Third times a charm, hasn't been found since 2009! Yeah!!!! Not magnetic anymore, but still fits in its spot
Bell is no longer white, it's red. No joy.

I found this one with sherbear back in November, but completely forgot to log it. I'm a little curious now because a feet feet from the bell was a cache that sher and I found and signed. But other loggers are saying that its a magnet ON the bell? Uhm...now I'm curious...what did we find?

you must've found the first cache I put out that went 'muggled' mmmm...wonder if someone had picked it up and couldn't replace it back due to muggles in area.. den found the time to replace it.. maybe that's why it was missing for a bit. Thank you tho' for letting me know. I gotta go see if the first cache I placed there is there lol.. THANK YOU..
I'm pretty sure I heard that the bell actually belongs to the Agana Cathedral. San Ramon street (right next to San Ramon Hill) is the lone original street in Hagåtña. Everything else was destroyed and rerouted after WWII. But back to the bell--one of the church museum curators had said the bell moved after the war...which war, I'm not sure. It ended up in Merizo where people were using it like a blarney stone and now takes up residence in Kañåda. Agana wants the bell back but the villagers don't want to give it up.
So the original church in Agana...er Hagåtña...came around 1669 when San Vitorres began his mission. He got the land from Chief Quipuha. It was just sticks and stones for a couple of decades later, which was when the bell likely arrived. And remember, Dec. 8 is Guam's patron saint's day. Biba Santa Maria!

I must of passed this cache everyday for an entire month earlier this year. I had no idea there was a cache hidden here. Pretty easy PNG. If you are a veteran cacher...should spot this right away.

Unfortunately book_freak and I couldn't sign the log because it was too wet and fell apart as I tried to unroll it. Also, the magnet must have rusted off because the cache wouldn't stick back on the bell.
Stopped by here yesterday, but mother-muggles were sitting in their cars awaiting their school children-muggles on the bus and we couldn't even get close.
SO, came by again today, but earlier and with book_freak as look out, I claimed the prize! Another off my list of WAY overdue caches!

Saw some dog muggles, chicken muggles, but no two legged muggles. Interesting area. TFTS
Yay! This was my first time looking, but my little sister found it. I was the navigator. Go Team Explorers!
Didn't have any glue on me, but the magnet needs to be reglued on this one, somebody put a part of a magnet inside the container to attract the other one, but there really isn't room and it crunches the log.

Found during a day of caching adventures with Jimp59.
It seemed that I was just having a day of busting up Ungkulu's caches!
This one was the last cache of a really fun day!

There's lots of little spots on Guam. Seems like lots of churches around. Lovely bell.
Very cool bell! Thanks for the history lesson. Never knew this place existed. Early in the morning so no muggles around made for an easy find. TFTC-SL TNLN
