Looked more at surroundings then coordinates. New something look different there it was ! Great camo fav from me
I'm surprised this one took me as long as it did to find, despite others finding it very quickly. I guess I search based on coordinates more than my surroundings. I doubted myself at first before attempting to retrieve it, but I am glad I did. Well constructed and kept in a rather clean condition. TFTC!

This was a fast find after a short walk, on the way home from visiting mum. With the icy winds seemingly keeping any potential passing muggles at bay, I quickly signed the log and put everything back as instructed.Fave point awarded for the excellent construction - loved it!Thanks for the fun, Team Crackers!
After spending the day at Eastlands, I stopped here to grab my daily cache. I've been eyeing this one off for a while, but never in the area. I ignored my Navs suggestion to stop on the middle of the freeway and parked near the church(?) - wow these people have some cash!! At GZ, I checked the bridge before making the find in a more logical place. Some excellent work has gone on here, and there was only one tiny spider chilling out inside!!
Spent a while looking for this one but saw a peculiar place and found it. Clever build!
Out on the bike stretching the legs and lungs, been up this track many a time but never been focused on caches up here before. Today was the day. Relatively quick find, blooming ingenious cache! . TFTC
Had attempted this one a few years ago with no success. Finally found today. Im sure Ive looked at that exact location heaps of times, just never thought it would be the actual cache
A quick find this afternoon after a day in the mountains collecting some DM series caches. I decided to clear out this suburb too on my way back down. Much easier terrain and a nicely crafted HIPS style cache container.
Although it is 35 that is no excuse for not venturing outdoors. With a trip to Burwood One planned, I managed to shoehorn a cache search in first. This was one of the most convenient, so I parked near the Melbourne Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The short stroll in the heat of the day wasn't too bad, and fortunately, I spotted the cache on arrival. An excellent geocache in tip top condition. Thank you for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
After a great week away in Ballarat, i had one evening in Melbourne and after dinner, took advantage of the daylight savings to squeeze in a cache or two. This was number three. We parked in the nearby dead end, and made the short walk to the cache location and the search began. Left the main path and headed a couple of meters into the bush.I spied something almost immediately, but discounted it just as quick, i headed further in and stood looking for quite a while. I read a previous log and followed their lead, and moved back to my first suspect item. Success. A very well disguised cache. Thank you very much for placing this one Team Crackers. Cheers
Found. Loves this hide. Team Crackers, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area. A fav from me
Found it! Ok definitely the last cache for the evening! I found a park in a side street next to a rather oversized mansion. I wonder what really goes on in there?! And I don’t think these sorts of organizations pay a lot of tax!! Anyway, the cache is fabulous!! I found it in the first place I looked. I imagine I would have struggled with this as a beginner. Experience really does help. TFTC SL. Time to go home fire dinner! ️
A very fun and creative hide! All in good condition. Fave point from me. TFTC
Was in first place I looked but did not see it. GPS did not agree with my choice of location so looked more widely. Came back to my first instinct and this time had proper look! Great camouflage. Favourite from me. TFTC
What a cool hide! I walked past it, looked at it and thought it wasn't it, took me a second to realise that it was it!
Only took a few minute to find, fun camouflage! As soon as I saw it I knew I’d found the cache.

Definitely worthy of a favourite. GPS had me a bit off track for a while. Brilliant hide. TFTC
Amazing come here multiple times always suspected something strange about this item so happy I found it with my geocache partner
I was in the area on a bus driving job to the sports centre nearby, so I headed out to find a few caches.
I was able to park the small bus quite close and take a short walk to GZ.
A quick search identified something that could be, but very well might not be.
A closer inspection revealed that indeed it was, and a very clever execution too.
My favorites type of cache is hand made, and hidden in this way, so it deserves an FP from me.

We headed out to grab a quick cache today. We headed for this one as GT likes older caches. It wasn't until we were almost at GZ, that she realised she had done this a week or two ago. Making sure that it is logged this time. Thanks for placing this cache and maintaining it for so long.
Oops. I did this one a week or two ago but got somewhat sidetracked and forgot to log it. Must say this is a great cache. I did wonder if I should or shouldn't but luckily I did as the log was soon found and signed. Thanks for keeping this going for so long. Worth the visit and a favourite for me.
This is an excellent place for a cache. I was lucky and investigated the right object first up, but this is a clever hide and it could have taken a lot longer. Brilliant.
I had been at Belgrave today volunteering on the Puffing Billy Railway and, as I needed a cache today for a project I am working on, I decided to make a small detour to look for this cache before joining Eastlink for my trip home! I arrived at GZ to find myself right in the middle of the cycle path.
Clearly this was not quite right... and equally clearly, I needed to search either to the north or south of where I was standing. My first guess was wrong... so, obviously, my second turned out to be right. It didn't take long to spot a cleverly camouflaged cache. No spiders today... but plenty of tiny ants!
Thanks **Team Crackers** for this wonderful old cache... as is so often the case, old caches are worth the effort of finding them.

