Logs
Hi
This cache appears to have some problems. It is the cache owner's responsibility to read the logs and check the cache to sort out any problems with it and give an indication of when it may be up and running again for people to find.
**The cache is being Disabled to give the Cache Owner an opportunity to investigate and fix the apparent issues.**
Once the cache is operational again, the CO should write an *Owner Maintenance* log advising that the promlems have been fixed, and to remove the *Needs maintenance* attribute (red cross) if that is showing on the cache page. The CO can then write an Enable log to return the cache to play.
If the cache cannot be fixed it should be archived.
**If there is no response to this log after 30 days the cache will be Archived.**
The [Geocache Maintenance guideline](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Looks like this one has almost certainly been swept away by the May 2018 floods. Would be great if the CO or a previous finder could confirm.
We recently set out to find some caches in the Sandfly and Longley area, but an unfortunate combination of a minor injury and some technological issues caused us to have to retire early for the day. Today, we set out to find those that we didn't get to that day. In total, we ended up finding five traditional caches, with another two DNFs.
This was our fifth cache for the day, and second DNF. We were very interested in this cache, having previously come across a similar cache containing a DVD exchange (GC1Q6NN, "The Blockbuster Cache"). The long string of recent DNFs on this cache didn't really inspire a great deal of hope though.
Sure enough, upon arriving at the GZ, it was quite clear that the area had received a drenching during the May 2018 floods, and a good search of the area revealed no cache. We spotted flood debris as far as 15 to 20 metres from the riverbank, so unfortunately it looks like a couple of metres wasn't quite enough to keep the cache safe. It's almost certainly gone.
Still, both the river and the nearby park are lovely places to explore, still worth stopping by regardless, so TFTC!

Going by the area is say the camo is being currently lived in. Had a good search but no sign of any cache here.
Did not find, looks like lots of debris from flooding about the place. Guessing it's floated away
Took my dog for a walk and stopped by on the way past, couldn't find it though. It may have been washed away in recent flooding but it was getting dark by the time I got there so maybe I just couldn't find it.
Out muggled by cheapskate campers down by the picinic shelter today
Damn these overseas twits !! [:o]
Why do they take over places like this and not get evicted ??

There were a few muggles around as there seemed to be some sort of event on in the nearby park but none of them were slightly interested in us. Thanks for the cache and bringing us to this lovely area.
I think this is the second biggest cache we have found since we started caching in Tasmania. Thanks for that and thanks also for a great place to stop and take a lovely stroll (and paddle our feet).
Hi there CatWomanAU.
We found your cache **"CD Cache"** at 12:15:00 PM today. (This makes our grand total 18843).
Another great day for caching. The sun is shining and there aren't too many clouds in the sky, so we decided that a drive around Sandfly would be a good place to bag some caches and have a picnic lunch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour today & ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes. Our cache count was 8 caches today, with 2 DNF's.
Thanks for placing the cache here. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels. Thanks also for placing a large cache container here. It made us feel really glad to find a large, kid friendly cache (with swaps) here.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

The combination of the tree cover and the pouring rain made this more difficult than it should have been. The rain made the river a raging torrent. After searching in two or three places an obvious feature revealed itself and the cache was found. TFTC

I was here a couple months ago and then when we got home I searched and realised I NEGLECTED my obsession !!
So came back with the family to get this and had a nice cup of tea from the thermos while chilling out.
Sweet river/stream.

Contents a bit damp. What a lovely spot. Walk straight passed it at first as GPS reception a bit dodgy under the trees. TFTH
Laura_rose thought we'd go for a drive on Easter Monday. Stopping to have look at the river, we checked for caches only to discover that this one was nearby. WARNING: The inside of this cache is a little sticky. You may want to wash your hands in the river after. Tftc!
Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Finally a nice day here in Snug. we set off to find a cache or 2. Loved the view of Mt Wellington from this side of town, standing high and proud so clear today just awesome to see.
We set off with a list of caches to tackle but added some to the list and never finished the list. [B)]
Cache found easily, but it was filled of lollies. We removed the lollies and tried to wipe it out. [8)]

Great location near the river. GPS hated the trees but a survey of the area produced a couple of likely sites. Surprised by the stock contained in the cache but left all for others to consider.

Quick find, though we're surprised this has lasted so long, not only due to the attractive contents (well to some) but the possible flood prone location. Somewhat tempted by Canned Heat but no swapsies, so all we took away were memories & "Sticky Fingers" (not by the Rolling Stones though!). Suspect someone with a sweet tooth took a shine to one on offer.
I really enjoyed the rock hopping along the river (well, it IS called a River....) so thanks for this great cache CatwomanAU. Unfortunately there are sweets in the cache and now most of the contents, including the pen, are suffering from varying degrees of stickiness. Didn't have a CD so LNTN; but TFTH.
4th find on this morning's casual caching circuit.

Tyftc.... kids liked searching for this... shame the canned heat cd didn't warm me up on this cool morning.
Great idea for a cache, we only have burnt copies of Static X...not sure if anyone would appreciate that , so tn Ln
TFTC and that deserves a favourite from us.

I walked right past this as my GPS played tricks! As I doubled back, the big cache jumped out at me. Nice to see it stocked full. We didn't bring a CD to swap so didn't even take note of what was in there. found and logged while Miss J and Miss E played on the swings. Took TB. TFTC
A morning out caching with daughter and granddaughter. What a novel idea. We didn't take any but left an Edith Piaf CD. Thank you for placing this cache here.
Trackable Drop. I am behind on logging as I am traveling. I will log it in the order I found it. I am posting a note to drop the TB.
Cheap Trick and Eddie and the Cruisers!!! Awesome. I love CD caches. Thanks for placing one here.
Nice spot for a cache! Also nice to see such a well stocked cache too. We didn't have a CD to swap but we did drop some coinage and a trackable.

After jumping out of the car and finding ourselves being the pied piper for a bunch of merry chooks and rooster, we headed off to GZ. After looking for a few minutes, The Bear spied the unnatural cammo and there was the cache. All in good order, signed log and replaced. TNLNSL TFTC.
Nice hide, lovely spot for a break - tftc tnlnsl

After finding the cemetery cache we decided to continue on to the park for lunch and another.
Took a bit of finding with the GPS all over the place, but once we saw the hiding spot it was obvious.
Unfortunately had nothing to swap, but there is an impressive range of music in the cache!
Thanks CatWomanAU.

Today we had our first day caching. We found it! it was nice to start with a big easy one to get the feel of it. The kids loved it. Sadly we did not come prepared with any swaps.
Another one of those beautiful spots you miss if you are not looking for somthing, great spot.
Nice bit of rock-hopping down the river to this cache. GPS had us roaming about a bit, but we got there in the end. TNLN. Thanks
Nice cache idea, we had already done the DVD swap one previously so thought we'd try this one too. TNLN, TFTC!
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
We are visiting Tasmania from New Zealand together with Hole in One 2 from the UK. We are spending 10 days in a campervan doing a loop around the Island and picking up caches where we could. After spending the morning at the Tahune Air Walk, we decided on a different route back to Hobart, we briefly stopped at this picnic spot and realised that a cache was nearby, so we set off and made a quick find of it. Nice idea for a cache - we didn't swap any CDs though. TFTC!
