A morning cache run. As the sun pokes over the horizon and the early summer month heats up I just happened to be I the area. Had a DNF here a while ago and I mean a long time ago. Now with a little bit more experience and thinking a bit better, I located the cache really fast amd had a moment where I thought "how the heck did I miss that easy find earlier" I remember these containers and foing to dinner gatherings when I was a kid amd these having dip in them and chips around the platter it attaches too. There was also at these parties abiut 4 or 5 fondue sets going....I know have my parents original one. Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache Woolfienz from Mr Cuddly Brick; this most exellent day the 2 October 2016. Whoop whoop cache #1465.

Took a break from planting natives upstream, I spent a bit of time fossicking around in the wrong place
Great little spot - didn't know it was there and I've been driving past for years! My 4 year old loved the playground nearby. Tricky find - well hidden! TFTC
I never knew this was here! Beautiful spot, thanks for bringing me here. Found the seat and eventually found the cache too. Found, signed and placed back as it was. This was followed by a quick look around the area. Had an awesome day out caching in the area with Busy Paws!
TFTC!
TFTC!
What a lovely area! I haven't been this way for absolutely years. Found after a little hunt, with Geo Jessie. while on a day's caching, starting here. TFTC
Oh my goodness. I have been driving past here for 20 years and didn't know this reserve was even here! Amazing. Children enjoyed their play here after 3 hours of caching. Thank you
Huh, I never would've known this park was here. The track was a bit submerged after the recent rain. I soon located the seat and spotted the cache. All nice and dry. Tftc.
What a lovely little park!! I have driven past on countless occasions and never realised what a gem there is hiding in a small side street! I m glad I decided to make a quick stop today, and thanks so much for bringing me here!!!
Found after a short walk and a bit of poking around, lots of muggles around so thought I might not be able to grab it, but hidden away enough to not be a problem. TFTC 2016/12
I was off to my brother's place for dinner and stopped off here to get my cache-a-day cache. A lot of muggles passed by while I was hunting. Needless to say the stream got viewed a lot of times.
Cheers for the cache.

Geotooter and I travelled across the ditch to attend the Christchurch Mega Event. One of the things I really enjoy about Mega Events is meeting so many wonderful people. It is a chance to catch up with those I already know and to make a whole bunch of new friends. I even managed to catch up with Renelm, a cacher I met while in Copenhagen earlier this year. Fantastic! We also enjoyed tripping around discovering new locations and finding some caches along the way and this was one of them. Thanks to the CO for placing this hide and adding to my global geocaching experience. Cheers.

Parking opposite the house that is insignificant to this cache we meandered along the path to the cache name sake.
Note: there is no need to follow the geo trail to the fence as we and previous hunters have done.
Although the coords appear very slightly out the hint is perfect. The geowifes keen eye spotted something worthy of a closer inspection and had CIH.

Out with Lyttleton Witch on the way to an earthcache we did a detour to grab this cache.
Thanks for the hide. The elephant tracks did not go to the right location but never the less we still found the cache.
Nice park.

Nice park.
Killing some time after the Market event, decided to make a stop here before heading into the city. There were little cotton tail bunnies and little ducklings. Naww.
Well wasn't intending to visit but glad we did. Coordinates a little off I think but found it in Short order. Then off for a flying Fox at associated Park. Tftc
TFTG Took us forever to find it we were going to skip it but we didn't. Our meters tricked us i
This is a cool wee reserve, we'll be back for sure. Thanks for bringing us here. Log book is damp, still signable TFTC
Did not even know this little reserve was here. Would love to go for a walk in the day time. The cache was a bit hard to get to because a GIANT SPIDER was guarding it :////

Third time lucky! While at work this afternoon I decided to mark a cache path home for when I finished. Had 10 marked down to get and Cherry's seat was first on the list. This one has eluded me before but I was determined not to leave GZ until I had it in hand. Didn't take long this time round, so signed log. Unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worse and wind picked up, so only 1 cache today. Thanks for the hide
This brought back memories as I used to bring my pet lambs to this park. Accidentally found the cache while picking up dog poo! Thanks for the cache.

Needed my cache for the day, and it was gonna be a busy one.
After church, we were going out to a lunch, and after the lunch, we were showing some friends our house, and after that we were off to meet all our neighbours, and after that, it would almost be dark!!
So decided to find my cache for the day between church and the lunch.
On our way, stopped here.
Really is a nice wee hidden park! And I had the cache in hand very fast!! Yay!

Had a very good look but wonder if work at ground zero has not seen this cache removed
nice sunny spot but wet under foot from the last lot of flooding, thanks to phronimos help we found it in the end and had a nice walk around the area tftc
Having introduced Krystal Kath and completing the multi down the road, I let her hunt out and complete this one on her own. Lovely little park, although the ground was very wet underfoot and a part of the track was under water due to extensive flooding a couple of weeks ago. Log a bit damp, so extra bagged it as pencil had punctured original. Nothing out; elephant key ring in. TFTC
This was our second attempt at this one as previously someone was sitting enjoying the sunshine on Cherry's seat. Log a bit damp but able to be signed. Charlie the dog enjoyed his run around this domain until strong north-westerly wind came up so time to head home to rescue the washing off the line....

Nice, I hadn't been in here before. I was driving past so took the opportunity to stop and have a look. I had soon checked all the hint objects in the given area but a gardener had been cleaning up. I expanded my search in a hope that it would still be around and found it quite nearby, safe and sound. The book was a little damp but the rest of the cache and swag was dry. TFTC. Nice seat too!
Yes! We made it to 700 today. Thanks for bringing us here. We only live a couple of km away and have never heard of this reserve before. Several families enjoying a picnic/BBQ here this evening. TFTC!

A pretty quick find, once I extrapolated out the clue 5 years...thanks for the cache.
Hmmm had a search around, looked at hint, read some logs, got it, not quite where the hint says, just widen your search a little tftc
I should be in bed. Im sick. Having just been to the doctors, I reasoned with myself that I was already out and it would be stupid to go home, dry off only to go out again. The rain was light-ish and I was able to park really close. Then I couldn't find it and was getting really cross. Thought I'd check out the one over that way before I left and bingo. Ridiculously easy find but I'm not 100% so wasn't too hard on myself. This area is awesome. As I drove in I saw at least a dozen cute bunnies and a bunch of pukeko. Worth it? Yes. Now home to bed where the good drugs are. Tftc. I'll be back for non caching reasons some time
This is a nice spot off the beaten path. Stopped here with the family on the way home today. They stayed in the car as the kids were asleep. Cache was quickly found and signed. It is wet so may need replacing. TFTC.
Out and about in CHCH today doing some "ladies who lunch" stuff with the GeoMum, noticed this cache was a short hop away and decided to nab it. Took a little rummaging around in several different potential hiding spots - should remember not to wear the high heels on these trips..
