It was there but not anymore, just found a peace of metal and take. Sad. Hopefully next time it is replaced we will find the log.
Found but was on the floor when we got there. Looks like some more tape in order!
Last one of 15 located today in the Featherston area, and then in and around Greytown, finishing with this cache in Masterton. A quick find. #3179. TFTC.
Easy find, cache was on the ground, could see where it s meant to be. Looks like it's been ripped away from its holder. Requires maintainence. Signed log and replaced as best as I could.
Stayed in Masterton last night after a great Scottish Country Dancing event. Phone GPS playing up (my phone's fault), but remembered the general location, and geohubby soon found the cache. The magnet is really strong! All safe inside. TFTC.
The husband found this one. World class magnet though so had to remove the log while still in position.
Hard to miss when looking in the right place! Lots of gardening done since our last visit. Thanks for another good cache.
World class shearing and a world class magnet as well. Took me a while to be sure that it was moveable. TFTC
We didn’t pick the best time to look for this as morning rush hour was in full swing but as it turned out the chaos of everyone trying to battle their way through traffic distracted them from what we were up to as no one seemed to be paying us any attention.
But we still were in full stealth mode and managed to spot the cache so all we had to do was walk past and subtly grab it.
Great spot for a cache, thanks Yeetrees.

Out on a cycling tour of the Wairarapa District. We had a day off cycling, so what do geocachers do? Thanks for hiding Yeetrees
Day 9 of our NZ trip. Found this one on a break from the rain this morning. TFTF Greetings from
I'm from Switzerland and spend 4 months in New Zealand on vacation. Found this cache after a few minutes search, thanks.
Hint is very wrong !!! and for this reason I looked on the wrong spot .Thank`s anyway.. my geo-colleg grabed it away from the birds nest ...next to my nose !!!!!!!!!
I have set myself a goal to get the requirements for the mystery cache The well-rounded cacher challenge (Manawatu) This requires me to get 25 badges 5 of which need to be gemstone badges. So each time I now go out caching weather it is by myself or with fellow cacher I will try to get a least one cache that will help me get closer to my goal
Heading back home from the hutt stopping off to get few caches before before the light fails
Thanks for the cache

After a day of reconisence in the area we started to head home.
Long journey home and D6NZ occasionally pointed out one or to quick stops such as this.
Easy find but looking over the road it appears they expect long grass.
Cheers.

#729. GB Leader and I have spent today doing more caching, starting in Featherston, then north to Masterton and Pukaha Mt Bruce. Final tally for the day: 9 finds
On the way back to Featherston, stopped here at 5.45 and found the cache at 6.04. Should've read the hint closer. But the construction works going on could impact on the hide. Tftc Yeetrees.

Grabbing a few caches on our way home. A quick stop off here, and cache was quickly in hand. Thanks
It was a last minute decision to come over the hill today, so I didn't really plan anything, but ended up avenging a few DNFs (yay! ) but picked up a few new ones (boo! ), and revisiting the back country road between Gladstone and Hinakura, this time from north to south. All in all a good (but long) day.
I've been meaning to grab this one each time I've gone past but never managed to stop. Today was different and I soon had the cache in hand, although I don't know how much longer it will last with the construction work going on...TFTC

Took a while, but was easy when started looking in the right place.

A quick find while staying in Masterton for work this week. I pass this cache on my way to work.

Found as per hint, well as far as I know not being familiar with the first word!
A quick find anyway with good coordinates.

The hint doesn't really help. I think the temporary fence has changed everything TFTC! #94 bunnzy @ Torpedo
When they did construction they removed the post si we didnt know where it was
With the air show being washed out due to the weather we decided to head out and look for a few local caches to stop us getting cabin fever. This one looked like it would be a quick find but as we couldn't work out the clue it was down to good old fashioned caching sense. Finally spotted the cache not well hidden next to a post. I suspect this cache could go missing as the development on the other side of the fence gets further along.
3:41 PM Spotted a couple of suspicious looking people when we pulled up, sure enough another geocacher trying to not look out of place.....
They hadn't found it by then but after a quick look the cache was soon in hand.

Wet, wet, wet for this one!!!will the rain ever stop! Tftc, something to do on a wet rainy day when the airshow is cancelled.
3.30pm. It was raining. Some other cache's were at gz. Thought they would save us a search in the rain. Oh no! They hadn't found it!! The Pud took a wider radius to search and came up with the goods.

Day # 12 in New Zealand on a geocaching holiday-trip covering Thailand, Australia and finally my beloved NZ .
Made it from far and rainy South to the North Island. After two splendid days in beautiful Wellington [:X], todays sunny and pleasant tour took me further up north to Masterton .
On the huge cache-menu there were quite some big points for today - Yummie! [:o)]:
1) some challenges in the Hutt-Area I had identified as being "green" for me and
2) a lot of challenges created by skindo that are placed on the way to Masterton.
All this decorated with some traditional ‘green boxes’ along the route.
Missions successfully accomplished . At the end of the busy day the record of the menu contained 44 finds, including 33 (!) challenges that I am a little bit proud to have met the requirements [^]! - so cool! [^]
On the home strip to my todays destination, the motel near Masterton, I found this nice little box close to a very impressive city sign.
Hey - owners on the way up north - you have cool caches [^] !
A big thanks [:X] to all Owners involved [^] for hiding and maintaining .
Special thanks [:X] [:X] to skindo who contributed the majority of my finds today .
Cheers from Germany

Today we drove from Upper Hutt to Napier: 300km and 10 caches. The weather was rather cloudy and very windy but nice enough for driving and geocaching.
When we arrived at the Golden Shears the place was quiet, no sheep, no shearers, no muggles. We could retrieve the cache, sign the logbook, and put it back without being seen. In a month it won't be as easy as today. TFTC!

Found during my second visit to New Zealand.
On my way to Tongariro National Park I stayed over night in Masterton, where I tried to find some caches.
This was a quick find.
