Logs
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Despite the number of DNF's, I decided to give this one another try. Had a good look today but came up empty. Looking at the number of DNF's and non-response from C.O. it really is time for this one to go.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

Is it still here? 4 of us searched and by reading logs it seems no one has found it for a while...
Our second time here, and no luck again Found the wabbit hole, but no wabbits, needs to be checked by owner
I reached into the rabbit hole as far as I could, from both sides too. I think that it must be gone. I also checked the spoiler pic, and there is nothing like that there. Needs checking by the C.O. just to be sure.
This one must be gone I think I found the rabbit hole but it was empty of a rocky cache. There is a spoiler picture of cache in log page and that cache is no where to be found
It's not there. Checked the photos to see what to look for & definitely missing. Stink.
Required some search, but we ended up with a find. Being 5 in the group helped. We were looking at the wrong spot to start with. TFTC
Trying to fill another day on the calendar. Spent ages trying to locate this one. Too clever for us today. Will try again another day.
Good spot - easy loacation a little scratching around required to find the goodies.
SO COOL What a great cache! Looked for a while, but B found it in the end Great gluing skills Heehee.
After a while we found this little cache in pooring rain.
Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany

Nice little cache right next to a playground of fun! garbage man muggle was looking at us curiously!
Finally, thanks to Granda! I've looked before but not been successful. This time success!
4207 This one had us going for a while but a quick rethink and the cache was soon in hand! TFTC
Please check this cache - there appears to have been no successful finds of it for quite some time. We had trouble.

I'm sure you guys are lying ehy. Found lots of sticks. A tennis ball and some flax but no prize today. Upward and onward )
found with yo mum - our 7th of 20 for the day. must have been the third time we have come here to find this cache... only time we even got close to gz, as there have always been families about before. no idea what the clue meant until i actually found the cache, then it was so clear and obvious! thanks for the cache, great hide
The cache is definitely still in place, though the logbook is very damp. We tried to find this one about a year ago with no luck, but we soon had it in hand on a return visit today. Well hidden, thanks.

This is a good one... Great little bay overlooking Harbour bridge etc. Park was filled with muggles (Kite and Wind Surfers) but they were not bothered about us at all. I will be back thinking low tide may be better. TFTC.
No luck today. Great spot to find crabs and watch windsurfers though. Will be back
Great hide - glad i'm not new to caching or I would missed this one. Log wet, needs looking at! TFTC
GPS had me in the water and as the tide was in, I had a very quick look on land and failed to find.
The last cache of my ‘Bayswater by Bike’ trek. A tricky hide, spotted it after walking around in circles for a while, another magic container. TNLN SL1329 TFTC
Had a good look (well, it felt like it was) but no joy today. Tide was well out and I hope the owner of the 4WD parked on the mudflats got back to it before tide returned.

How cool was this! Cache is missing a few pebbles, but nevermind, the views from here are great too. I wonder who lives in this house with the cubby house up in the tree overlooking the cache?

Out with Glyn and BackPAQer today to see how many caches three guys can find powered only by Wild Bean Cafe coffee and ham rolls. The weather was wet but the spirits were high.
Yep yes it does. Nice spot here indeed.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Spent just over an hour looking for this one. No sign of the cache at all. Used the clue as well.
I heard that Bayswater rocks, and well the saying is true it really rocks, found cache without any issues, TFTC TNLNSL (959)
Found after a bit of hunting around. Kids enjoyed a swing - what a lovely spot.

Back again to Bayswater Rocks with Kayaknkiwi. Last time we were here I stepped into the mud up to my knee. This time, we're more experienced geocachers. (Glad we had the hint, tho!!) Log book is a bit soggy. TFTC!
Off caching with Seattle's Best this afternoon. Been here before, glad we had this on under control today. Did have to walk in the "mud". We had a good laugh about that one! SB came up with the goods on this one! Thanks for the adventure. TFTC!
Very windy day so trying to find parking amongst all the wind surfers was challenging. Loved the camo. TFTC
Only a couple of yachties about.
Looks like a good spot to donut on the grass.
Clue put me on to it easily. Nicely done.

