I'm "performing maintenance" on this archived cache only to remove it from my "needs maintenance" filter. Don't chase after this one! It's not back in action.
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Alas, dnf after dnf.
Alas even more when I see two of my coins logged in it at present.
Sigh.

We arrived here mid afternoon and there were a few muggles above the cache area. Mrs Shifter took a seat and looked and felt, while Mr Shifter also looked and felt however we were unable to locate the cache.
Gave it a good shot on and off as muggles kept appearing. Hint and logs had us in the right place. Looks like it may have fore played off
Sure we were in the right spot, that being the 'wet spot' but alas no Fore!play today! Will watch this one to see if others have more fun, I mean luck.....
3 DNFs logged and we had no luck after a long search. Seems unusual for a 1 star cache. Is it still there?
On a Fyshwick trundle to do the caches in the area. But no luck. I am sure I found the spot and no cache. Cheers
Nothing made sense here. Name and clue seemed meaningless. No luck for me.

later evening after a visit to bunnings dropped by here. No one around so I could make the find. Coords were nicely offset. Took GC left TB (who wants to go overseas to Europe). TFTC Fore!
guywithface randomly visited today, dropping into Canberra after a 1300 km drive!
We did a rush run around Canberra, attempting to see the sights. I always take visitors to our lovely city to Telstra Tower, Parliament House, the War Memorial (especially The Last Post) and then Adam and Eve - I figure visitors need to see both sides of Canberra!
So, after giggling our way through A&E I fired up my app to see if there were any caches around. Loved the name of the cache so off we went. Very quiet along the street late on a Sunday afternoon and guywithface grabbed the cache immediately.
Such a pity Cantys wasn't open - LOVE that store.
Thanks for another cache Fore!

Found with Moo, HC Cacher, And watched by Fore!, R'berry Vinegar, RMoo, RChicken, Allrounder.
Found with littleredshoes and hccatcher. With Fore!, Raspberry Vinegar, Raspberry Moo, raspberrychicken and allrounder! looking on...
Ah-ha... a few in the team have been here before! An interesting location, so full of promise.
Just up the road from the chosen eating venue to round off Fore!'s birthday celebrations - having spent the earlier part of the day chasing each other around the go-kart circuit at Queanbeyan.
TFTC and TFTFD - HBBTW!

A quick find with Moo and LittleRedShoes with Fore! and allrounder watching on. Fitting name for this one. No TB as stated much to my disgust. Lucky I just grabbed a few from Fore! a few minutes prior

This one has been outstanding for too long. A quiet Sunday afternoon and a need to buy pool supplies nearby lead me to this find. TFTC.
H and R were in the area and needed to get the daily cache. H found and signed log. R put back after cars had left the parking area. No sign of trackables.

Spent a while looking at night. Felt very dodgy and creepy, so I eventually gave up. Have a suspicion of where it could be. Perhaps a late afternoon trip another time.
Being Fyshwick, there were probably more less subtle places to put this one, but none the less Mrs Blue Mars would have enjoyed this one ;p
What a nice little herb garden - public holiday cleared the muggles around to the DFO *bleargh* Well hidden- TFTC

Zero muggles on Boxing Day afternoon, it would be near impossible during the day otherwise. Second in a quick run of four caches today, thanks Fore!

Being related to Fore! I knew this one existed and after a long afternoon in Domayne it was a great way to make our way home (via caches). We parked and headed to GZ, an easy spot for me! The geokids were impressed with the method of hiding, looks as though it should be there. We cleared out the cache of some of the dodgy swaps and will replace the log asap.
Thanks Fore! I do like a visit out there '

Making a stop in Canberra - after a geo expedition through the Blue Mountains with Pprass and Robmc; to call on geo daughter who is the CD of CDNB. CD had mentioned this area has somewhat of a reputation. Unlike cachers be'fore' us who made a connection with an 'ex shop we were taken by the advertising, which could very well have a similar type of double meaning
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Fore!.

