Afraid we join LittleMelon on the short list of DNF's. Had a good look around and there were a couple of "out of place" possibilities but none that we could get a cache out of.
Looks like I'm the only one who couldn't find it. This is embarrassing....>.< Most of the time spent was waiting for the neighbours across the road to finish their lawn mowing. While I was walking back home, I received a catcall. I am so not going caching with a skirt again.
I'll come back another day!!
I'll come back another day!!
Out with Kyle&Coke introducing them to the delights of night caching... 9th (and final) of the night quick easy find.... this castle is special to us as this is where 8yrs ago we had our Wedding photo's taken... thanks for the memories Glynn...... TFTC
Finally got to this one! Had to wait quite a while to return the cache - strolling muggles! Love the simplicity of this hide! TFTC

Took my 5 and 3 year old who eventually found this. Used to walk past this castle and had reads it's history in a local travel book. Nice job. We took out a little umbrella and put in a lollypop
Interesting place. Thanks for the history lesson. Grabbed a pathtag to add to my collection.
Driven by previously but not stopped. Quite the sight - we felt a bit pervy holding our cameras over the wall, it would be nice to see inside - your pics are sure better than ours! Cool camo. PINO TFTC
And each heart is whispering, 'Home, home at last.' ~Thomas Hood. Lovely story, beautiful location, true romance. TFTC! <3
Found this one on my way home. Didn't have any time to look at the garden, next time!

I never read the cache description before I drove up to GZ. After spotting the large green structure nearby I was about to immediately drive away without bothering to search, when I wondered about how come the cache's name fitted with THAT structure. So I decided to check on the placer. "Oh, it's one of his. He usually places great caches", I thought. Then I read the description and discovered the story behind the cache. That is one imposing family home, though I sort of wonder how damp and cold it may get inside. The cache was a quick find after that. Thanks for the cache.
Valentine's Day seemed appropriate to visit the Romantic Castle. Love-ly story, and a typical bit of Glyn camo on the cache. Thanks.

Whoops! Quick find as it had fallen out of position... all fixed up... Amazing effort put into his castle... and great effort on the cache too. TFTC.
Just around the corner from home. Love the castle. Didnt take to long to find. T4TC
Spring was in the air, so time for a geocache or two!
Thank you for bringing me to this interesting sight!
It's a regular mini-Kiwi Taj Mahal!

This is my fifth cache today. I have now walked 8.3 kms and am not really looking forward to have to climb Eskdale Rd on my way to the next cache (FTF Much in Ding Dong Dang). Loved the hide.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Amazing place. Having seen ti first hand I thought my daughter could consider it for her wedding. Any excuse to buy a hat. T4TC
TFTC, our last find of the day and the littlest Welsh kid had to be lifted up to have a better look at the castle. Neat place

What a beautiful castle! Mrs Geckoh would like one but Mr Geckoh said NO!
So we compromised and collected the cache instead.

A quick find, and I made use of the nearby tree branches for shelter from passers-by whilst signing the log. Cheers Gav [3548]
1.30pm. Mr. JF did not know of this castle's existence though Mrs. JF said that he should. What an achievement. Peeped through the newspaper slot to get a better view!! Not frustrated by the camo. Must be getting to know you Glyn!!

We are learning more of the local history with every cache. Quick find for the start of a night's hunting. Great camo T4TC
found with yo-mum, before i had my own handle. thanks for playing a part in getting me into caching =)
found with cents-less. awesome camo job, though i would expect nothing less from you glyn! tftc =)
Took longer to wait for neighbor to back his car in (looking at us sideways) than it did to find cache. Would have been even quicker if I had stuck to my first supicians, rather than look around elsewhere, but still was able to quickly introduce Joan (of Darby & Joan) to some of Glyn's camo.SLTFTC
Out for an afternoon with Helefant thought this cache would be nice to do. I some years back worked for Dee and Ron. Was sad to read she had passed away. Was able to point out to Helefant some of the features inside the castle which was simply an awesome place to work. Anyway back to the cache, thoroughly enjoyed the camo on this one. Very, very clever. Thanks for bringing us here, it was nice to remember my time at the castle. SL. TFTC.
7.50pm. Quick find, after something didn't quite llok right.

I have driven by the castle many times and wondered about its story. Thanks for bringing us here, glyn. Gr8 camo!!
We're still laughing about this one. Well, two of us are. KayakNKiwi was driving for the day, so she parked and we shouted for notes as we wandered toward the GZ. KnK fossicked in her bag for the Palm only to look up and see us smiling satisfied smiles of triumph. So much for team caching. She then quickly isolated it from what belonged to the scene and found it herself. Thanks for the story of the castle. I visited the Taj Mahal recently, but didn't know we had our own Love Palace on the Shore!
Drive pass the castle often, now can drive pass and say - ha got that one!! Caching with Indiana Jill and Seattle’s Best this afternoon. Before I had even got out of my door, both were away walking towards GZ, while being asked so kindly to get the notes. I hadn’t even got notes out and both came walking back with great big smiles.... brilliant. Off I went in search of this with them both looking on!! Fantastic camo, really enjoyed this! TFTC!

Quick find, spotted a likely location from the car. Nice castle from what little we could see. Many thanks for making us aware of this grand structure. Mmmm….. the block work ain’t half bad, looks almost as good as yours Glyn.

What else do you do on a wet day - Go Caching. At least the muggle count is down.
Thanks for the history Glyn. A very sweet tale indeed.
Quick find and signing.
Cheers TT

FTF!
Snuck in for one of those rare shore FTFs, no problems locating or retreiving, although came away with just the lid on the first retreive.
Interesting bit of history.
