Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Woden's day the sixteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A quiet spot late at night here, walked over and found the cache thanks to a great hintTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
We had to pick something up in Carrum Downs early this arvo so we decided to pick up some long time solved puzzles whilst in the area and any other caches we drove past. This was one of them and actually took longer than it should have. The GPS and phone were both jumping all over the place. We should have followed our instincts rather than the devices or looked at the clue lol. Finally GMelb located it. TFTC DumberThanRocks (&Rigger64) - GJMMelb
Found in a few minutes.Didnt get the hint but once I understood it really helped.Overall very enjoyable
Cache find 160Took us 10 seconds to find only because we looked at some of the logs. The logs gave it away Found it with Amorton and Omorton

#4636A quick find here around midday. I was inconspicuous in my hi vis work vest. Thanks for the cache.
Nice easy find tho container is damaged very hard to write the log may need attention tftc
This week I suddenly had to go to Australia to visit my family. So I took the plane from Amsterdam and flew to Melbourne. Luckily there are also a lot of geocaches in Australia. I have found some nice caches and even was able to go to an event. I did not expect that I would be able to go to an event, so I was happy that there was an event nearby where I am staying. When the weather was too hot, I went to visit the caches early in the morning. Luckily most caches were easy to find. Thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining all caches. Thanks for the cache.
A new container is in the same spot and all is well again! Many thanks to the replacers - B3
A replacement has been constructed and handed off to a local Rocks associate who will put it back out shortly - B3
This one's been on the to-be-constructed-in-the-shed list which was briefly lost over the Christmas period. Now refound, it'll be sorted within the next two weeks.
On a shopping trip we took the opportunity to grab this cache, a nice quick find and a fun cache thanks for placing it
It’s raining, it’s pouring and this Cacher was snoring and couldn’t get up in the morning!
After spending several hours distracted by cyberspace, a patch of blue sky appeared and it was time to venture outside. Yay, the forecast had been updated and the rain was meant to be finished for the day and that means caching time!
A spur of the moment plan was hatched with spiffy- to target this area of unfound caches.
Love the title and it could also be called home of the Saturday Sausage Sanga!
We must have been distracted by the aromatic onions, as we took three passes under, above and around before we had a big chuckle at the nicely blended cache right there!
thanks for the placement DumberThanRocks and story information

With the weather clearing up this afternoon Kristysadventures and I headed out to find stuff neither of us had found so we dropped one car off and freestyled around this area. The rain gladly held off and we kept going until it started getting dark.
Didn't look at the hint properly here so looked in way too many wrong places before I stood back up and there it was a few centimeters from my face.
Thanks DumberThanRocks for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I have been slowly working on trying to qualify for [atsmug's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=353a2e8b-5904-474e-90ad-d2fabca356a5&wid=6bf98b06-d536-45ac-91bf-cd21d5b90511&ds=2) [AUSmer Challenge (GC6XVTD)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC6XVTD).
So when I **FINALLY** got off work on time today and with the new [Wheel of Challenges Challenge](https://www.geocaching.com/live/campaign/wheelofchallenges) being all about getting "Out and About," I figured today would be the perfect day to drive down and collect some of the [2022 Victorian COTYA Nominee caches](https://www.geocaching.com/plan/lists/BMC8QYR?sort=name&sortOrder=asc&skip=0&take=20) as well as some caches that would fill in some of my missing months, including this one.
After finding a few other caches today, the sun had completely set. However, I was still keen to keep going, so I opened up [project-gc](https://project-gc.com/Tools/MapHiddenMonth) to see what caches could fill in one of my missing months and when I saw that this cache was hidden in Oct 2008, I knew I had to stop.
Lucky for me no one was parked near GZ. So when I arrived I was able to park as close to the beacon as possible. I was then able to hop out, make a quick search and sign the log before any muggles arrived.
The cache container blended in nicely with the beacon. The paint looks like the identical shade, so well done!
Big thanks goes to Rigger64 for originally hiding this cache and for [DumberThanRocks](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=95183ce3-faa4-476d-b93d-d3b05da87422&wid=f5852050-c9c8-46b1-8500-cc11209afada&ds=2) for keeping this one alive! TFTC.

The cache container was in good shape. The camo blended in so well. The attachment mechanism still seemed strong and the logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.

After wandering around caching in the Frankston botanic gardens, I decided to trek to the shops and tackle this cache. I had tossed up as to whether to make the trip, as there had been one DNF. I am so glad I did as I found the cache very quickly, exactly where I expected it to be hidden. The camo is excellent.
Chasing the golden oldies...thank goodness for the hint the GPS was all over the shop. Eventually, I put the phone away and went in for the find.
I visited this one a while ago and couldn't find it. Today it took two turns, as I dare not poke around, but the second go I got braver and found the cache quickly. The log was a little stuck but it came out eventually, all signed and replaced. Thanks!
got a spider on my phone while doing it and bit by mozzies i put 20 cents in it cause there was nothing in it but the list
I was happy for a quick find with a good hint. Nice colour match!
Thanks for placing the cache DumberThanRocks.
