle solve collecting day. Good little puzzle.

TFTC and puzzle Merekats!
We had attempted to solve this cache earlier this year but had to settle for four possibilities. We looked for the cache when we visited Canberra in April but without success. We subsequently learnt that the cache was missing at that time. We kept it on watch and noticed happily that maintenance had been completed recently and the cache was now available. So it was a priority on our "to be found list" for our current visit to Canberra. We used the most likely set of the four sets of coordinates for our initial search. We got to GZ and within a minute the cache was in hand. We were very pleased. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Merekats.
I had solved this one a while ago but was never sure of my answer but after chatting with some other cachers we had the same coordinates so it certainly seemed like this was the place to go. We found what seems likely to have been the original hide location very quickly and went for a look around in the 5m radius to find the new hide. shinydragon was on fire today and had the hide before long. A nice location, just a pity we missed out on what sounds like a very cool original container. TFTC.
While in the area (caching) we were keen to find this solved puzzle's cache. Adorable puzzle and clever & cute hide. Thank you!
Finally found it, thanks for repairing it.
Provided a nice public holiday excuse for a bike ride and managed to do a 10km round trip with some good hills.
There were a couple of muggles coming past, so had to be "repairing the bike" so as not to look too suspicious. Probably looked suspicious anyway.
Thanks again for this puzzle, it certainly had us stumped for a while.
cheers

623. Solved the puzzle a couple of months ago and checked out GZ briefly and after reading the logs, just assumed it wasnt there. Nice to see it up and running again. So visited GZ again and this time success in the dark. Got back to the car and the wing and rain started so I was quite happy with my efforts. Thanks Merekats for getting this one going again as I now have a new " closest to home unfound cache". Thanks for the cute puzzle and the hide.
This cache is the first one we attempted when we found out about caching from an ABC radio interview with a member of Geocaching NSW . Great to knock this one off our list. Thanks for repairing the cache. Like the puzzle. Cheers.
took ages for us to nut out the puzzle, we think we have it right but cant find the cache. The last couple of logs show "didnt find" so hope this one can get repaired.
If we have the puzzle wrong, that is fine as well - we will go back to our thinking chairs and try to work it out.

Enjoyed the puzzle, took a few wrong detours but got there in the end. Near GZ the ground looks as though it has been sprinkled with parmesan cheese and grilled.
very good puzzle as well... arrival gz to found cache very well as no problem... thanks
I thought it was only natural that a Rat find a Cheese cache. Apparently the previous container would have fitted well with me.
Thankfully with it being late at night we had the area to ourselves.
Thanks

Once again we parked in a strange place but given the early nature of the day very few others passed us by. Still enjoyed the hunt for cheese. I think from memory this one may of been a damp log.

Took some time to sort out the puzzle but eventually got a set of co-ords that looked good.

A nice puzzle that had me going a little, but solved in the end !
Approaching GZ, I had to dodge the muggle traffic before making an easy find !

My friend solved this one for me (he's not a geocacher). I do like the puzzle. I did this one before sport at the M power dome. TFTC
I had to stop nearby for supplies so I thought it would be a good opportunity to search for this cache. I liked the location but strangely I found the cache completely uncovered and slightly damp. I did my best to cover it back up where I thought it should go but it may need a check when you get the chance.
Thanks for the fun puzzle and the nice location today.

I solved this about six months ago, but have never had cause to be on this side of town until now (baby shower .... don't ask).
I actually really like the puzzle by the way, fun yet simple (once the solution appears). Well done on a good cache all round.
Cheers Merekats.

At last we found this one. Solved a while ago but never had the coordinates with us before when we were close by.
We solved this a while ago but today were in the area with the coordinates. The cache was exposed. We put it in a nearby spot at GZ. TFTC
Stumbled across this puzzle today, and as luck would have it, I was visiting the area this evening anyway .
After a couple of false starts, the working of the puzzle revealed itself, and off I went on my errands with geogirl.
I've not had much luck finding micro caches yet, and after a minute or two at GZ began to wonder if this one was another to add to the list of not-yet-founds. Then geogirl began poking around in the right place, and it was found!

I must have spent ages on this puzzle when it first came up. Recently I've not had much luck and I came across the puzzle again and it just hit me. Maybe my luck it turning!
Finally found it! Hmm looks like I hadn't looked absolutely everywhere after all. Great puzzle, nice and easy and very cute. Thankyou Merekats for this lovely cache.
Had to solve this one to find out why it was too close to my original hide for Twisted Pastimes (still to be re-hidden).
Found it with Thelostmatt after lunch at the local shops (when he finally showed up )

another grand sunny canberra day for a cache hunt.... found this one with twistedk after getting lost in the suberbs (oman??).
Yay! found it and it was on ground and part of it exposed.. now it covered well. Thanks for leading us here.
Accompanied with sevabo, At last we found the cache. SL. Thanks Merekats for organising the puzzle and hunt.
Clever!! It took me a moment to get it - I started comparing to my compass and then it hit me.
NOTE: Due to construction taking place on Isabella Drive - and apparently the bridge being out for a couple more days - I've moved the cache 30m North of it's original location, as the muggles cars were parked right where it was hidden and I couldn't get it back there without them noticing. I will move it back this saturday!!