TFTC, did this after work so not to attract the muggles. I love these caches that are hidden in plain daylight
They tell me a pleasant time out is as good as the afore mentioned. By that reasoning the patrons nearby perhaps could have been indulging.
Thanks Fore
Thanks Fore
Ahh a foreplay cache in Fyshwich thats bound to be interesting we thought. In fact it turned out to be less exciting as we imagined as there was no sign of any exotic establishments. Thanks for the cache Fore!
Found at 4.05pm GAFF1 in the company of Blackie_71, Browngang, Chewinprickles, and Robmc.
One think we have learned since playing this game is that cachers do not have to be mature!
A good bold hide and while we were searching and logging there were a couple of muggles right behind us having a coffee at what I presume used to be a sex shop.
Thanks Fore!

No fore!play going on around here anymoreFound on a day out with pprass, Blackie_71, Robmc and Chewinprickles. TFTC
Found on a Public Holiday family caching trip. TFTC SL. Easy find as no one was working and it was late in the day no mugglers.
In spite of cold and wet weather today we didn't want it to stop us from hunting a few caches ...it started to rain slightly but Mr Bushies2 found it quickly. Thanks Fore!
Loved this one, just pmsl when saw this one. Knew we had to be in the right spot.

Very clever hide! I looked for a while (mostly in the wrong place due to glitchy GPS) before discovering it. Most definitely would not attempt during Business Hours. Tonight, no one was around. TNLNSL TFTC
Well, a late-afternoon latte' and muffin in the barista cafe right over GZ was the perfect opportunity to increase my cache count. Over the coffee I mulled over the logs and also had a good look at the hint. I took note of the stealth warning and planned to make a recce first and, if appropriate make a daylight pickup, but if not I planned to leave it for my next trip to the capital.
Serendipity would have it that I had parked less than 1 metre from what I considered to be the hide, so I ducked back out to the car on an 'errand' and used the car door as cover ..... bingo, cache located and recovered in the blink of an eye (why was this one so quick and other more accessible caches end up as DNFs?).
Wow, what an awesome hide and container ..... this one is going into my 'such a good idea I want to do it myself' list. Finishing a whirlwind 22hr trip to Canberra on a high note. And to help out, I included a page of write-in-the-rain paper as a temporary additional log as the current log is chockers!
TFTC ..... T VB TB, L Aussie Skate Badge ..... SL

Went looking early Saturday morning... but not early enough. Local barrista was setting up the cafe for the day and kept an eagle eye on me. I'll be back during quieter times to try again!
Very cool! A relatively quick find tonight. #1 of 2 on this run. Left a plastic soldier and did not take the TBs as I am not going anywhere exciting soon. TFTC
Found on a quiet Sunday afternoon - no muggles in sight - daring hide in a busy place. This was #3 in a Fyshwick Four geowalk. Took nothing but left a lucky Chinese Feng Shui coin. TFTC. 2BluFish
Ignored the advice to try at night but luckily not too many muggles around and once cache spotted, able to time retrieval and replacement easily. When doing so many caches in one go, I like to take photos to jog the memory when I get around to logging. Only now do I see the joke Well, it is Fyshwick! Took Clog TBs onto next "leg" of their journey.
Felt like a trip to Antarctica in the the cold and wind. Luckily we had scoped out the area previously and it was a quick grab and run back to the car. LOL @ theme. TFTC.
Found this one on a freezing cold day, but forgot to log it (was way too cold to do it in the field!)
Dropped off two TBs.
Dropped off two TBs.
Had a half hearted attempt at this one during the day yesterday but was far too exposed. Returned at dusk today and with no muggles, the cache was quickly to hand. TFTC
Quick snatch and grab whilst out buying a log heater....
Did this early Sat morning before too muggles were around...
Log book almost full
Thanks Fore!

