I went down to check this cache. There has been a lot of council work in the park and parking area, and another fire in the Rovers' Den and the cache has gone, one way or another, with all of the activity.
I thought that this one was going to be fairly easy, but even using the clue, I could not find the cache. There is a lot of rubbish around GZ.
I suspect that there may have been some ground movement at GZ. Cache no where to be seen.
Easy find heading back to launceston Found De Vuurtoren TB not listed in this cache will log approriately and move on TFTC
One of about 106 found during a 25 day holiday from Victor Harbor to Melbourne with a lap of Tasmania thrown in before heading back to Victor. It rains in Tasmania!

Ok we pulled up here, turned around stopped car and wife almost reached out the door and picked a very familiar looking cache containor. Yes have several like this back home. Helps when part of your work sells this type of stuff.

You are not wrong it was a drive by. Reached from the drivers door. Replaced as found. TNLN
Superquick find - with Jr Geo spotting it from the car. Did one very similar just a week or two ago. Log book signed and cache returned in double quick time. Thanks for a nice easy cache.
This was cache # 9 of 27 finds on a rather wet last day caching in Tassie. I did not find the object mentioned in the hint but I did find a dead animal and a cache. My thanks to JamesWat Graham51 for the cache.
The man with his camp stove finally left and gave us a chance to find the cache>
We had 3 goes at this cache. The first 2 times we arrived at GZ there was a guy parked right next to the cache relaxing in his car with a camp stove set up on the ground next to the car. That cup of tea took a long time to prepare, hope it was good! We drove past later and the park was empty, 3rd time lucky! TFTC
760 - A perfect location for a scout hall, it is a shame that it burnt down. Thanks for showing us the location and the great idea for the cache James Wat Graham51. Found in good condition at 4:50pm.
I had hoped for a quick find as I had little time to search. Alas a few minutes was not enough.
Food of any type being left in a cache is a bad idea. Especially Minties. Had to change out the bag it was so disgusting. TFTC.
the greenery has all grown up a lot her and I wandered around bashing away at it before stepping back and noticing the obvious - great hide!

On holidays from Darwin and wanted to show geo-son what we get up to for fun in the tropics. He loved it so might have another recruit on our hands.

Missed it this time. Too many council workers around laying pipes for drains. Probably not a good one to try during the day at the moment. Think I know where it is though.
Ahhh!! It is not in the middle of the roadas the GPS says. After struggling for about 5-10minutes, read some of the previous logs and walked straight to it. TFTC. TNLN Husband is a former Scout and Rover.
Can't believe how easy that was to find. Especially considering it was second attempt to which first try was a nightmare of frustration. Oh how good were the clues when you know.
After going to the other scout hall cache, we decided to see if we could find this one. It was such a surprise to find it where it was, very clever and unexpected. After doing a few hunts, im getting a handle on what to look for. Thanks heaps
... but there isn't any longer? Was much of anything around here at night. Made for an easy find Cheers Gav [6107]
A clever little hide! Luckily Donald was in cache searching mode so we tracked it down quickly. Dewey and Louie would have enjoyed looking at all the scouting stuff... to bad they were at school. TFTC!
We looked in the obvious places consistent with the clue and found nothing. However, our caching experience came to the fore and something looked a little out of place - success. A good hide. TFTC
nice hide! wondered about this one with the detour happening adjacent at the moment but all was good... found after a Cadbury visit..... now need to do some caches to work it all off
cheers 4 da cache JamesWat Graham51!

2nd time trying to find this one, the hint had me off in the wrong direction.
As we were about to leave Chloe found the Cache, Very clever hide. I'm surpirsed that a workman hasn't found it by mistake and moved it.
Took Geocoin and will place it in another Cache very soon.

Find number 11 for the 12th day of our trip to Tasmania and the Mega Event. Found at 1545, find number 151 for the trip so far. Another easy find, but we did have to wait for a muggle to move along before we could make the grab.

I returned here to find the muggles had left so I could search in peace and that didn't take long as the clue and good coords led me right there.

Found on a cool Saturday afternoon. Took the 1993 Gang Show badge and didn't that bring back memories. In my youth (a long time ago) I was involved with the Gang Show in Hobart. Mum was one of the pianists and I helped on the door. Later, when females were allowed to participate, I performed in both Hobart and Launceston. It is obviously still going but I haven't heard of it for years now. Anyway, enough of my reminiscences. We left a soldier and TFTC.
Found at 1312hrs as my 4th for the day and 127th o/all. Cache box was good one. All the badges reminded me of my days in the Huonville Cubs and Scouts. Still remember the hikes and camps. Great stuff!! First Corroborree at the Lea Camp was a great time. TFTC OldSaint
got this drive by on the way to lunch in hobart. the cache container was a great build. you must be a plumber as the cache was well sealed agaist the weather. you should make more and sell them. TFTC dwhite774
Thought we'd be safe with muggles on a very wet day .... but we were wrong. Tried to be as discrete as possible. TNLN TFTC
another great spot on forshore got it early i morning but be careful not to drive past it or over it lol thanks
Found this after finding There is a Scout Hall. A nice hide in an interesting park. Luckily for us, there were no muggles around. TNLN. TFTC.
The basket ball court was in use when I arrived.
Finding the cache could be fun !!
I poked around and with a bit of deft manoeuvring discovered a cache
Grabbing it and wandering off was easy.
I sat down to open it and took in the views for a while
But a stroke of luck. Just as I got up to return the cache the muggles bounded away

Liked the hide. Love the cache container. An interesting two caches - thanks JamesWat Graham51.
As I got to GZ, I was disappointed to find a bloke in a truck right the cache (almost). As luck would have it, as soon as I turn up, he starts the truck up, asks me for directions to Lindisfarne and leaves! The gods were smiling on me today. Liked the container, you could probably do more with it that the location that its it? But still, a good cache. Thanks.

Easy find thanks, shame about the olod scout hall, I did my time through cubs, scouts and venturers, our old scout hall is someones house now and the troop is no longer so its good to see the group has survived it and moved on and hopefully up
It took a little longer than I would have thought to find this cache, it was pretty simple! I was having a bad start to the day I guess. A shame about the old scout here, but what do you expect when you hand a group of kids a heap of sticks and teach tell to rub them together!

Found by Quilter. Pulled up in the park and walked straight to cache. Cool container. Spent some time reminiscing of Guiding Days. Cheers Quilter
Found this one when I was Mrs Cheesy Pig. I have struck out on my own and am now logging the caches I found in my previous persona (but not the ones found only by Mr Cheesy Pig of course)! Let me know if you would like me to find it and log it again but under my new name.
10:25 am - This was the first stop on our journey to Launceston for Christmas. A nice easy find. We had no related swaps so tnln thanx guys.
Easy find but heaps of muggles about. It was great to be able to sit at the picnic table and look through the cache.

Had to do this one. I'm a visiting SL/GL from SA, with my Scout 7 Cub sons in tow. But more importantly, I used to date a Mt Fawkner Venturer back in about 1986 at State Ventures and Regattas! His name was Adrian.
Thanks for the memories...

My two eldest boys always loved scouts so its great to see a new hall has been built here.
Its a top little area and an impressive container. You could sell those to cachers and almost put Sistema out of business [?]
Thanks JamesWat Graham51 for a nice pleasant cache.