Went there but not confident myself if I am correct the final coordinate.... SMILE...
couldn't find any cheese or mice but found the cach right where we thought it would be
Found it quite easily at night. I looked at this one a few times, then someone at work pointed out the obvious. Also given the description you could easily brute force the only possible locations.

Are please to report that the "Cheese" is still in place. 5th cache out of 6 attempted for the day. Took a few attempts and an e-mail to the cache owner (who turned out to be the parent of one of my sons friends) to work it out..... but we did get there in the end.
I am sorry to report that some rat has again absconded with the cheese . As the original container was somewhat tricky to make, I may just replace it with a more conventional one.
Hopefully the cache will be back on line soon.

I was wondering why I seemed to have one digit too many when Domin8r pointed out that there was more than one way to find a mouse. Thereafter the superfluous number was discarded and the cache quickly located on a quick drive by during a break in the weather. Thanks for an interesting puzzle.
Really enjoyed the puzzle one that just requires a little creature thought.

A really funny cache all round. The images were great and it took a while before the penny dropped and a useful set of coords popped out.
It was a short search as Robmc found the cache. Oh so appropriate!
I hope it lasts as it gave us a good laugh.
Thanks Merkats.

I tried to follow the little critters adventure but couldn't find a GZ, even after a hint from the owners. So today, armed with a few possibilities, I came out and played with some co-ords and on about the 5th attempt, found something that was close to the cache description.
After a little looking around in the area, the cache container was spied......
Glad to have this 'close to home' cache now found.
Thanks Merekats, at least it was a different way for me to find a GZ.
Cheers,

Twas a cute cache and the puzzle was nice
First cache for the day
Signed and on our way
Where's the cheese? Cos I feel like a slice.
We lost our answer we did a while ago, but thankfully it's a nice easy one to do when you work it out. Fraggles had the cache in hand within seconds, and we were on our way again.

Cute cache. re-hid well, though GZ looks like a drinking spot for a local. lots of cans about (and i did not have a big enough bag to CITO the area.
Note to self: check logs and cache history before running off with original paperwork printed 2 months ago!! Just as well I was looking this week, and not a few weeks earlier!! Found the new location after some searching - actually went back to a grid search as I wasn't sure of my original coord, but turned up approx 5m from it!!!! A very quiet Saturday morning in the area aided my lengthy search. A fantastic hide - a real surprise when I located it! TFTC
Well, this time I had no problems getting the interestingly disguised cache. Thanks.

The Cheese cache has been replaced, but is hidden differently due to repeated muggling. It is within 5m of the original location.
There seems to be a definite problem with the cheese going off. I'll have to check it out ..
I thought I had good co-ordinates, they were suitable near the original ones, but I could not find the cache. I expect it is well hidden. Albida.
The Cheese? is definitely AWOL. I think someone is starting a collection.
Sorry folks, but I am afraid that the cache will have to be relocated. This might take a week or so.

1341. McPhanKid decided that he wanted to go to his mother's this week, so when I saw this one was back on line (thank you for being so quick) I magnanimously offered to drive him. Of course earlier in the day I had baulked at the idea as she moved so far away, but when a cache is concerned that's a different story.
The other reason was to have younger eyes to help me search. As it was I went to the first spot I looked yesterday and there it was. Love the hide and the container.
TFTC and again for replacing on my report of a DNF (never a good yardstick for it really being missing.)

OK ... I have been shopping and Cheese is once again available. If this lot goes off I will need to consider alternate storage arrangements!
It seems that indeed the Cheese? is conspicuous by its absence. I will check again in daylight and create a new one if necessary. That may take a couple of days.
A bad start to the day and an embarrassing FTDNF. Came home to check my result but no change. I think I need glasses or a broader mind.

Solved this one a while ago and today was in the area. We looked and looked and then when the final location was found I jumped back a little- a real good cache and a really good hide.
I had solved the puzzle shortly after the cache was published, but today was the first time I was in the area. Absolutely love the cache container - a cache after my own heart - very well done! TFTC.

We have been looking forward to getting this cache after the high quality of your other two caches Merekats, and we finally found an opportunity today when we were nearby. We got some long looks from a couple of passers by as we loitered waiting for them to go. A pretty easy find once they crossed the birdge. Thanks Merekats.
Found at 1720. Just bordering on dark, I made my over to GZ. After a brief wait for a muggle and pooch to go by, I found the cache extremely well covered with natural camo, before having a chuckle at the cache container. Nice work on keeping the theme of the cache going with your hide.

Found this one quickly, sat on the bridge to complete the log before returning it to its position. Well thought out from the puzzle to the container. TFTC.
Downloaded the picture for what I assumed would be a good long look and found the magic numbers suprisingly quick, dropped by this afternoon for an easy find at the GZ. Flick of the wrist required to remove the note, well built container and no muggles around there today, rehid securely and ensured that it was not visible from a distance.

After a Namadgi cache, I traipsed along with CT for a couple of other southside caches. Then we went to pick up this one.
The puzzle was so cute and so was the themed cache container. I really appreciate the creativeness that you put into both the listing and the cache. So much better than if it had been a simple traditional in the usual style.
Merekats - keep up the great work.

I got home from a lousy day at work to find Shell working on a puzzle cache, hang on I haven't seen that one before. Shell announces that she knows where the cache is, we upload it and head out the door. We arrived at the parking area expecting to see a local cacher. We found the cache quicker than we thought we would, took your advice and signed the log a fair way away. We took the FTF cheese and replaced the cache.