Luckily the muggles were far and few between, made for a quick fine. Loved the camo… this one earns a favourite point from me…. TFTC
Parked near the Mormon temple and walked over. Barely any muggles today.
I was worried that I'd have to bush bash given the GPS location but thankfully reading other logs I knew it was a bit off. It took me a while actually and I still can't work out the clue!
As others have said, some spiders have made it their home. Recommend that you be careful as you remove the cache. I didn't sign the actual log as my dislike of spiders overcame my like of geocaching, but happy to provide picture proof to CO if requested. Cache replaced as found.

Found on a cold, wet but enjoyable night time walk - my first in this area.
After passing the majesty of the Mormons I made it to GZ where my phone GPS was not being entirely helpful. I poked around, saw something that I disregarded (despite thinking it would be the right location for the cache), poked more widely and was just about to give up when I came back for one last go. This time I didn't disregard the thing and the find was made. Very nicely done! TFTC

Covid-19 restrictions are now lifted and Geocaching is allowed so it is back on line.
Due to the new Covid 19 restrictions Geo Caching is not a reason to be out so we are disabling our caches untill safe to enable again.
Please stay home and be Safe.

With imminent lockdown restrictions announced for metro Melbourne I took the opportunity to dart out and find a few caches while I still could. This was an area where I met up with Robmc, Lost_and_found79 and The Levers to tackle the nearby night cache. We were passing right my this one so decided to take a look. I walked right past it at first and only after some direction from Robmc did I double back to find what I had missed. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Team Crackers and your contribution to this series. Nice work on the hide. This one earns a favourite point from me.
Out for some caches for the first time in a while after the coronavirus restrictions were lifted on a Saturday afternoon. After arriving at GZ and wondering where a 1L container could possibly be, we started to explore some more places. After looking up, down and around, Geo-Son spotted something out of the ordinary and there was the cache! Tftc Team Crackers
Out cycling the trail today enjoying the sunshine. Once at GZ it was a relatively quick find.Log signed and all back safe again.
This one earns a favourite point from us as it is well constructed and blends into its environment well.
Thanks

Nice hide but had to give it a big hit to evacuate the redback family before retrieving and signing the log.
In the area today on our second attempt at a nearby multi, so we are very familiar with the Temple’s statue. One of the few times we used geo sense instead of following our phones, and were rewarded with a very clever camouflaged cache.
Thanks Team Crackers. Great hide.

House off limits for ant spraying. Why not kill a few hours caching?
Glad we did. This one looks like it belongs here. Tftc

Shocking. Great hide. Was stumbling around the bush thinking that can't be it - it was! Please replace properly
Omg I saw the Camo like 8 times didn’t thi k it was it. Was here for 30 mins and left and came back and check it and picked up travel bug.
A quiet day to explore today but still the bikes whizzed by.. i imagined where i would hide a cache and headed straight there .. not quite where the gps wanted to go but success anyway .. a big fav from us .. love a well constructed and creative cache that is big enough to leave stuff in .. i left some small items and a TB that wants to travel around australia .. what better place to leave it!
Haha
Came with a sparky mate.
What a great hide.
Map is quite a bit off but loved this cache.

Looking to do some caches with a high number of favourite points this one was an obvious choice. A clever hide, very creative the hint made sense once I had found it. A favourite point for sure.

Stumbled around, saw the hide, ignored it, tangled the geodog’s lead in the undergrowth, had a head scratch, read some logs and had a moment of recognition!
I do love a cache that turns my “No way!!” into a “Yes way!!”
Very nice work Team Crackers. An FP from me (my first one ever given out)

Great hide, loved this one. Wasn't sure whether to touch it at first, but all soon revealed itself! A definite favorite from me, tftc
Today was a day of total cache blindness.... spent way too long looking for this one. Finally found it with assistance...it was so obvious! Log finally signed. TFTC
Great hide and size. Where I expected it to be.
Deposited a travel bug and picked up the other one to move on. Thanks team crackers. This is my first of the series- will try a few more as I continue to remain fit riding my bike up and down Eastlink !
Came in via Jells Park today after grabbing. Multi and another traditional.

Apparently I had the same idea as the CO because I found it in the first place I looked.

Another wonderful day to get out and grab a few caches...mild weather for a change. I had the path to myself so I was able to search in peace. A quick find. TNLN. TFTC.
Out with Angelique Anja for our daily cache. When i get to the GZ a bee spots me and it was love at first sight for the bee. I moved away and even said no to him but after a short persuit he got me right under my left arm
In the mean time Angelique Anja had found the cache we quickly signed the log. And headed back to the car where Angelique_Anja took care of the stinger.
Just a day in the life of a cacher!

Out with Tally Tiger for our cache of the day! We arrive at the GZ and begin our search, but Tally Tiger is waylaid by am over bearing bee who didn't take no for an answer. Well, this little sucker got violent, stinging Tally. I showed him who was boss though and soon I had Tally back at the car where I removed the stinger and we were on our way!

