Cache has been muggled (see below). Huntleigh has container awaiting word from owner.

Unfortunately this cache has been muggled. Found Sistema container to the N of the maze close to the swings. As I was in a bit of a hurry I didn't have time to do a sweep for any other debris. Might see if I can get back this afternoon.++

Had a second shufti. Found a "patch o' green" ziploc bag in a tree around sixty metres downwind of GZ. Walked the perimeter of the rest of the park without seeing anything else. With the severe gale we're having at the moment any log paper is probably on it's way to Blenheim. Sad

I'm really getting to like Wellington geocachers - even the must resented geocache location is doable. T4TC

Took a while to find due to muggles right by cache, got it SL TNLN TFTC

Down the walkway, turn right following the arrow..... nothing. Hint checked, spied a match on the left. Cache found as if it had been biffed back..... oh dear. All good though. A most unusual log book, of recycled material.
Wow! Peer over the fence and around the corner. An a-maze-ing playground. Must return with grandchildren once they are old enough to be let loose here.
Thanks for sharing this gem of a spot.

Done at night. The co-ords seem a bit out.

Third find on my wander through Karori after work today. Quick find as it was quite exposed - tried to cover up a bit more. TFTC (787)

07-Sep-09
Stopped to grab this easy one after doing the 3 high up above. GPS had me a bit south of the target but with the hint it was still a quick find. Thanks Miowmix.

Got stuck here has Jr B (6) preferred to watch the soccer game. Oh well, Dad did the cache by himself. After witnessing two goals scored by the red team, it was time to call Jr back into geocaching mode! TFTC.

Find number 13 on a day caching in the capital with Kiwi Explorer. Lucky for some! No problems with the find. Plenty of action on the sports field as well! Managed to avoid the muggles. TFTC, Biggles.

15-Aug-09
Found with Biggles while on a Wellington cache run. Green patch - the perfect reason to place a cache. A few soccer muggles about but no problems engaging stealth mode, good cache placement. Thanks.

Found early morning, walked the maze too.
I lived nearby for 3 years, and never visited.

Dropped in after checking out the open day at the Wright's Hill Fortress and decided to let the junior B0rgs run about in the maze and playground while I found the cache - Easy find, nice quiet spot today, thanks for the reason to stop! Found the plaque denoting the history of the grounds particularly interesting...

PS. No sign of the Jeep TB when I found the cache the day after it was placed [?]

An easy find. I liked the idea for a logbook. I don't think I will be driving to geocache sites in a Ferrari any time soon. TNLN. TFTC.

Had to return for this one as there looked like a childrens sports event being held when I first turned up. Quick find, TFTC

21-Feb-09
Co-ordinates not spot on, but close enough to use without clue, and I spotted cache as I got closer. Tried to hide it better, but hard to do without causing damage to its hiding place. Smile. Had to have a go at the maze. Big Grin
TFTC. TNLNSL.

Easy find with son E, then playing on the playground afterwards while waiting for muggle discus (yes, literally discus!) activity to clear so we could replace the cache. TNLN. SL. TFTC.

Coordinates took me to wrong place, but then I spotted it from 25 m away. Hidden better now.

Not quite the random spot I was expecting, a rather good spot in fact.
Sat for a while to watch a cricket game and then the young ones had a play on the excellent play equipment nearby. My son beat me through the maze whilst I was trying to get all technical about it with the GPSr Wink
Enjoyed the visit, TFTC

Meow!! FTF cache raid! What's this? It's hiding in a place that all cachers loooove! Wink Will we be able to find it before the next cacher comes along? Surprised Scrambled about and then purrrr! FTF! Smile Great idea for a log book. Must have put a lot of effort putting it together. Wanted to take a cat clip but forgot our swaps as we were racing for other FTFs, so TNLN. SL. Thanks for the cache!
