Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Hi Ministro, May be up that way Australia Day weekend. Not sure yet. If I don't replace it then I'll archive it. The inlaws keep visiting us, and therefore we haven't been up. I'd get them to replace it but info suggests I have to take some tools and repair the hiding spot. DJ
Definitely gone. I found the place but the thing that held the thing has been removed.
Gday DJcache... I can make up a replacement and put it in position for you... if no one else has contacted you about doing so...
Chris

Muggled apparently. Anyone who can help with maintenance appreciated. We don't have any plans to visit the inlaws at the moment, but I can make a trip if I have to.

On a very cold day in Merimbula this was the first cache to be attempted and on arrival no muggles to be seen so that made for an easy find. Loved the sculptures close by and a big thanks to djcache for placing this guy.
Found 1500hrs sitting down doing up shoelaces and watching Pelicans and Cormorants catching their afternoon tea. Great area. N.T L eraser SL TFTC.
Lovely morning walk in the sunshine. Enjoyed the sculptures but no 'live' pelicans around.
Quick find.
Thanks Jacqueline and Peter #6952

Our first geocaching adventure in more than a year. Grumpy daughter number 1 was very excited. We put in a path tag from our good friend at home in Loxton.

We had to make sure we bagged a geocache today, especially as the date only comes around every four years.
Grabbed this little beauty right under the eyes of a couple fishing on the bank. (Well to be fair the fisherman had his back to us.)
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thanks djcache for the cache

The sculptures at GZ are excellent with the backdrop of the lake was amazing. I found the cache quickly and enjoyed the views while signing the log, thanks.
Another great cache in Merimbula. Very quickly identified GZ and then had to wait a few minutes whilst a fisherman got ready with his snorkel, flippers and harpoon. Once coast was clear we took the walrus, shark and left a special sea shell and butterfly. TFTC.
With all those holes in there braks and bellies it's a wonder that they can hold anything except steel wool. lovely spot TNLN thanks djcache I really enjoy a cache that has a bit of thought put into it.
#348 found at 1100 on a caching day that saw 34 finds 3 DNF and 6 waymarks added to the talley. This day began at cooma and ended at bega.
15/34 for a great day out and about. This was a nice change to find the cache of this size in the location it was it makes for a very easy find as it reduces the places the cache can be.
Thanks djcache for a great hide and a real cache.

Initial attempt was foiled by muggles with fish n chips and sticky buns. A return after dinner had the cache quickly in geogirls hands. TFTC TNLN
Surprising to find a cache of this size on this structure. Lovely town this. TFTC

Overcast day in Merimbula on our week long break. Nice little hide. Love the artwork of these hungry beasts! A quick find. TFTC SL
After clearing out this part of Merimbula I decided to come across the bridge. I was surprised at the hiding method. Not one I have seen before. There were more muggles out in the water for me to worry about than there were on land.
Thanks djcache

Found at 3:46:45 PM GAFF1. An amazing fact! This bird is also Cat's favourite as well. The sculptures here are a very nice representation of the birds.
Thanks Djcache - we have been wanting to do this cache ever since it came out and a nice hide as well.

This was my very first cache find. Rather excited. Retrieve a trackable from this cache and will send it on its way.
Out with Fore! and the geokids on a cold day we decided to find some of the caches in the area. Upon turning into the correct street we thought with the name of the cache we would find this close to one of the pelicans. Fore!'s keen eyes spied the special hiding place while the geokids were looking elsewhere. Great spot. If you live in the area more caches please...Once my parents move up permanently we will be onto it too. So many great places to explore...Left my first trackable...Hope it has a great journey and finds its way back to me in 2013. First one given to me by Fore! Pythagoras..I am a maths nut..
Found this cache with Raspberryvinegar after a shopping trip around the area. The geokiddies enjoyed themselves and the artwork whilst we got down to a quick find and admired the effort that went into hiding the cache.
I left a 4c pathtag, as I enjoyed the cache so much; aside from that, took nothing but a couple of photos - I think this one needed a new log book, though. TFTC.

Great cache. Strangely for us no muggle activity. Geowife got a great picture of seagulls sitting on Pelicans. How did you get to put this one in place. Much impressed. Great little spot, weather turned nasty so we had to leave quicker than we wanted. TFTC.
cache is in good condition. still plenty of room in book.

Though I would try this one to but couldn't get near GZ as MUGGLE city here today so didn't bother stopping. Will have to try again one day soon it looks like a great spot.
A nice walk on a semi-sunny day. Not many mugglers around so it was quite easy to log. TFTC

1 o f8 for the day found by Mr & Mrs 1SR at 0635. Well actually just Mr 1SR as he was off on a fishing trip but unfortunately the weather gods were against me so no fishing. Made an easy find as not many people around at this time of day. A clever little hide. No fishing allowed more caching!!!
