Still couldn't find it on our 2nd attempt (tried last night in the dark and the rain). Would have been helpful if the description was updated
Definitely need to update clue but found eventually taught us some persistence and left trackable hoping it gets on a plane!
This cache was one of the many caches we found on our 6 day campervan journey from Tauranga to Lower Hutt via Waihi, Cambridge, New Plymouth and along the west coast to Wanganui and back to the Hutt. A mighty and enjoyable journey which took us to many great and iconic parts of the north island and of course some great geocaches. Many thanks to the many CO's for the great cache placements and for bringing us to so many new places. Sorry about the generic log but 200 plus to log. TFTC
This one took us a while, but eventually perseverance paid off. Clue may need updating?? TFTC
Took us ages because hint object is not there and gps was a bit wonky. But we got there. Tftc
Found today. Kids had no trouble finding this one once we were on the right track. Tftc.
Riley on a role today! 2 from 2. Well hidden, container is more medium size than small though.
Didn't have too long to look as I needed to refuel the car before dropping it off back at the airport. As other logs have mentioned the hint item is gone, I also had trouble with my phone GPS bouncing around and there were soooo many places it could have been hidden. Shame to end my trip to the Naki on a DNF, but the last two days have been fun. Thanks.
We didn't find it so hard is it up a tree what I don't know got scratchers and wet clothes so hard find next time though in school holidays
Well this one has been on the radar for 2 years, I must have looked about 4 times and driven past dozens of times. Today felt like a good day to find and having dropped someone off at the airport, I pulled up near GZ and read some of the previous logs to get an idea of where I should look. GZ has changed a bit, no table for a start, but taking account of previous logs I started my search and was soon surprised to find the cache safe and sound. All good and signed log. NTNL This one is a wrap. Mission accomplished TFTC! Blenheim Bear

obviously these coordinates are out there is a lot of branches etc on the ground still cant find this cache and wont be wasting more time on it
this was my second recent attempt and i did quite a bit of bush bashing with no luck have to wonder if it is gone
2nd attempt to find this. First time I was a noob. But we got this now. Easy enough find. Coords of by a few meters.
Didn't read the note on this one. Said it was unavailable. Took us a little while to find this but we did after 15 minutes.
didn't find it... can you please check that it's still there as many people have posted the same thing. thanks
On a six day sortie though the lower North Island with the primary reason being to pick up the CANZ caches we need to complete the North Island half of the challenge.
On our way home caching all the way. Stopped for this one but in the end we decided to DNF. It was not a very nice place to be, lots of rubbish and some suspicious smells. Although we had a pretty good search there were places we did not want to put our hands so we gave it a miss.
Think this one needs to be checked.

Spent nearly half hour there - tried following some of the "comments " by others but still no luck!
Thought it g had gone, there has been a few trees cut down near gz. But cache ok. TFTC.
found this one today you will need to bring own pen as the one in geocache has run out ink. i would have replaced but didn't have a spare
My second attempt at getting this one. I think they are doing some tree work at the GZ because a lot of trees had been cut down and a lot of debris might be tricky to find in coming weeks TFTC
on our long holiday to taranaki and back to gisborne, a loop track.a quick find. TFTC

This was our last find on a long and eventful trip from Hamilton. I found this cache pretty exposed and visible from 6-7 meters away. When I left I covered it with sticks.
Found with nzanz after a while searching. Happy to get this one. Found travel bug. Tftc
Found it without too much scuffling around in the undergrowth, assisted by inquisitive chooks.
Woo hoo been a bit of a while since a fund been too busy wallpapering. Found with neverlandx
This one had me going round in circles. Widedend search and then looked again. Whats that doing there. ..
Tftc. Found after a bit of a scratching around, just like the chickens nearby. Thanks to Glenbri for the help!
Accurate co ords provided for a quick find today after negotiating some chickens. No muggles at the rest stop to be concerned about.

This was the second time we have looked for this cache. And thankfully this time we found it!! Great hiding spot! TFTC!
Finally! No other cache has given me this much grief! What with close proximity to heavy traffic, muggles, and the suspicious looks as they think you've gone bush for an out-of-body experience! What a difference the slanting intense light of late afternoon can make to a search. Of course it was obvious, but previously I couldn't find it. Left a stylus pen for someone's smart phone or tablet. TFT grief & TC
This one's just down the road from work. I've been here four times over last two weeks and can't find it. GPS all over the place, and can't get it from hint and logs! Very frustrating.
First cache in my home town. Came down for a visit and decided to try and do some since I didnt know it existed when I lived here. First cache that our son has got to enjoy. We sat down for a good 10 minutes and let him play with the items left in it. Great fun. TFTC
Had a poke around, lots of rubbish and fallen trees.
Maybe next time, with a better hint.

Aha - found it this time - last time was unsuccessful. Good start to a holiday in New Plymouth, TFTC
This one had me going for a while until I spied it on my last bit of a search. Doesn't it always happen that way.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
A very "messy" spot to be searching but we found it. The rooster and hens thought they should accompany us so were right on our heels the whole time!

Stopped here in pre caching days never realising what could be hidden at rest areas !!! this time it was a definite stop for the cache. Took a wee bit to find but got there. TFTC
Took us two attempts but finally found it. Pen not working so couldn't sign book, will get it another day
GZ wasn't too attractive today as there is lots of debris around. Time for some CITO activity but I was about to catch a plane and didn't have the necessary clean up gear. TFTC
On holiday down this way. Dug around for half an hour. A lot of debris around from bad weather... perhaps moved a bit?.
We searched for this one 2 years a go and again about 1 year ago and this time We found it.
many thanks
