Just letting you know the twins have been removed from the playground, so the cache has gone with it. We just went past and I noticed it had been removed
Like the previous searcher I also failed to find this cache despite looking under, over and around everything within a reasonable distance from GZ.
A DNF for me today. May be time to check it's still there.
Thanks anyway The Sundowners.

Had a bit of look around, GPS sent us in one area, checked the maps it showed another area.
Had a very good look around.
Decided that the cache must be missing.
Thanks anyway guys.

Easy find, after geoboy stopped long enough to grab the cache, Thanks for bringing us here
Found early morning on the way to work at Murrumburrah. Evenso, I had to wait for a muggle to depart the car park before I could have a decent look without arousing too much attention. The geo-kids certainly would have provided the necessary decoy at this location. Many thanks to the Sundowners.
How do you make a long trip take even longer?
Cache along the way.
At least there is no need to stop every 2 hours for a rest-revive-survive break -
the caches are closer together than that!
3pm- #4 of about 80 caches found on a trip from Sydney to Adelaide & back.
After the rain of the past few days, at least this one was not drowned like the last one I did.

Dipped travel bug - Silver Cache Mobile and Geocoin 2009 Victoria Bushfire Appeal Geocoin in this cache - both travelled with us through the area and up to the cache, but were too large to place inside the container.
found with ausiepuschaks.
i grabbed the cache just before aussiepuschaks who were to busy eating pizza.

Found by unicornnikita moments before I could grasp it. A nice park to let the geokids loose in. TFTC
(10:38 AM) Managed to smash my head on part of the playground while looking under thing. Eventually found the cache in an easier to find spot. Log was so weathered it was impossible to write on with pen. Luckily there was a pencil in the cache.
Found on the way home from Bathurst via who knows where Signed log which whilst dry appears to have been wet and has since dryed out and is a bit fragile. Thanks for a great hide.
Now I understand the name! A nice quick find by Ju - and then a reward of a play while I signed the log.

This is the second time I have visited this site and again the GPS had me looking in the wrong area. Finally found by Trillian then on to another cache.

The park was clear today as we made a quick find at GZ. Found with Just a cacher & Candy Cane 101. SL TFTC
Reperio at 0720. These spots are usually the bane of my caching as there always seem to have junior muggles about. This morning however they would have been mad to be here as it was cold and raining. Searched a couple of spots before spotting the cache.
Gratias.

TFTC - there were so many options given the cache name, but the coords were pretty accurate. Found in the first place I looked, and given the chill in the air and the drizzle, I was very pleased about that .
took about 20 min to find with mltansey, took 2 of us to find it (we looked in the spot twice lol)
had a 10 min look but forgot to get the gps co-ordinates so will try again another day
Nice park and rest stop for the farmers clan.We logged the micro sheet and moved on.Thanks to The Sundowners for the cache hide.
Quick stop off on the way from Wagga to Bathurst, managed a quick find as there was no one around on a damp day T4TC.
The park was empty when we arrived which was just as well since the kids took off in the opposite direction with the cricket ball. Turned out to be a quick find.
Thanks The Sundowners for the cache,

The two of us, MtnLioness and I played, and found !!!!!! All while there were muggles EVERYWHERE. Found while wandering around and after Wagga Wagga during the OZ MEGA WAGGA WAGGA EVENT, Thanks.
[We felt a bit suss trying this one. Adults on their own however well dressed and behaved still look suspicious in play areas. We did get a brief window to search what we felt was the obvious spot] at the base of the stair [but no luck.
Our advice, do with care, unless there is no one there or you have the cover of kids!]

Had to wait for a lady walking her dogs to leave before having the place to myself and making an easy find.

Second time around. First time GZ was so busy, today not a soul about. (probably the heat).
Investigated all of the likely areas, then the name dawned on me and made the grab in seconds.
Thanks for the cache.

on the way to temora for the V8 boats. This gave us a reason to stop for short break.
stopped here ages ago but the park was full of young muggles so we gave it a miss
this time it was vacant .

