Found it after camping at Princess Margaret cave
Interesting spot
Thanks UdderChaos for bring me here and cache

13-Jul-12
holes been filled in.
not much point having a cache here now

it was a solution tube. shame to see geological features destroyed by forestry

09-Jul-12
Took a little while to find the cache as it had lots of pine needles over it. Then went in search of the hole. I guessed it was in the farm land, and wandered over to a nearby abandoned limestone quary. Guessing this wasn't it, back to the pine forest. Seems the hole has been filled in when the trees were felled. Pity, but safer I guess.

Thanks for bringing me here.

22-Jun-12
TFTC Awesome day out driving Took Geo Coin Left TB.

21-Jun-12
Didn't see much evidence of the big hole but found the one that the cache was in.

07-May-12
Found after a short search, then a check of previous logs, then another short search - It had been well and truly hidden! TFTC Udderchaos.

21-Feb-12
Easy find today, considering it was in a hole at the base of tree and thickly covered in pine needles. TFTC. Took pig car, Left: blue car.

22-Nov-11
TFTC great looking around the area.

22-Oct-11
Found with jess_jase and bradley&rebekah TFTC TNLN

18-Oct-11
Found this one after a long search. It was in a hole under the tree, and covered with a deep cover of pine needles.
Taking into account where it is, we left it under some pieces of wood by the trunk of the tree so it would found more easily by the next cachers.
Couldn't find a fenced hole but assume the nearby depression full of logging rubbish is the hole giving its name to this cache.
Thanks for the cache.

14-Jul-11
Scoured the GZ location for ages, couldnt find. So much for a straight forward easy one.

Drove to within 5m of cache

Thanks

23-Jan-11
Easy find.

01-Jan-11
Ducked in for a quick find after visiting the nearby cave. It wasn't the roos that we had to watch out for, rather it was the emus - we have never seen so many in one spot! Thanks for the excuse to make the detour and show the junior members of the caching team the logging process and thanks for the cache UdderChaos

29-Nov-10
TFTC had abit of a wander as it was a overcast day!! our 50th Cache!!!!!

20-Oct-10
game on

16-Oct-10
logging is still active in the area so the cache cannot be unarchived at this point.
It would appear there is a few weeks left of logging.

cache is safe where it is however people are not permitted to enter the area whilst logging is in progress

07-Aug-10
Hmm the latest notes may have helped on this one.

That'll teach me to rely on an old GPX.

I would say with all the pine cones falling in, it is getting shallower every year!
A nice detour off the road to the caves.
Thanks, Robmc.

27-Feb-10
It is certainly a spot to be very careful especially with children, but it is a nice cache TFTC

21-Feb-10
Last find for the day. Have had a great Sunday arvo drive.
Make sure you keep kids close at hand at this location.
Could be a very dangerous spot, Fence doesn't offer much of a barrier, especially for youngsters.

22-Jan-10
An easy find although eihter our GPS or the coordinates were a few meters off.
TNLN SL TFTC [:X]

14-Dec-09
Found by Mary & David at 1150. What, an easy approach to a sink hole? We'd feared some serious bush bashing like one we did earlier. Perhaps a pine tree will grow out of there one day. Great to see a quarter of the team last night. Our thanks to Udderchaos.

12-Dec-09

Mr Fun wondered about what was down there. As you can see from the pic here, he may well have found out the hard way. Just strong is that white wood?
Clear skies and our thanx again to UdderChaos. Great to catch you at the dinner [^]

12-Dec-09
Quick stop on our Northern Invasion tour of the SE.
Great spot, I wonder what else is down below there?
TNLNSL, Cheers.

12-Dec-09
Cache was found on a return visit. A year later the solution hole has changed dramatically. The hole is round tube dropping away into blackness. Last year it was blocked about 6 feet down.

12-Dec-09
My that could be one easy slip to a painfull death.
Found after doing lots of circles

29-Nov-09
Found after a little hunt held on to geo kids as the hole goes forever and the rail is pretty basic...........Took turtle Left dog

25-Oct-09
A run to GZ by Mr O was the easy part. Bad satlock and lots of hiding spots made this like trying to find a needle in a stack of...pine needles. That sure is a deep hole - kind of looks like that big sand monster in Return of the Jedi [:o)] except it doesn't have teeth. TFTC.

25-Apr-09
Took awhile but found eventually

18-Apr-09
This cache calls out for some lame 007 joke, but one eludes me at the moment.
An interesting hole and I wonder if a cavern sits at the bottom of it?
Stubbled across the cache fairly quickly considering the number of places for a hide around GZ.
Took the sk8r gurl and left a set of wine charms.
Thanks UC

17-Apr-09
We found our 3rd Udder Chaos cache at 3:35pm as the 18th of 20 on our South West / South East Tour - Day 4. Back to Vic once more. Nice to see a cache marker on this one as pine forest hides can be tricky. How in earth did you find this hole? Thanks for the cache from D, H & A B-A.

07-Apr-09
Nice find amongst the pines, TNLN,TFTC. Smile

21-Jan-09
Finally getting around to logging these finds after a 2 week road trip (over 100 caches to log [XX(] )

The last on a long day of many caches. Yet another place we would have never have known about if it wasn't for caches.

Thanks

10-Jan-09
Found while out for a drive with Beaker. A good location for a cache.
Thanks

10-Jan-09
Finally managed to cross this one off the list. May have to come back here one day with some caving gear and go for a bit of a look down there and see what it does. Huge wedgie flew away just as we reached GZ, which was great to see.

27-Dec-08
Found on our Nelson-Portland getaway.
I hate places like this, I had a quick look then stayed well away while Highrod freaked me out having a look!

07-Dec-08
out for a sunday drive with nelshaby, was very well hidden, geokids were playing karate kid with all the stumps.

07-Nov-08
What an unusual feature! I suspect the cache owner must be either a forester or an orienteer for who else would know about this feature? Made sure I gave the fence a wide berth for it could well ruin one's day if there was a sudden subsidence. Had to forgo the gps needle and step across to the actual gps coords to locate the cache. TNLN T4TC.

30-Oct-08
Another cache in a pine forest, think we're nearly over them, but at least there is the hole as an attraction. Lots of kindling about.
Took about 5 minutes of scratching around to find it.

FOUND WITH YELLATORI THIS GOT ME INTERESTED

06-Oct-08
My mojo had gone missing this morning. Plus I was late. Damn it is really hard to search in the forest. So many hiding spots. So little time. Interesting hole.

05-Oct-08
I said to Lambshops "stay in the car while I log this cache, it won't take me long."

10 minutes later lambchops jumps out of car and finds the cache with a minute while I was over 10 metres away still searching for it. I hate when trees block my signal

Thanks Udderchaos

23-Aug-08
This was a tricky one as we had to wait for the Gps to settle down under the pines. After it did we had a pretty straight forward find. Love the area populated by hundreds of Roos this morning and the hole is one deep M.F!!
Wouldnt want to drop down there!!
Thanks Udderchaos
