Wandered in to grab this one after stopping here for the multi Thanks for the hide Tftc
Found it! Second find of the day on a day out caching at the top of the YP! Quick find here after working out the nearby multi. TFTC!
Found on a very busy Sunday as part of the siren seekers group. TFTC Psalm 118:24
Headed off for the day on the Yorke Peninsula. Started the day with a CITO then headed of the complete the Siren series trail. Completed the series with CPWanderer, Gizmos Gang, Plesiosaur22, Mogni, Sir Spectre, JJ52, TK2, JeffEddy, Martini 989, Tweety2, Travelin Bees, AllisterW, Northstar76, Superman 22, Goodlook, Snap Happy, The Dame, LIB, Earthlight, Shandyk, Guzs Travellers, Spider Monkeys Mum, Froghoppin, Connor_2011. Along the way we conquered a few more caches and then returned for a BBQ lunch and catch up. Thanks to all involved especially the caches who spent the time placing the caches.
**Found by Snap Happy** Out and about with GoodLook and TheDame as we headed to Yorke Peninsular for the night. Today we met up with CPWanderer, GizmosGang, Mogni, SirSpectre, JJS2, TK2, Plesiosaur22, TubbyBooBoo, JeffEddy, Martini989, Tweety2, TravelinBees, AllisterW, Northstar76, Superman22, LiB, Earthlight, Shandyk, SpiderMonkeysMum and FrogHoppin. Our caching name today was *"Siren Seekers"*. Logs were either stamped or signed with this group name or 'SS' depending on the size of the log and container. After the nearby early morning CITO, it was time to hit the road. The teams streamed out of the starting gates in search of this fabled marine creature with the head and upper body of a human being and the tail of a fish - They apparently loved music and often sang. Well, the only music today was from the radio in the car and the occasional 'found it' before making our way onto the next in the series and the few occasional and scattered caches along the way. Most caches were found quickly with a couple needing a longer search but all found. Caches were all in good condition unless otherwise stated. The thing I love about caching is the interesting stories, the extra interest and attention you take when traveling, the sight-seeing, the history, the interests of the individual COs, *the fantastic photo opportunities* and sometimes finding places that even some locals dont know about. I, like most cachers, look for more than a mint tin or a container under a bush. I appreciate the time that most COs take to construct a cache and write up a comprehensive listing and to create an interesting cache. **I love traveling this big land of ours.** I love taking the roads less travelled. I love the diversity of the land, the different scenes in the different seasons, the fresh air, the open plains, the lofty vistas and the magnificent waters. I even enjoy the longer scenic walks although I'm not as young and as fit as I used to be. I love the different coffee shops I find. I enjoy the times I cache with others but I usually cache on my own.The weather was lovely and a sunny but cool 19C . The vistas stunning and I particularly love the bright yellow fields of canola (especially if they had old buildings in them). The coffee shops and bakeries wonderful and the company fabulous. Many laughs ensued as we made our way North West.I enjoy each and every cache I find, and it is only with Geocachers like this creating them and placing them out in the world that this wonderful game continues. Thank you Psalm 118:24 for highlighting this area and for providing this game piece for our enjoyment. Thanks for the history lesson too. Appreciate your efforts. - PSorry for the generic log but doing so many in a day we lost track of individual hides. This does not mean we do not appreciate the enormous effort and expense gone into setting up the series. Many thanks Psalm 118:24 for the fun and laughs.**Warning**, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to learning new things and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. *Took:* Nothing*Left:* Nothing.Cache on! **#19506**
What a day out!! Started with a CITO at Paskeville with many from the previous nights dinner event in Moonta. Many others had driven over from Adelaide for a fun day out. Was thrilled to see some kangaroos bounding through the fields, not often seen here. A LOT of rockery was turned over and some interesting roads navigated. Logs as SS Gotta love a smiley face on the map. Thankyou for placing and maintaining it. TNLNSL
Out and about buzzing over the top of Yorkes. This cache was found as a group- SS. We cached up and down, in and around rocks with many caches located and signed.Mrs Bee only had one mishap of stumbling backwards over rocks! She also had some yummy scones with home made jam to end the day, what a way to end the day
What a gorgeous day to be caching. Found while out caching with a group we call the siren seekers. Teams included CPWanderer, GizmosGang, Mogni, SirSpectre, JJS2, TK2, Plesiosaur22, TubbyBooBoo, JeffEddy, Martini989, Tweety2, TravelinBees, AllisterW, Northstar76, Superman22, Goodluck, SnapHappy, TheDame, LiB, Earthlight, Shandyk, SpiderMonkeysMum and FrogHoppin. Log was signed as SS. Thank you Psalm 118:24.

