This place could do with the Guerrilla Gardeners doing some gardening here again. Most of the flowers have died and it's beginning to look unsightly. Time for it to go.

You are sitting in a lovely restaurant, have a nice evening with friends. After a good meal and lots of wine you start playing with your smartphone. And suddenly you see a cache 'nearby'. Do you know this feeling? We do. And so we convinced our compagnions to join us in the hunt. Nicely placed cache. TFTH.

Tried not to look suspicious; quickly found after checking previous logs.

2nd micro cache found early on a Sunday morning and therefore didn't need to contend with too many muggles. Geohubby stuck gold when he found the cache on his first attempt to tie his shoelaces. Loved the location and it seems as if we are the only people on this planet who had not previously heard of the Guerrilla Gardeners...obviously we must watch too much ABC! Another education thanks to geocaching. Thank you The Hancock Clan.

Sorry I am late loggging this but I obviously overlooked the fact that I hadnt entered in on the site. I thought that this was a really unique cache in full view of many mugglers but obtainable all the same. TThe nearby More park added to the attraction of walking to find this one. TFTC

Finally I am able to tick this one off. I am sure I have visited this cache location about half a dozen times and felt most parts of this bug. Finally had to resort to PAF and thanks to Cachefindera2 for the assistance. It was so obvious once found but isn't that always the way. That's why I love caching. Thanks to the Hancock Clan for their cache.

I had a long walk today. It was a walk about 20 km. It was not easy to find this cache. But after a long time I`ve found it. Here it started to rain.

I knew GZ of this cache and after the Nowra Invasion yesterday was pretty beat so hoping it would make for an easy find. Used clue thanks to many passing muggles and cache was quickly in hand. How funny is the GC number? haha Report Ends.

Finally found a cache outside my immediate area. While waitin for computer repairers found the location very fast. Swiftly found the cache. Completely different part of Sydney here. Bizarro land.

18-Jul-10
Seemed to be the day to knock off some The Hancock Clan caches.

Always driven past this spot and thought 'one day'. Well today was it and it didn't end up taking too long at all once at GZ.

Thanks!

12-Jul-10
Guerrilla gardens was a wonderfull show with some wonderfull results like GZ.

If you can't be subtle, then do it when there's less witnesses, right?

I've had a couple of very brief attempts at this cache during the daytime but felt far too exposed, so after missing the bus back to Central, -=Apollo=- and I took advantage of a cold and crappy night and swooped upon this one, then inexplicably went for ice-cream.

So happy to get this one off my to-do list Smile

In the dark I must have looked dodgy but managed a nice find without too many strange looks.

Log damp but could still sign.

Nice cache. Log has gotten wet though. Found with Nova dawn.

Left Bahraini 100 fils coin.

I thought this one would be dead easy... but it wasn't.
Another cache where it would probably be best to come with the geokids as an excuse to poke around.
Great location, the muggles must be used to mad people in this area.
Flowers other half is looking a little worse for wear.

That was an easy maintenance visit! Big Grin

24-Mar-10
Oh! I was determined that my 300th cache was going to be a Hancock Clan cache Big Grin but I did not check that this was archived. Red Face
I deliberately availed myself to stop by here as I usually pass this place on my weekly visit to the folks.
Hey, all is good with the cache as the dry spell and warm days have completely dried out the log.[^]
Amazing, so many drivers going in all sorts of directions at 1710 and even a traffic surveyor and his contraption of sorts on the other side of 'Flowers' and none really seeing what I was up to (I hope).
I remembered seeing this episode of Guerrilla Gardeners on the box and it must have been at least 6 months after the job was done.

Thanks for the great spot and letting it be my 300th Cool Hancock Clan.

24-Mar-10
It really can be unarchived. All is sweet!

15-Mar-10
Found it, intact but wet. Cool location! Despite being the middle of rush hour, no one even glanced our way. Sometimes a big crowd is best! TFTC

14-Mar-10
Log is way too wet to be written on...
It's a bit hard to look for this cache without being "noticed"

14-Mar-10
Taking this one off line until we get to sort it out

tftc, my date is probably wrong. backlogging

Log and container were saturated today. New log required, and maybe a small plastic bag to keep it dry!

Cheers,

CC.

17-Jan-10
Another quick find today,en route to the Sydney FC game...another 2nd attempt, however. Lbump had some helpful advice to share from their recent visit, which helped greatly!
The log and container were saturated, however...so much so I couldn't sign the log. Tipped the water out, but didn't have time to let it dry. I think it'll need replacing. TNLN TFTC!

Busy location, but didn't take long to locate it. The logbook was wet, so I took my time and dried it out at sunshine.

Some suspicious loitering but found it! Log is damp from recent rains and leaky pen didn't help so added a strip of paper with my log. Garden is looking well:)

28-Dec-09
No luck for me, will visit again.

18-Dec-09
Found on a lunch break from work. Checked the hint to realize I was at the wrong corner.tftc.

17-Dec-09
I was stopped at the lights waiting to turn, and couldn't see anywhere to park close, so changed lanes and parked right next to the cache, flicked on the hazards, put on a reflective vest, and looked "official" - found it easily. Admitedly it was 4.30am, and I was in a ute, so it all did look right.
TFTC.

11-Dec-09
Very busy, but nice location, no-one taking much notice, so soon found. SL TFTC

Been past this one a few times, but never had enough time to do anything more than a cursory inspection. Turns out that's all I really needed. TFTC Cheers!