Found while on a rike bide around the area. An Interesting Hide. Left travel bug...happy travels.
Part of the reason I sought out the relatively nearby Don't Mesh with the Traffic was that by stringing together that, this and the nearby Geoman caches I could get a decent walk in and almost as much to the point, walk on a paved surface in case of the forecast rain.
So it proved to be, a decent walk between Don't Mesh and this had me walk past what looked to this city slicker's eyes to be a modest herd of cows, one of which greeted me with a friendly moo or two and past some ducks near the parking at Koomba Park.
Along with a number of cyclists zipping by I was also greeted by a fellow walker walking with the same thought in mind - exercise in the fresh air. Thankfully no walkers, cyclists or any other animal was near GZ upon arrival and the cache was found in short order. Don't overlook the obvious, indeed.
Thanks Team Crackers for placing and maintaining the cache for all these years. I think it's safe from even the most bored of adolescent muggles as there is none of their usual spoor about (discarded bottles and cans of the alcoholic variety and graffiti).
As a bonus, I picked up the cool TB to continue it's travels.

Well there are some caches that you walk away from thinking..."nice". And this is one of them. A perfect cache that had us scrambling. Then thinking. Then finding. And the clue...just beautiful Favourite from us.

What an amazing cache! Found it in the evening therefore no muggles (unless you count the hundreds passing under the bridge!). Out for clancy79's 100th find and what a find it was! I love it when you drive or walk past a place all the time then there's actually a geocache there! I wish I could favourite! By the way I think the travel bug is missing.

After a little over 2 years of caching my count finally reached the high nineties. It's been a good little distraction here and there. Getting out with the kids or by myself. I waited for a chance to this, my hundredth find, with my 3 kids. The opportunity came after school on a Monday - we had to be quick to make it home in time for dinner and I chose this cache as it is fairly close to home and has lots of fav points. While the kids were looking around in the bushes I quickly spotted the cleverly disguised cache. Signed log, and did a quick walk over the bridge. Thank you Team Crackers and everyone who contributes to this fun game.
Great camo. Nearly fooled us . Only a few bike muggles around. Cache is in tip top condition.

I came here cold, not having even read the description. I just came looking my daily cache and quite simply this looked most convenient today.
I have long noticed the gold statue atop the church from the toll road, but had mistakenly thought it belonged to a seminary (which is actually not far from here). The temple though, really is quite impressive from the outside!!
So it was pouring heavily with rain as I arrived. I waited in the car for it to ease. Journeyed in and scratched about...
No good.
Went to the clue. Hmm, strange clue... No, hang on!!
The penny dropped and I went back to what I had dismissed before. Wow!
I got the full benefit of the surprise here, having arrived with no prior knowledge at all. It was only later that I saw all the favourite points this has earned.
With the cache in hand, it begins to absolutely pour down again and guess who thought he wouldn't need an umbrella or raincoat for the short stroll?? The rain was now way too heavy to make a dash for the car, so I'm vainly trying to find cover in this exposed position and keep the log dry while I sign.
I somehow manage this and to return the cache. And of course when I'm done, that's when the rain decided to stop.
Gee, thanks. Hahaha.
Awesome cache, Team Crackers! Very well played indeed.
All is well with the cache.

Wow, the temple! Opulent is the right word. I walked along the path, mesmerised by the gold dude with his horn which is a dangerous pastime when four cyclists come around the corner at you. They weren't so enraptured by Mr. Goldie Tooty and were able to avoid me, which was kind.
In the end, I ended up looking too far away from the path, but came upon the cache as I attempted to make my return. At first, I discounted it then talked myself into looking at it anyway. Excellent idea! I love this cache, a favourite point from me for the clever camouflage and that final extra touch which did make me reconsider.
On the way back to the car, another danger presented itself while I was checking out Goldie from the other angle. A black VW golf came up the path. At me. I'm still not convinced it's a road - the 'shared path' signs indicate four wheels aren't encouraged.....I'm confused....but alive, which is a positive. TFTC Team Crackers!

At the JUNCTION of the road and the track. I waited a long time for this one. I looked high and low. I was shattered! It was a huge relief to find it eventually as it was number one on my list. Be careful not to get muggled here, as in my case it would not have been good. Luckily Chiefton was on guard! And the trees are great to screen those pesky laymen from view and OOhhh the lovely smell of the bush after rain. Filled in the Log and was off!
It was such a nice day.
Thanks Team Crackers for the current location of this cache as it was truly shocking.

I *wasn't* in the possession of any insect spray. There were signs of insect activity, but not the extent previously described. Pretty impressive camouflage here, I have to say. I fear I may have been sprung by a dog-walker silently rounding the corner as I was leaving, but I doubt he was particularly concerned. He'd probably look right past the camouflage anyway if he returned. Thanks Team Crackers!
I came here to watch the cage fight between the cockroach and the huntsman, both of them trapped inside the outer container , the cockroach makes the first move scurrying along, I carefully extract the sistema to observe them , the huntsman squashes himself into a corner - stalemate, I sign the log and replace all the competitors back in their spot. Next person please bring some spray
Great hide, this had me for a little bit, but noticed something. Great camo. TFTC
Nice hide! Had it in my hand and didn't realise but Geodad found soon after. Very well made! TFTC!
