HAPPY NEW YEAR! Found the cache, but it was not "hanging", like the hint implied.
Wow! Found it after reading someone's comment.
Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets for the cache

KarpyKarpyson and I embarked on a birthday bash through Stansbury, Edithburgh and Yorketown. 53 caches in total. Didn't understand where the 50 burials are. Wasn't this only one? TFTC RGG. Loved the container!
This one took ages and was finally spotted in the paddock. We placed it in the closest corner to GZ. The log was damp and needs replacing too!
Thanks for the smiley and we also had a couple of horses come up to watch our activities.

Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia after having attended Oz Mega.
Today was a quieter day for us touring with iluvtrekking. We headed out from Coobowie to, Port Giles, Wool Bay, Stansbury and Port Vincent before returning to Coobowie.
The weather was threatening at one point, but generally we had the best possible weather and company. We saw some awesome views and extremely grateful for seeing some highlights that Yorke Peninsula has to offer.
Pulled up in the geo cruisers here to see a lone male wandering about on the phone holding a gpsr. Has to be a cacher so we bounded out and introduced ourselves to The White Dog Gang then located the cache.

On the road with FelixII exploring the Yorke Peninsula.
Today was to be a casual trip along some of the eastern beaches, a bit of lunch and a bit of caching. This was one of the caches that we happened on during our travels.
As we drove up we saw someone who looked suspiciously like a cacher at GZ. It's always great to meet another cacher out in the wild doing what all cachers enjoy doing. Cheers White Dog Gang (minus the white dog).
Thanks for your cache Rocky Glen Grommets .

Found it, recorded it, replaced it and logged it. Great reason to see this memorial as probably would not have stopped if not for Groms efforts
Anzac Day.
Today we took a sea side journey travelling in the footsteps of Earthlight & X Trailers Ancestors. This was a terrific walk, it also bought back many memories of hubbies holidays as a child in a small fishing community.
We had some terrific views of the sea & visited many interesting places.
Thanks for placing this Rocky Glen Grommets

We enjoyed a lovely few days up in Port Vincent, and didnt want to leave, but alas we needed to get back home and sorted because apparently there is some sort of mega event that we needed to get organised for TFTC
On the road again, using caching to guide us to the sites as we explore the state on our way to the Murray bridge mega. Friendly horse came charging up, perhaps he thought we were going to feed him. Interesting site, quick find tftc
Visited the recent past. What an incredible monument. TFTC RGGs and Dazzatron for maintaining.
Couldn't come down to Stansbury and miss out on an RGG cache, Thanks Margieh and Dazza for maintaining the cache.
Heading to Marion Bay for a weekend's fishing I thought I'd leeave early a pick up a few caches.
Left the GPS on the monument and had to come back and get it.
Easy find.

Well the only muggels here were of the horsey kind and they were watching intently. Thanks for the cache
Day 39 in a row for 31 days of caching in August. Over visiting the relatives on YP for the weekend. Came back a different way to collect some caches. Even the geowidow got out of the car for this one. Being from over here shy was checking out if she knew anybody, whilst I was checking out the cache. Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets.
We'll take your word for it OK? If you say there's 50 souls buried here we won't quibble. We won't try to count them either just to prove you right or wrong. 50 is now the figure cast in stone.
This was laying in the dirt just in the paddock. The log book was all mushed up and wet. Replaced the log book.
I have bought the mushed up book home. Can dry it out and send to you if you like.

Found while heading to minlaton for a family get together, stayed the night in stansbury so decided to go caching, turned up just after it got dark and soon discovered it was impossible to see, and that the one thing that we didn't bring on the road trip was a torch, so we went to the Deli which was luckily open, and bought a cheap torch, we returned 15 minutes later and made a quick find in this interesting spot. TFTC.
What an interesting spot. The log was damp so tried to dry it out a bit in the wind as I looked over the monuments.
South Australia 2013 with Sol de Lune. We headed off on 12/4 and arrived home on 28/4. The trip was to visit the SA series so more time could be spent at the Mega itself next year. We did a huge variety of caching around Murray Bridge, the Mid North, Yorke Peninsula and Whyalla Region. Apart from one wet night and two wet days we were able to spend heaps of time caching.
Today we were traveling on the Yorke Peninsula, the original destination for this trip for the fifth and final full da that took us back north and west. Plenty of history to be seen here. We went via as many of the towns as possible along the way. Everyone has done a great job of placing a great variety of caches and we had a great day.
Thanks.

Grabbed with Albida on our 2 week caching run from Canberra to, and around, different parts of South Australia including Loxton, Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Yorke Peninsula and around to Whyalla before heading home via Broken Hill, Cobar and Parkes. We completed a few power trails and left a couple to do when in the area again for next years Mega event.
Overall a great many different styles and types of caches found. A great time was had caching for 16 days straight as well as camping along the way.
Thanks for adding to the fun with this cache. Log may need replacing as it was soaked.....

Found on geo hunt in the heat with Desertfox41, while at the Vincent C/V Park. TNLNSL
Interesting location and explanation of the site, thanks for the cache, a quick find, TFTHSL
Had transport duty for the Bleden Venturers who were doing a Marine Litter Survey camp at Gleesons Landing. This gave me a day and a half to get some caches on the bottom end of the Peninsula that need a walk in and I had been leaving for later - well now was later
Finally made a find on this one - sure that wasnt there the last times. TFTC.

We come to this town often but have never stopped here. Interesting spot with lots of woolly muggles watching us. Log was a bit damp despite being well sealed.
How fascinating is this little cemetery. Great that the town decided to look after it now. Thanks for bringing us here.
This was our 1st of 6 finds today - and we found it at around 13:49.
(So this is our 4156th total find.)
The weather isn't really conducive for Geocaching today. We've been driving around underneath the only patch of blue sky trying not to get wet, which wasn't always successful.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets for the hunt today.

Found on a girls weekend with muggle cuz in Wool Bay, just the cache for me! Loved it SL TFFC
Being relatively new to geocaching, I love the way that in the process of getting a find, you are taken to places which you wouldn't have normally gone to ... often interesting .... often historical.
This was one such find.
Signed the log, and was relieved that whilst it was a micro size, it was not a dreaded nano.
Clue helped.

It was a beautiful day, so Boxer being home alone decided to do a solo caching run down to the centre of the Peninsula. An easy find. Thanks for the journey.
great hide geo aunty found this one it got us and then we finally got it took a few minutes but we found it TFTC
Interesting reading, why leave these two?
Anyway, we thought that it must be in the tree after searching GZ, but returned with a better look. Thanks.

Nice quick find as the cache was exposed. Hid it a little better. Thanks for the cache.
