Would like to see the ferry in operation so must visit again some day. Thanks The Lost Bunch. No swaps.
Good spot for a "cache in trash out", although you would need a truck.

Good size cache. More use should be made of it though I am surprised it is not found by muggles. TNLN. TFTC.
Like others, I too found the cache partially exposed. Covered it back after I signed the log.
Only noted the snake warning sign now as I log - oh boy, I hate snakes, glad I didn't see it earlier!!!

Very quiet here this morning and found the biggest cache for the day partly uncovered. Signed the log at 9.50 and off to the next. Thanks for placing this cache.
After finding this ones twin on the other bank this morning we just had to complete the double this afternoon.
Thanks The Lost Bunch
Thanks The Lost Bunch
Found it.
Was reading gpsr ..3m..2m..1m..0m..It's here.
Thought AHA got ya!. Looked down and was reaching when I noticed the
last 2 feet of a long, thin animal just going into the grass beside the cache.
Snakes!
I didn't linger to sign log, claiming this one.

Found (18:12) this evening.......
Took awhile to locate cache by car & torch light (at least no mozzies here even though still close to the river)
Disturbed a bunch of small green frogs adjacent to the cache hopping around the place

There was one other empty car there when I turned up but no people around. So following my GPS it took me straight to the cache. It was a bit empty so I added a few items for swapping and signed the log. A great area for watching the boats on the river. TFTC The Lost Bunch.
Found easily enough, just as Bundyrumandcoke turned up. Thanks for the cache!
I had tried for this one earlier in the day, but from the otherside. No good. and no free ride given. So I had to try for it from this direction.
Find number 25 for the trip to the Bundy event at 1345 hrs.
Cheers

Found at 11.35am GAFF1. We came this way hoping to get across the river by the ferry, but it was not operating. So we had to drive all the way around again to get to where the action was - caching wise. Thanks The Lost bunch - interesting collection of soiled underpants and other rubbish around!
Made the mistake of trying this cache early AM.Took about 15 mins to drive the last 3Km to GZ . The fog was that thick I could hardly see the bonnet of the geocamper !!!!
Clear enough to see the ferry and find the cache. TNLN TFTC

It would have been great to have caught the ferry across to this one from the other side earlier! Ferryman was doing a bit of work on the barge and I had the place to myself. Found at 1100hrs. Thanks for taking me out there TLB.

Long grass a bit of a worry with shorts on not knowing what lays in wait. The wife found it after a short search. Nice cache.
Took little coloured peg left frog and balloon sticker. Thanks for the hunt, we probably wouldn't have seen the ferry if we didn't go cache hunting.

We searched and searched but came up empty. Plenty of muggles about so will try again another time. Plenty of other "interesting' finds but no cache. Thanks for the hunt anyway, we had never been here before so was a great way to see another interesting part of Bundy.

No ferries today, Few muggles about, but they where down the end of the jetty fishing, Asked if they caught any fish, They caught one.
I should have trusted my GPS on this one, it took me directly to where the cache was, but for one reason, I searched elsewhere, Probably because of all the Long grass in the vicinity of the Cache, I only had sandals on. I didn't brave walking through there with just sandals, but in the end I persevered and there it was.
Took TB & Willie Coyote, Left Necklace and Whistle.

MrMad went out caching with Pop - Mrs Mad's Dad - and all the female Mads stayed home - all too hot for them today - and they found this cache. The other day we looked at it from the other side of the river - took Pop's knowledge of how to get there to find the cache. Grabbed some travel bugs. Thanks for the cache.
15:30 Located after a short search Very windy and no ferry today and absolutely no muggles about.
