Met some other geocachers here. Nice to meet you. This was found with their assistance. I liked the pretty blue forget-me-knots. TFTC Pirates of Shropshire.
I must be getting old cause I love the idea of travelling the canals by narrow boat... or not so old cause I kayak would be even better Canalin must have sold dodgy grub as it is all shut down now but the good news is that means plenty of parking Not sure how the last finders managed to get scratched up, as while the hide is a good one you shouldnt do yourself any damage getting it... unless you are vertically challenged hahaha Cheers from Australia.
Found whilst on a cheap 'Travelodge' weekend away...
Parked up in the services (by the 'soon to be opening' Indian restaurant) and went through the gate and down the rather slippery ramp to the canal side.
Luckily I was on the correct side of the canal, and luckily I had my walking pole to help me retrieve the nicely hidden cache!
Job done, it was back to the car and on to the next.

Found with trusty PA downtrod and useless whilst on a narrowboat holiday for the week, spotted the cache en route to Llangollen, but didnt grab it until our return journey. when some walking muggles thought we were trying to climb the bridge to get to the road, giving us some very helpful directions, ha ha TFTC