Off on our little adventure to YP. Found all caches today. Found with Erine14! Thanks for the Cache!
A great day of adventuring with Aussie Sparkie. Thanks to all the cache owners for their great work hiding and maintaining these caches for us to enjoy!
Quick find. Found with Mogni and JJ52. All logs stamped as JAMS. It was a day when the JAMS crew got together again or at least three out of the five of us. Plan A was to do the Abandoned railway trail on e-bikes but Allister is out with injury so, Plan B was a day the three of us ( the remianing one is STILL on holiday, that is a dam long holiday ) and host a CITO in propect ( i need a CITO in that LGA ) on sunday and find caches " in that general area ), Mogni decided we needed to attend a event on the yorke's on saturday. So Plan C was born. Off to the Yorke's it was, the first cache found was in Kulpara and then working down to Port Victoria then over to the Welcome to the Yorke Valley Dam event and some tasty food provided and then some more caching to our overnight accommodation in Adrossan. Sunday saw us caching along the coast on the way home, somehow taking a detour through Mallala before getting to prospect to host Cane Reserve Clean up CITO, I even got a cacher from England at the CITO. 80 finds plus labs for the weekend away, it wasn't about the numbers, it was about a relaxing time away. Any caches that were found broken/cracked/etc were replaced and any full log books were replaced.
Caching with a friend today.. Cache missing so have replace cache with new logbook..
Please check on this one as the 2 of us found a likely spot as well but no cache today. The poor succulents are getting trampled
Today out and about on 118 of 122 days to get my daily cacher Ruby Using my Garmin Etrex 22X and MacBook Air!The cache is in damaged and the log book has lots of space Thanks for the cache.TFTC
Well after a whirl wind tour of Tasmania to help with 3 challenges that Im working on, I got back in late Tuesday night then packed the Geowagon and headed off to SA early Wednesday morning to attend the Leap Year Mega and to also tick off some LGAs along the way as well.Well after crossing the border the other day and staying in Millicent, Wellington, Cape Jervis, Kingscote and Im now in Adelaide for a week.Well it is half way through Mega week for me and I have had a lot of fun with lots of different caches along the way.So after being with Roaming Howie for a day of LGAs and other caches on Monday. Then a day up north with GARP (Gemma, ahomburg, Roaming Howie and Posums) yesterday for the Premiers of South Australia series and the Its a small world series yesterday. Now its time to head even further North for The Sad Fisher series, part of Postman Pats Mail Run series and for some of the Gone Fishn series as well.GemmaSistema joined me again as my navigator and we met up with The Tritonz, Roaming Howie and TheBelgainKet at Port Wakefield for breakfast. So off we went and it was getting hot and dusty and thank goodness for the aircon in the Geowagon and there was also plenty of banter over the 2 ways along the way.So after 2 and a bit of trail caching GemmaSistema and I tapped out and we parted ways with the others to take a more relaxed afternoon of caching to check out the sights of the area and to slowly make our way back for the first official event. There are plenty of places like this one scattered around the country side.If you close your eyes you can imagine all of the laughter from the playground. While Gemma was reading and counting I went off to look for this one. Thanks Psalm 118.24 & Ginger Ninja TFTC.
After smashing out some numbers on nearby power trails it was time for a more leisurely look around with Posums at the small towns and history that make up this area. Nice easy find here - thanks for the fun and adventure.
Day 2 of my Great Leap Forward 2024 trip. Snaking my way around the countryside. First cache for the day. Interesting area. TFTC *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
First day of my Yorke Peninsula long weekend. I wanted to get a weekend in before the busy school holidays kick in. Not a big day in terms of funds. Just took it easy and stopped for a few caches in some out of the way places. Thanks for the cache Psalm 118:24 & Ginger Ninja.# # #13420 # #
Found with Wal & Ol as we enjoy a caching getaway. Cache is in good condition, TFTC!
Day 2 of sandelf, Peas&CarrotsForever and myself cruising around the big boot aka Yorke Peninsula.
Today we were in the upper thigh area (Paskeville) picking up a number of traditionals and some Mysteries we all solved leading up to this adventure.
It seems all 4 of us had relatives that attend this old school at different times. I wonder if any of them were friends like the four of us are That would be a little freaky.

