I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, spangles22, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by spangles22 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Pulled every tree out of the ground and found nothing, cheers for wasting my time
Unfortunately we didn’t find it today, too many logs and a bit overgrown.
Hi there spangles22.
We found your cache **"Capel railway bridge"** at 9:39:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 23670).
We decided to attempt some caches in and around the Capel area today. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks and the scenery & found 14 caches today & DNF'd 1.
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends. Thanks also for not placing a mint tin or a 200ml Sistema here. It made us feel really good to find this "special" cache here.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 5m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thank you spangles22 for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Wow there really wasn't much left of this one! I have replaced the geocache on behalf of my geodad, Spangles22. He had prepared a brand new container with a notepad, pencil, and some collectibles so I have now put it in its position. Thanks Dad for choosing such a nice spot for this cache
Nice dry new log! Took a bit of a walk to get here as initially went the wrong way!!! However nice to make the find TFTC
Tftc needed to replace cache container as it had rotted away
Old log book still there but wet so have added another

Easy find. This old rail line would make a good rails to trails. Pity it's not developed for that.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
TFTC! Day 2 of the Bunbury weekend geocaching trip with Cravo10. After a massive day yesterday we decided we needed more of the same punishment and decided another big day was I order.
We headed around town grabbing a few park and grabs gradually making our way south towards Ludlow grabbing a bunch of caches on nice quiet country roads which was most pleasant.
We worked out way around the area, accumulating caches not going too far off the main drag.
We then worked our way back toward central Bunbury taking the inland route picking up a few more caches which again were mostly simple grabs.
The time had come for us to leave as I had a short appointment to attend in Perth so we made our way back down South west highway where we picked up an archived cache which was just a slight detour on coalfields highway and bunch of new caches in the Harvey area and three caches in wagerip which was a must do, collected about 40months unloved due to the very unfortunate yarloop fires, some nice caching there dimor.
Thanks to the local COs, a huge weekend and fortunately there are still a heap more for a return visit!

Found this a while ago in the winter when it was very wet. Cane back to drop trackable.
After almost stepping on a snake at a previous cache I was very cautious grabbing this one. Nice little area. TFTC
Awesome. Was a bit cough and very muddy but hidden well. Left a gift for the musicians at heart
Changed the container today, new log book in a smaller container. Old one was damp.

I found me way here by bicycle today
And there was a bridge.
And a cache too
Easy find, but these bottles do not keep the moisture at bay !!
Thus the logbook is a little musty, still signable, but musty
No trains passed by while I was there.
Though it looks like one has in the last few months, judging by the marks on the rails
TFTC.

Quick find but which science experiment to sign. Logs are yucky.

What a pleasant walk to be had along this track. Thanks for bringing my attention to it. Quick and easy find here today. Tftc
Was in capel today for the pyschic fair decided to grap some caches while I was here
Kyzabra, AlliedOz, Krabiboy were heading home after a weekend of camping at Ironstone Gully Falls and we collected caches along the way. This one was on the to-do list and we soon had our names in the book and we carried on northwards.
spangles22 - jinta29 found your cache Capel railway bridge on 20/09/2015 10:10 am. This is my find #4013 and find #3 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Heading home from Ironstone Gully with Jinta29, AlliedOz and Krabiboy we decided to swing by Capel and grab a few caches.
A nice quick find here by Jinta29

Kyzabra, Allied Oz, Jinta29 and I had been planning an assault on the Holden series for quite a while, so we made a weekend of it, came down Friday and camped at Ironstone for two nights. On the way back home, we stopped past Capel and grabbed a few quick caches. This was one that we managed to find. TFTC spangles22.
Out on this beautiful day collecting a couple caches in the area good quick find TFTC
Found it! GPS took us all the way to the bottom of the wrong track. Found it on the way back up the right track!
Yay, our first cache and so close to home (we live only a few roads away)! So good to finally see the Capel Bridge, beautiful. Cache took a long time to find, but maybe cause we are new at this. Plastic "tin" good condition, though wet inside.. Might be best to store it lid down? Thanks for the adventure, kids loved it.
Our son Brad proposed to his girlfriend Tammy at this cache on 2/3/13.
(See log http://coord.info/GLAB8AH7 )
We already had a geocaching account but had never looked for any.
This is cache 1064.
Brad and Tammy brought us out here today so that we could find this cache too.
After a few minutes of looking in all the wrong places I spotted the hide when I turned back.
The log book was far too soggy and slimey to sign so I replaced it with a new notepad and ziplock bag. (The old book is still there.)
We attended Tammy and Brad's wedding on Saturday and we are very proud parents indeed.
Thank you for the cache that will forever be one of our favourite

Had to go into town to get some petrol so grabbed a cache as well. Quick find but the log was quite wet. Tftc.
This one needs a new log book, totally soaked through and slimy and could not sign. Nice spot, we walked from the fuel station along the river, long grass though. Thanks
Out caching with mikirst today, lucky enough to have a break from rain at the moment. TFTC

This was our fourth day in WA after picking up our camper van at 1400 Wednesday. and picking up my daughter "Doscrapbooking"at 0100 Thursday morning at the International Airport.
We visited my sister , who is in a nursing home at Karrinup first up Thursday morning, and then cache our way to Capel for Moneybox's event today.
The event was planned to start late morning, this gave us some time to round up a few local caches, and place the log book into Tuart Forest that I'd forgotten to do last night.
I do love this type of cache, put my hand right on it.
