### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Landsergruppe,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Staying in nearby caravan park for a holiday with the kids. Out for my walk so decided to grab this on my way home. Felt very awkward walking onto private property to get this, but there was no one around so found it quickly. Signed the very full log book then back onto the road pronto. Saw a little Cessna land as I was walking down the road. TFTC.
Today was a beautiful day to go geocaching! I found this cache with the lid off and the contents strewn about - luckily the log book was still dry. All signed and replaced - thank you!
Bit of a strange spot to get to, but we'll worth it with these views of Baw Baw, awesome! Thank you
In Traralgon for a basketball tournament. Quick easy find on a morning walk from the caravan park. TFTC
Easy find - don't have to jump the fence. Great views watching planes take off & land - got to watch 7 sky divers jump & land!!
Great easy find, got here to see 2 planes take off log book is full and needs replacing, some great little swag in the cache
We probably didn't approach this one from the correct angle but we managed to get there just the same. After signing the log, we sat and watched a plane take off.
What a great little spot.
Thanks Landsergruppe for bringing us here.
Chiefton!!!

Chiefton!!!
A very unusual place for a cache.
A plane took off right under our noses!
TFtC... loved this opportunity.

Headed down to grab a cache to fill a calendar gap and also last minute stocking fillers for christmas.
Quickly found cache and spent a short time watching the planes. Place is either very busy or is was the same couple of planes with the pilots practicing takeoff and landing.

Found, drove around and along the field so we didn’t jump the fence. Nice spot
Felt sketchy heading heading down here on the car at night haha was fun tho TFTC log is also full
What a great spot for a cache. Miss 7 and I jumped the gate and found it with ease. TFTC.
Did have to jump the fence but we weren’t caught nice cache and we thought we found a trackable but just a Aussie Pathtag
Very chilly but nice to still be out and about. Cards for iso entertainment. Enjoy
Nice easy find but the wind was wat cutting. Left a pathtag. Thanks for the cache.
Nice little spot here, just jumped the fence by the road to get to this one for quick grab.
My baby girl Mango Mermaid found this first.
Love you baby.

It felt like we had crossed a line into a place we shouldn't be, but we soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for bringing us here.
Well there you go. I didn't know there was an aerodrome here, but then it makes sense in such an agricultural area. Must be a lot of spraying. Cache was quickly found in good condition. Tftc
Awesome day for a quick find before a trip to the hospital. Dropped off a little trackable friend
Found it quite easily. The kids enjoyed the bike ride from the caravan park on highway. Had to watch kids closely on the road. Disappointed no activity at the airport.
Easy find this morning with the eldest geo-kid, took one item and left one. The watched the skydiving place take off!!!
Camped at Gormandale after returning from Tasmania. Out for a few caches today. Tenth for the day, quick find, cache and contents all good, good coordinates. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC
With the Mega now over it was time for one of the FurfacesLL team to return home for work and the other one to soldier on with Rapidlywild. Also visiting friends around the area on the down days when RW was busy.
We decided to head out today between showers. Seems we have not picked an ideal week to cache. Oh well we will have to come again one day. No problems with this one.
Thanks for the hide Landsergrupper and thanks to Rapidlywild for the company and caching adventure.

The Mega had been and gone however myself and FFLL#1 were staying on for another week with some other commitments. I had a charity Gala dinner to attend to on the Saturday following the Mega so it only made sense to stay on in Victoria. We were staying out Gippsland way so we had targeted Robot Charli and a couple other series to do, however the weather decided to go against us and we did not get all that were planned. It doesnt matter, we still got a fair few done in the time we were here. Once it was time to start heading home, we went via Albury to pick up some more puzzles of which we had solved.
Time for a quick cache run in between the rain clouds. No issues locating this one.
Thanks for the cache hide Landsergruppe and the ladies of FurfacesLL for another great caching adventure away from home

YAY - found it this afternoon with BRK1960. Our only cache for International Geocaching Day 2018. It was just a bit too cold and wet to venture far for caching today.
This cache is in a great spot to watch planes come and go. A helicopter departed while we were signing the log. And the rain came too. TFTC
The Troll Dolls (TN6TR0) visited the cache with Fredd01 today.