Grabbed this one last night just before dark. I tried for this one ages ago at midnight but stumbled around in a semi addled state before giving up. It was much much easier today. A quick find. TFTC
Found at 11:40pm expecting no muggles but still cars driving past. Walked straight to GZ and found the cache in the obvious location. The log book was a bit confusing as people have been writing it it from both ends. TNLNSL TFTC
Clever little spot. Did this one in the evening, but the local eatery was still packing/cleaning up. Had to keep an eye out for nosy locals! TFTC
A quick find this morning after dropping Black Bunny at work. This area sure gets busy early.
Thanks for the cache Fore!

Very quiet here at 5pm on a Sunday! Got it OK. Nearly left GPS behind, but luckily grabbed it before I left the area. Must remember to use the lanyard! TFTC
A beautiful autumn day in Canberra so we thought we would try and find a few caches. Well 12 was our goal for the day. It wasn't too busy today and Enzo managed to grab the cheeky hide in between cars driving past. Took a marble, left a shell. Everything was in good order, TFTC
Thanks for this cache.Waited till a quiet public holiday to finally retrieve this one. Domsky
Neat little hide and difficult to execute during the daytime, but we got it. TFTC.
Found @ 1900 on a quiet Fyshwick evening (well, found it yesterday really, but this time I was kitted up).
Took Canada trackable, left John Harrison geocoin, signed log - TFTC.

A quick drive by. Nice one. I'll have a laugh every time I pass. Dropped off Canada Competition Tag.
Was here today with another finder and thought it appropriate to drop off the Fore's For(t)e! GC.
10th and last find for the day for Geohubbies Birthday, giving us a new personal best! Also our first find in Canberra. We dropped off the TB Eyespy Australian Racer to continue on its journey. Nice easy find with no Muggles around. TFTC.

Found with pocketatomic on yet another night caching run. TFTC! Too dark to take a pic of the geocoin I dropped.
Excellent Coffee, cafe fairly empty........located cache and inconspicuously hung out choosing the right time to strike. Only to find contents was water logged as lid had fallen off cache. So in my effort to dry out container I ended up tipping rusty water all over myself and wearing the evidence all day. Perhaps a new container is in order as the lid really didn't fit well anymore.
Thanks Fore!

Had an early recce visit to indentify the best way in and best way out. Now what to tell geo-wife.... Hell I am here to find a cache - see look at the GPS, Garmin never lies. Any way, second visit - right on dusk - was a quick dash (left motor running) and found it real quick. A true quickie in every sense. Thanks Fore!
The title made me laugh like a school kid..gosh darn it.
Also, i like to think of the phrase "please do this at night" as a challenge..2:30, the pie shop had just closed (arrgh!), the cafe was empty...way too easy!
TFTC, TNSL!

Found during a busoness trip to Canberra. Extremely quiet at GZ in the middles of the day. The cache was quickly retrieved and replaced. TFTC
Plenty of people about, but a nearby shop was empty so that gave some space. Thanks.
4:40 on a Saturday afternoon and there area was quiet enough to scout around and find GZ. Removed the inappropriate paperwork and disposed of in a nearby rubbish bin. Was no question in my mind that it breached family friendly guidelines for caching. TFTC
Argh, I was here with Denbe last week, and we didn't know there was a cache here! (We had a pie, then bought some books at the bookshop. One of which is finding its way right now into a cache in Tasmania. Irony.)
Found it, but only late in the day after the workers building a nearby balcony deck had left. Uhh... like the previous finders, I did also note some interesting paperwork in this cache. Was conflicted on whether to remove it... I didn't, but maybe the next to find would be more inclined. TFTC!

Find number 15 out of 19 on the third day of our Canberra Invasion 2010! There is some interesting paperwork inside the cache, not sure how it got in there or if it's supposed to be in there as it has not been mentioned in any of the previous logs...
Our thanks to Fore! for the cache.
