Checked on this cache today and it has been muggled. I replaced container in the original location. The original coordinates are off by about 36 ft. These coordinates will get you closer. N 13° 27.299 E 144° 37.466 Pay attention to the hint.
And... there is a lot of construction right now at this further end of the breakwater. It is not accessible during the weekdays - only weekends at the time being. But the area has been well cleared on both sides so the views are remarkable.

Along with a friend familiar with this area, we took an early morning ride to the end of the breakwater. We searched the area for 20 minutes with the clues provided in the logs. Did not find the cache. As we are both novices, we were unsure of what to look for. We did find that a 30 foot section of rocks to the right of the navigation tower has eroded into the sea by storms. If the cache was in this section, it is likely gone. I am hoping that previous finders can confirm whether or not the cache is still there. If it is, we will gladly go back and search again. TFTC.
Read the clue but my GPS had the cache +35' into the rocks of the breakwater. I'm still new to this. Searched and searched, but no luck. I'll try again once someone recently finds it. Also noticed a sign at Family Beach that a permit is now required ... FL W 4s
I kayaked to the beach and found some nice shells. Seemed like a better way out there instead of walking the entire length of the break water. After shell hunting, I climbed up to the point and spent a few minutes looking around. I did not read the logs about "no need to climb the rocks" so I climbed down on the North side almost to the water line looking, but needed to head back across the harbor to Gab Gab, so I abandoned the hunt. Now that I know about the GPS error and not needing to climb, I am ready to try again.
Came all the way out here and came up empty handed....at least the views and the walk was nice....thanks for bringing me out here......will try again later.
Do not do this cache in August, sooo hot. Good hike though, love the breakwater.

Found it! Took the family out for a day of caching on our bikes. We looked and looked and looked. GPS had me at some really good hiding spots. Almost gave up and bam there it is. TNLNSL. TFTC
The family and I hiked out to this site and found where we think the cache should be hidden but there is no cache. Could you see if it was muggled?

Our 300th find, great location. Started at 1:00 PM so it was hot but had a great hike out along the breakwater. It's cool that all this was built and to see a couple of the water barges there is neat. It was nice and calm so did some climbing around. Dropped off Generic Geocoin and picked up Geoswag grab bag. TFTC and the hike.
Man this was a long walk. I had my three year old on my shoulders and a cache backpack on so by the time I made it to the cache I was smoked! We arrived at GZ and my GPS took me over the rocks to the very end of the point and I looked and looked and nothing. So I read the logs and saw a note in one of the past logs that said "no need to climb rocks" so I reset and tried again. I looked down and there it was plain as day. My GPS was off by 50 feet. The moral of the story is: read the cache logs before hand, it could save yourself a lot of time. TFTC

Wow !!! what a hike. I parked at the trailhead near "Live Bait" and my GPS said that GZ was 1.68 miles away. At 1700 hrs I started walking at a pace quicker than norm. Arrived at the cache location 30 minutes later. It took me 7 minutes to locate the cache and I wasn't sure if it really belonged their. I called up the cache owner and he confirmed that in fact, that was where he placed it. I then told him that I figured out what " FL W 45" meant. He said that it meant something about a light, but I said NO...It means....Feel Like Walking 45 minutes. Be prepared for a long walk. I took my time going back as the sun was setting and it was real nice. Cool breeze all the way. I arrived at my geoxterra 40 minutes later. Overall trip took me 1 hr 17 minutes. (maybe he should change the name to FL W 77) Anyways...This cache is perfect if you just want to get out for a nice stroll or get some good excercise. Blygoat and dawgdoc1 had the right idea by bringing bikes. If I had one, I would have brought it. Makes the trip so much faster and you still get some exercise in. Thanks for the cache. Well worth the trip. I will be back. JIMP59 (GUAM)
NOTE: No need to climb any rocks.

Woohoo! FTF with Dawgdoc1 at 4:00 pm. Brought the mountain bikes and it only took about 10 minutes to get to the cache. When we were nearly there, I got a flat tire. Drats! Oh well, searched for the cache and found it safe and sound in its hole. Had a nice visit with Geofreqman and Veganmimi on the way out which made walking the bikes a bit more pleasant.