After an extensive search by Geo-Whife I wandered over and checked the obviouse, no luck so I thought about it for a moment and came up with some not so obviouse, and wala i had id streight away. TFTC
This one was a little tricky as there was a mother and 4 kids playing in the park. We waited till her back was turned and grabbed the cache. I don't know about the size though. I would consider it a micro.
Cheers.

2nd attempt on this one. Last time there were kids playing on the playground and didnt attempt it. Today mum and I turned up early and there were only acouple of kids playing soccer on the soccer fields. So we almost had the playground for ourselves. A quick search and found the cache quickly TFTC
Even with all the scoccor and people playing we soon had the family move in on this one. All ways handy to have the kids playing.

Oh dear, what a way to finish our day.......
Arrived at the general area, good no one around.....cool, lets make a quick find.
Cache was located quickly, log signed...........and then the police turned up. Asked us what we were up to, as they said.....'Two grown men hanging around a play ground - a bit suss'. Explained all about caching, showed them the log (which they had long look at) and our GPS. They were happy with all that, and their only comment......'What ever turns your key'......and they drove off.
Cache was replaced, and headed off.......all good in the end.
Thanks Sundowners, a bit of excitment to finish our day.

Got to gz on this one, and it was rainning. Soccer players were turning up and a guy was playing with his kids nearby. Muggleville! Nope not going to even start searching with that will be back!
A quick night dash on the way home from Young. Mr MC KENNA quite bemused that people would hide things here!

Had to wait for some muggles to complete their rest stops and then cache was quickly in had. Have seen one in this spot before. TFTC.

Found at 11:40 - the first on my Adelaide-Melbourne trip.
A slow travelling 4wd ute that I'd been stuck behind for ages pulled up at the same spot. The elderly occupants didn't end up causing any problems though as they were more intent on using the nearby loos.
An easy find, and quickly replaced again when the oldies weren't looking.
Thanks Sundowners

Found this cache on a trip to Adelaide from Wollongong via Broken Hill then back again through Griffith and Canberra. The date of our visit might be off. TFTC
Found 16:00. Quick find, had to wait till some workman finished cleaning toilet blocks.
Not so much didnt find but knew just where it was but could not get through the muggles who arrived seconds before us!! that does give an ol digger the chit's, having just done 300k of 580 to have to miss, next time!
Anothe short stop on the way home. I searched everywhere for this one and was just about to give when I noticed and area that did not match up with the rest of the structure. Sure enough I had found it.
Found at 9.00am GAFF3. Our first cache on this holiday and we were intent on checking out the "twins" - 3 times! We then relented and checked out where our GPS said we should look. Thanks The Sundowners
Found this with gerrynewgirl & weroamin, our first day cache, they did most of the work. Miss Meges went for a stroll around the park
Found in the company of weroamin, Miss Meges & Haydos whilst on a trip down south. TFTC.
Well it was nice to slow down a couple of new geocachers with a micro. Team Miss Meges & Haydos got the jump to GZ but the cache was too elusive for them or gerrynewgirl. I got down real low and found this one quickly. TFTC
Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 0915 on a trip to Canberra from The Rock.TNSL Tnx The Sundowners.

Found with Nephew on the way to Young to have lunch with family, This park brings back memories as I went to high school here in town & grew up in a small neighboring village, where I still go to visit family but not as often as I should.

A tidy little park in the twin towns
My GPS led me straight to another likely set of twins where I spent many minutes clearing out spiderwebs and poking around looking for the cache
Then I saw that it had been found only a few days earlier, so I went for a wander round the park and when I returned the GPS took me to another nearby spot where there was a cache

Found by Mary & David at 1530. A modest detour off the Hume to collect some windmill details and this cache as well. Certainly a lovely little town. Our thanks to The Sundowners.
