No luck finding this one. The hint made it obvious where it should be, but wr searched to no avail. Thanks anyway!
Attempted cache, followed hint and was still empty handed. Then read recent logs and gave up.
Had a good hunt about then read the previous comment. Not sure that dismantling the seat to get the cache out is what its all about for us, so we decided to leave this one.
Well this was a mission!!! Spent 15 minutes trying to get the cache from its hiding spot without any luck. Went to the hardware shop next to cache and brought a square drive screwdriver. Removed board to get to cache and w h a t d o y o u k n o w ! ! 3 cache containers - 2 eclipse tins and a magnetic key hider. Signed log and replaced board - may pay to bring a tool with you. SL TFTC
Only just got home and discovered this one is disabled.....
We don't come to Devonport that often, in fact, the last time was Nov 2011 at which point we had just begun geocaching using only the car GPS...we gave that fish a good going over - someone might even have accidentally found the plug for the pool... So it was a point of honor to come back here today and claim the find. (The fig tree will have to wait for next time).
As to the cache, we found it, extracted it (yes this did take some time and a tool) signed and replaced it, hopefully in a way that makes it easier for the next person.
PS - no more fish in the wall ?

Found it after a couple of minutes searching, but took a good twenty minutes to remove the cache from its hiding spot! Thought it near impossible anyone else would find it there/manage to retrieve it as I cut my hands and almost broke the seat doing so, so I just left it under the seat instead of up on the ledge.
I've not geocached in two years, log on and find a cache just metres away from my front door! Lid missing, needs new log.
Found the cache. Cache needs to be upgraded as the lid is missing and it needs a new log sheet. Also the Travel Bug was nowhere to be found. TFTC.
The lid of the container is missing, but the logbook was not wet.
To sum it up: we found this one easily after shopping at NW. Cheers!

Found by Sunshine Toledo at 12:48pm. The cache was found quickly and it's on good condition. What an interesting area but very busy today. TFTC
Found it. Thanks for that one.
Cache is missing the lid and pencil so you'll have to BYOP next time.

I found this one this afternoon after having a bit of lunch along the road. Got a glimpse of the cache container but couldn't fish it out so I went to the hardware store next door and brought a short length of wire for 2 bucks. I then spent about 10 minutes hooking it out. Apart from the lid missing off the container all is ok. Wedged it back in place where it should be easier for others to get at.
Brownie came along to join in the fun as well.

Maybe i had it in my fingers or maybe it was a bit of wood, not really sure what I found, as I could not retrieve it.
Clue dead give away. Managed to get cache out from where it was stuck and replaced it in original position.
Couldn't get it out as it was stuck under seat and not even my skinny fingers to get it
With the hint i could locate the spot easily, unfortunately it was moved slightly out of reach for me fat fingers. After some minutes of work, which would make a gynecologist proud i retrieved the cache and placed it better accessible now.
Been here before about a month ago, but exactly at GZ, a youth muggle was sitting and didn't seem to be moving any time soon.
As I still had some time before catching the ferry back, I paid a visit to the nearby chocolate shop. Really delicious.
Anyway, returning on Sunday evening, no muggles around, I had the place to myself and could easily search and find the cache.
Luckily, the chocolate shop was closed this time, otherwise I would have spent a fortune in there again
By the way, the lid is broken. It's still ok but you might want to check it some time soon!
Thanks for this nice cache!

Quick easy find with hint. Few muggles around at 8pm in the evening. Nice plaque. TFTC.
Out this way with snakelion family as Mrs snakelion wanted to see the port area again. This was missed last time so I decided to tick it off.
Nice and easy find in a great spot.

Found today. Didn't realize it was out of action but log was still there so filled it in TFTC
Despite this being marked as out of order I found myself right next to it - so thought I may as well have a look for it.
I found it! Well, to be more specific, I got two of the three out of their hiding place (I retrieved the white one and the old lidless black one) with the aid of my trusty spork and some discarded wooden chopsticks and skewers.
I'd agree that the hiding place needs a rethink though perhaps it doesn't need to be disabled at the moment.
As I say, I've signed two of them...
Thanks

The cache was still there when we did it. No problem with muggles at the time. Found with 'Kev N Chris' from Te Anau. The Italian Job was here....!
There are two stucked under the seat. We managed to get one out and logged there, but the logbook was very old and the lid of the box is missing. The second one is probably newer but impossible to get out.
Thanks for showing this nice corner. We had a rest but weren't able to find the cache. Just to let you know. No offense.
Had a good look where the clue indicated but didn't spot a cache there. Interrupted by muggles taking up residence nearby before I could extend the search.
Quick and easy find. Well hidden for discreate retrieving in such a high muggle area. TFTC
No muggles around when visited and picked up cache easily enough. Second cache on a day geocaching at devonport
I had looked for this one quite some time ago but there were muggles at GZ. No problem tonight.
Quick find but hard getting in out with all muggles around, but a really choice fountain, TFTC!
No muggles at that time. Good for us. Quickly found the cache, signed the log, put it back where it was, and left for another cache. TFTC
Second attempt at finding after looking at the clue - easy find with that. TFTC.
Quick find after chowing down on some Devonport Choccies. As stated earlier today the log book is full.
New logbook at 17.30 hrs

Found on a lovely afternoon caching in Devonport. Sister and bro-in-law had a bit of trouble finding it at first, but I'm used to Glyn's tricks and quickly had it after a thoughtful moment resting my feet

Today our first day in New Zealand. It was a beautiful day and we went from cache to cache walking. Very nice. We went with the very to Devonport. What a beautiful place.
A quick find with WelshGirl77 and SquishyD on a family trip to Devonport. We then took the opportunity to grab some ice creams before departing for home.

No muggles, great find. jansandred left a Swedish coin, I signed log. Lovely village! TFTC
A few muggles about so used the hint to help us locate it quickly so we didn't look fishy . Been to Devonport a few times before but never down this road so didn't know this big fat fish was here. Always nice to discover new corners. TFTC!
#1194 Out and about with some overseas relatives, couldn't resist just stopping for a moment and fossicking for this one, after the DNF earlier in the year. No trouble this time. SL. TFTC. [:D
Having having lunch with Mum & Dad at the Navy musium. Got Dad to stop on the way so I could find another of your caches this month, to complete a requirment of a puzzle/challenge cache. TFTC
Excellent hide, using the man-mase features, and made for a relaxing stop on our walk around the island. Found with a friend who is new to the game.
Saturday afternoon seems to be a good time to tackle this one as there are just enough gaps in the passing muggles to extract and replace the cache comfortably. TNLNSL as there isn't room for anything else! Thanks.