Out with OG Phatazz for a Geo run over the North Shore. We had a driver booked for today but he decided to stay at home (he must be made of brown sugar , NoWonderStuff ).
Quickly found, nice camo.

11.25am. Spent about 15min looking for this one even with the two previous DNF'S.
Found some very likely spots that matched the clue, but came up empty handed.
Cheers M+S [:O)]

Pleased to report that the cache is still there Great hide and excellent camo . we didn't see any rabbits but met a BIG dog so maybe he chased the rabbit away. T4TC.
The hint gave us no joy, we searched all over this area but to no avail, will be back to try again as soon as its confirmed to be still there!!
I have almost lost track at the number of attempts I have had on this one, that GZ sure gets busy at times. No dramas today, although a bit more of the camo fell off.

Done with my daughter so I could give her a go on the nearby swing and slide. After short search, found with no trouble. Had come to the area earlier, but many muggles about, so put off this one for another day. TNLNSL. Cheers, and cool camo!
nice camo on the cache container, wondered what it was to start with when spotted, TNLNSL TFTC.
The new coordinates certainly helped us get this one, though Mr Adnshe had to actually do the retrieving....!

Had a bit of a look around, but could not find it before we were muggled out. Did find one spot, and went in elbow deep, but nothing there?
Bit of fun finding this one as co-ords were out (Met up with owner later and advise new ones). Adee spotted it and then it was ours.

3 visits and muggles right at GZ each time setting up their kite sails. Just drove on by each time.
No problems finding this one, a bit of the camo is starting to come off, but a great effort anyway. Nice spot, TFTC
The co-ordinates were pointing me into someone's property, and there were a few muggles around, so decided not to hunt the cache, and popped back later in the day.
Got it this time based upon comments from other cachers at the social this morning in Albany. Returned this evening to hunt and got muggled by the residents - explained to them about caching, and they said that people had been entering their property from the sea side. I said that was because the co-ordinates were out (and they were, by 20m or so). Once I found the cache, I showed them what it was, where it was, and even got them to sign the logbook. The kids thought it was cool Cheers Gav [2576]
Posting a needs maintenance log, as the nearby residents mentioned to me that geocachers have been trying to enter their property as the co-ordinates seem to be 20m out - as other cachers have mentioned. They are pretty cool with caching now I've explained it to them, but the next may not be. Recommend two actions:
1. Update the listed co-ordinates (I took some I'll post later, and I see M@ has added some as well).
2. Update the cache description to say that there is no need to enter private property.
Cheers Gav

Should've read the logs further, but didn't mind going for a wade . Cool bottle.

Co-ords were out for us as well (~17m) – Didn’t fancy getting wet feet so resorted to some cacher logic. Found in the second spot we checked. Awesome camo, well done. Checked out the kite surfers while we were here. Many thanks for a great wee cache. Bayswater certainly rocks!

Oh yep, the cords are out, by 22 meters or so. Failed to take reading, maybe the next finder will, or maybe one of the 2 that found it before us have.
Watched a kite surfer come detached from his kite, looked painful.
Lovely container. Thanks for the fun. My 2 newbies with me were impressed too.

Well, this would be the furtherest from home FTF that I have found (accidentally). Here with Tufty. As we were departing some of the local boys arrived and were preparing to go kite surfing with 'wings' that were formed by air being pumped into sealed pockets. We spent some time talking with them discussing these setups and how they were controlled in flight. - Diabetes TB. Thanks for the cache.
Not even sure I was at the correct GZ, as there was no shelled path to be seen. had a bit of a scratch around but was a bit preoccupied by the closeness of the neighbours. returned about 3 hours later for another look, this time would have needed waders to get to GZ.
Decided to do a caching raid on the Devonport/Bayswater area accompanied by BaldEd. There were quite a few popped up over the last month so a concerted effort was required.
The was the 2nd for the day and a joint FTF. My GPS had us 22m away when we put our hands on the cache.
Watched a couple of young kite surfers prepare for their outing on the water.
Cheers for the cache.