Don’t try and find at night time, makes it feel like you’re not suppose to be there
What was to have been a quick weekend trip to Melbourne to accompany leafotwind on his 3,000th cache find (since I had also recently completed the Victorian Premiers whereigo ) became an 8 day trip because there was a CITO [^] at Traralgon the next day which then led to Mallacoota and the Snowy Mountain Highway [^] since I couldn't legally use the Great Alpine Road as I didn't have snow chains because the boring freeway back to Melbourne and then back to Shepparton didn't sound like fun
The first day, I met my sister in Bendigo as she waited for her semi to be unloaded and reloaded, so we went op shopping in the meantime[:X] From there it was off to Melbourne and the group find of the Victorian Premiers whereigo which had taken me to many spots in Victoria [^] Then the group slogged our way up a slippery, muddy slope [|)][xx(] to get a couple of simple drive by 4 x 4 caches (when the tracks are open) before caching on into the night
I made a find on a previous DNF at Moe then it was off to Clean Up a Creek at Traralgon [^] followed by finding some bloody good caches (both containers and reasons for placement) around the area with leafotwind, NoWorries andAlphaDeltaIndigo [:X], chatting to Crisp image as the group found Wherever I Lay My Hat before Rex and I left the group, walking in the Crinigan Road Bushland Reserve at dusk[^], seeing a huge Dr21 dredger once used for coal mining and now placed at Morwell, finding a tiny grave in the middle of a shopping area , finding my 1st 3D printed cache container and then it was off to the Lakes Entrance area and wandering out on the peninsula[^]
Seeing old RAAF airfields and radio bunkers, seeing tiny country towns and meeting some great people (including an almost muggle woman and her children in Mallacoota where she had previously looked for 1 cache and who may now get into geocaching properly [^]), seeing the sun rise while surrounded by kangaroos and standing on the eastern coast of Vic and chatting with Rollmatrix throughout my time in Mallacoota and Genoa
Spending a few hours chatting with a lovely truckie, Michael [:X], who was on a wood chip run to Canberra as we traversed the countryside in the dark (after I had apologised for slowing down his fully laden rig as Harry crawled his way up a hill ) then I pulled into Cooma for a break and an EC and also found a cache, Southern Cloud, about the aircraft accident and then accidentally ended up at another memorial cache, Southern Comfort, Southern Cloud or Southern Storm, later on in the trip
Seeing brumbies amongst the snow along the edge of the road at night in the mountains in NSW [^], seeing a thermal pool early in the morning with steam rising from it in the cold air and water plants growing up from the sandy bottom [^], seeing the grave of the alleged Man from Snowy River while finding the multi The Man from Snowy River - HCPPP [^] and then chatting to SciFiRulz who I managed to sneak in a quick visit with before heading home and finding The Highest Railway Station on the way
Over the 8 days there was 9 DNFs (although I did manage to find a few on my 2nd attempts ), 1 CITO event attended and a total of 111 cache finds including 3 FTFs
As I am about 8 months behind in logging, I'm resorting to template logs to catch up.
My heartfelt thanks to the COs who have placed some tricky, funny, exercise required, scary, interesting and devious caches in some amazing spots! [^]
Rex and I have had some amazing adventures and enjoyed some incredible moments thanks to this fantastic hobby

Between running an Introduction to Geocaching workshop at the Mirboo North festival and visiting a friend I had to find a geocache or two. This one jumped out of me from the map. Another friend lives in a caravan park a bit further back on this road, but I’d never got this far before. My first attempt left me 42 metres away over a barbed wire fence and padlocked gate. Attempt number 2 took us right up to GZ with 3metres to go. Talk about easy! I swapped the TB with one I had with me and did that was needed to be done. Great location for a cache and everything in good condition. TFTC
A dismal day to be out and about caching, but the things you do for a few souvenirs for the Planetry Pursuit. Doing it the hard way by chasing mainly traditionals, but location predicts the caches we have available.
A day spent between Traralgon and Moe with a couple of finds in Morwell included. The rain kept us on our toes as we moved from cache to cache.
Thanks to the respective CO's for the placements on the caches we found today.