Thanks Psalm 118:24 for placing this cache and for the ongoing maintenance. Find #8321 on 25/4/2023 at 10:49 am.
A day trip north to collect some smilies. Some caching therapy after a solid month of designing puzzles and placing caches. I can’t pass the opportunity of good weather and a mid week public holiday. Respect to the fallen.
Caches were in good condition unless stated otherwise. I signed the log myself with my stamp or with pen and returned as found. Maintenance was performed if required to make sure caches were in good condition for the next finder. Thanks for the fun.

Happy caching and safe travels!
After a busy week at work I got myself organized for a leisurely day on the YP incentivized by an event in Wallaroo.
I made myself a list of caches to find and ended up with 35 finds for the day. There were a few dnf as well probably there and probably me just being cache blind.
The event was great a super spot and a huge crowd of cachers converged for a great catch up.
Weather was amazing in the morning but after the event turned quite wintery.
Some interesting wildlife a few mice that were too close for comfort (cms from my hands although think they were more terrified of me than me of them) and a sleepy lizard can’t imagine why he was out today.
My thanks to all the hiders for giving me a splendid day out!
Quick find and sign here TFTC

Could almost hear the screaming of kids playing in the yard, the fist fights of the boys, kissing behind the shed, teachers demands, detention for the naughty children and the cane whopping of the real naughty ones. To the ink well spills and the copious amounts of homework.

Today, the weather was forecast to be dismal with thunderstorms and a rain drenching! Consequently, gridge98 and I retreated to the more dry vicinity of Upper Yorke Peninsula. Other than a few drizzles, we had good weather. We visited Paskeville, Kadina, Moonta, Balgowan, Point Pearce, Maitland, and Arthurton, with highlights of the mining relics, 4WD-ing along the west coast beach, and finally dinner and heading around Maitland. A long day out and about, arriving home just after midnight.
An interesting location with the old school grounds. Not much left to see though. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Psalm 118:24 & Ginger Ninja for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
Hiding from the Kadina Show crowds at Paskerville, it is cold, windy, wet and bleak. So spent the better part of the day trying to solve puzzles. Not having much luck with puzzles, and a break in the weather, lets go and find a local cache or five.
So sad to see yet another school bites the dust. Thanks Psalm & Ginger

A huge weekend of geocaching with Mary from Aussie M & M. We got ourselves a lovely little cottage in Kadina and made this our base. So many caches and so little time we had to target certain ones that we felt were special enough to get a visit. As per normal we fixed any that needed some love so other could find them after us.

Woo hoo another Tuesday Caching adventure with the Puzzled Puzzlers. Today crew was me, Mrs. S.A. Sewer rats and Blackadders. Once again we headed north in search of some letter boxes, some solved puzzles, some Gone Fishn' and to rectify a couple of previous DNF's. And for once we didn't add any to the DNF list.
Wow, not much left here. But we did enjoy having a look at the boards near the road and of course the Blackadders just had to ring the bell. So off for a short walk where we easily found the cache and dropped off a TB.
**Thanks Psalm 118:24 for this cache. **

#11741. Day 10 of our SA holiday. After an early start from Victor Harbor we headed for Two Wells with our final stop Moonta. We picked up caches along the way as they popped up on the radar. A nice day of 20 finds and one DNF.
Rob had done this one years and years ago so stayed in the car whilst I went a-wandering. Of course I rang the bell - on the way into the yard and on the way back out again. Just like everyone else it seems. It was a nice stroll to GZ and there was some nice perfume - not sure where it was coming from - maybe the pine trees. All was good with the cache. I have a log of "old school" caches myself.
Thanks Psalm 118:24