18-Nov-09
What a cache, so many muggle observers it's impossible to retrieve without getting noticed. Thanks to pendlebury and rikka for their help. TFTC Smile

Got to gz and geez isnt it muggle city. I just started looking. Acouple of people shouted out and I thought I heard not that low from one of them. Found after about 10 minutes TFTC

19-Sep-09
Sensible Cache hide. Thanks

19-Sep-09
Stopped by mid evening. No muggles, only traffic. A little logical thinking made this find successful. TFTF. Pendlebury and Riikka.

19-Sep-09
TFTF. Found tonight in the evening, no muggles walking, only cars. This was the first cache I searched for with Baz to no avail, second was old spiky. Am getting used to these smaller urban caches. Pendlebury and Riikka. Super Adventure Club.

09-Sep-09
Pretty easy find, a short walk from my hotel. With this many muggles around it actually gets easier to find. It's when there's only one or two it's difficult. Thanks for the cache and the first example I've seen of the GGs work.

05-Sep-09
Must have driven past here 100 times without noticing this artwork. It's takes a little time to retrieve but it is hidden in the most "logical" place. And although there are lots and lots of muggles around they have to move on eventually.

TFTC, Team Vainui

23-Aug-09
A dnf for me not enough time in my lunch break to keep looking I will return

21-Aug-09
I managed some ninja-like parking in a nearby back alley.

I really enjoyed the location, a cute spot.

I was glad to have chanlord for company. As it was a Friday night find, I was thinking of going for the fake gutter spew for cover, but I managed to get away with just crouching down. Phew! TFTC.

21-Aug-09
nice little cache. very busy night on south dowling street. tftc

19-Aug-09
Doesn't it feel like everybody is watching you whilst driving past? I didn't enjoy this one as much for that only reason. It's good that Guerrilla Gardeners created this, why doesn't someone maintain the garden?

Very evil but the funniest cache for the day so so many muggles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05-Aug-09
1481 - Fourth quick find during some spare time in Sydney.

Well - a truely tough cache with all those muggles around - all the time !!

Still - managed the grab and to replace it without too much time wasted. Interesting garden here and across the road !

TNLN - TFTC !!

Cheers....

25-Jul-09
This was the 4th cache for today. An interesting seach, with lots of muggles in cars going past. GPS error had me at the wrong half. A read of the logs, and a look at the clue soon had me again crossing the intersection to go to the other half. GZ known but still had to be careful to get the cache to hand. A well time phonecall let me stop and reach. SL TFTH

19-Jul-09
Some of the plants are looking a little the worse for wear now, so examining their remains was my cover. Once found I walked off with the cache, logged it and returned it with the next change of lights and whole new cast of spectators.

18-Jul-09
Armed with a hint where to look, this time it was a quick find. Mr Ozjeeper was sure he looked there last Sunday as there aren't many places he left unlooked after an extended search. At least we can drive past (as we often do) without wondering where it is.

12-Jul-09
A grat cache hide. GPz was off a bit, but the hint helped. Heaps of muggles driving by, but they were oblivious to the Walenators. TFTC SL

12-Jul-09
Another Hancock Clan cache - another find by the Wallenators - another DNF for us. There can't be too much left of the car that we didn't search.

02-Jul-09
A quick find amongst the rush of traffic... Though that is how they got it there inthe first place.

28-Jun-09
Somehow we'd only ever seen one half of this installation, we must only drive South on this bit of road! Used the Geobaby's pram as cover while we retrived the cache, but still got some odd looks from muggle car passengers.

09-Jun-09
I've past this VW one a few times but never realising who had put it there, talk about muggle traffic sooo many eyes watching!
Raced in after a phone a friend and raced back out after signing the log, Thanks for the quick cacheBig Grin !

22-May-09
We had a good search in the area to no avail. Was our first search and illusion. Pendlebury. Cache Stalkers

18-May-09
My first of five finds today on a geowalk from my Darling Harbour hotel....Impossible to search without being under the scrutiny of muggles....so I ignored them and made the relatively quick find. TFTC!! tv

14-May-09
I have never felt so conspicuous standing in the middle of a four way set of traffic lights on a very busy junction waiting for the best time to grad the cache while all the time being watched by at least 8 muggles waiting in their cars....

Eventually I decided the best time to make for the cache was when the right turn lanes were on the go, that way almost everybodies view of me was blocked. Fortunatly the cache was exactly where I put my hand so only one attenpt was required.

Good fun, TFTC.

05-May-09
Nice cache, think the taxi driver waiting at the lights thought something was up though. =S

01-May-09
passing some trackables through

01-May-09
No cops this time!

Quick find. TFTC

29-Apr-09
If there were any muggles observing me (and they were very scarce at the time) they would have thought I was very bad at tying shoelaces! I relish the challenge of exposed hides, thanks The Hancock Clan !

28-Apr-09
nice quick find close to school.

It was pretty interesting when they first put these things here. It was some time last year a long time before the show was on TV and they magically appeared one day. We were all very confused and wanted to know what the hell they were and why they were next to our school.

28-Apr-09
Nice, simple cache

Woo Hoo Yeah!!! My first busted by the Cops caching experience.

Apparently, the owner of the Pub across the road spotted me searching for the cache and phoned it in. Crumbs I was only there looking for 30 minutes!

Two Policemen are now the wiser for what is known as Geocaching.

Nice spot though.

No doubt about the "Guerrilla Gardeners" they waste nothing.
Thanks Hancock Clan.
