Parked up and headed to the given coords. GPSr wanted me under the bridge but previous ruled that out. Resorted to just searching the surrounding area but no joy.
Cache is gone, it had a good run. I won't replace as I'm sure the same muggles will get bored and take again.
The Flava may have noticed a bit of string tied to a stick. It used to be tied to a 15litre cache that sat on top of the pipes under the bridge

Took us a while as GPS kept leading us to different spots! Plus area looks like it's been graded recently... But cache was still in place. Took water drop, left parking ticket (used) & McDonalds toy. Signed log. TFTC
GPS wanted Team Queen Victoria to look under the bridge, not a good idea, steep eroded bank and no Cache! Stoped and had a think, a new look produced this very large Cache. Did a little bit of swapping and returned Cache. Thanks Latanzi.
Early this morning I 'ADALOOK
I have traveled this twisty bit of road many times over the years, but not since the new highway has been opened
How strange to sit by the side of the road with absolutely no traffic passing by.
Just a peaceful location to search for a cache [^]
Not much searching was actually required and I soon had it in paw.
I found a GCA moveable cache sitting on top too [:o]
So I have moved it [:o)]
I also grabbed the Smurf clutching a Big bottle of Chanpagne (aka Travel Bug Dog Tag)
TFTC.

Our last day of a 33 day holiday to Qld & return – found in the early morning & a very nice quiet location – not like the rest stops – left TB that has already been grabbed - TFTC / TFTH / SL
Found on way home from visiting friends .

Great to use the old road again, been yrs since I've travelled on it. Swapped some toys for the geokids and grabbed the travel bug.
Great cache! Have grabbed the travel bug and left another bug (E11 Bound). Made a few trades for the geokids to buy their silence for the next leg of our journey
Another good cache located while on holiday in the area.
Good big container
Signed log here then on to the next one!

Heading north to attend pprass's Mid North Coast camping event we were grabbing a few of the local caches along the way. It's not that often that you see a large these days so when we do we always try to make an effort to find them. We came into this one the wrong way but after crossing a little bit of eroding soil the cache was soon in hand and our names added to the log. We then made a mental note to try and remember to wear gaiters when walking through the grasses around here.
Thanks again Latzani for the cache.

grabed this one on a day out caching around Taree and surrounds with Team Senz TFTC
Today we headed north with TeamTonka for some caching for the day.
As we approached GZ, thinking we knew where it was. we realised we were on the wrong level. Once at GZ we were distracted by the smallest bat sleeping under the bridge. Once we finished being fascinated by the little thing we continued to find the large cache. Too bad we dont do GCA otherwise we would of taken the GC moveable!
Thanks latanzi

From Sydney to Newcastle, to Central Coast, to Watagan NP, to Tapee, to Coffs Habour, to Ballina allong the Gold Coast up to Brisbane and return to Sydney we found many nicely hidden containers.
We would like to thank everyone for showing us such nice locations and of course, the numerous caches.
Thanks and best greetings from Germany

While most of us had been past the end of the road MANY times, this part is rarely visited now.
On our way down south for a few more caches.

0530 Start of another day!
Good coordinates, but too many 'farmers friends'.
Cache safe, dry and intact
Left a blue pen, took the one there that wasn't working - initially, but got it going later. Also left Tigger, as he'd been in the backpack too long!

The Booo's are heading on a holiday up north and what's a family holiday without a spot of caching
Found by geo hubby while I was busy taking pics thanks

The Booo's head north for a family holiday and stopped to grab a few caches on our way.
Parked near to GZ and GPSr had me jumping back and forth across the road and it soon became obvious where I had to go. Once there we made a pretty quick find. Signed the log book, stamped my TB stamp and continued north.

A magnificent sized cache that took a while to find. Did anyone see all the hornet nests along .... the side of the ......? TFTC
On the hottest day ever recorded found this one while on holidays. Took TB Nova Scotia
Found on our way home, this completes my caching for everyday in December 2012. Pickup TB and left Caves House Spoon.
TFTC,
Stayed in the area overnight and made an early discovery before going home.
What a great cache, not many places to hide something this big.
Visited a group of trackables on day 307 of my personal challenge as I attempt to complete 366 continuous caching days including the 29th February (something you can only do every 4th year).
Took a Carabina TB and left a Nova Scotian TB as a swap.

Dropping off a couple of TBs as am on holidays for a few weeks and won't be caching
We hadnt had a rest stop for quite a while so this seemed like the ideal location on our way up north. After coming to GZ we had a very good look with no luck for about 15 minutes. We read sme logs about scrambling down so we did but no luck. Then as I was about to give up I spotted it - no scrambling down needed. Clever concealment for a fairly big hide. TFTC and a great place to stop
It's a definitely the biggest cache us newbies have seen! There's a cool huntsman standing guard on the cache so keep your eyes open! TFTC I also picked up the TB. Found with GailOA
Found on the way up to Port Macquarie for a visit. and in between showers. An easy find once I got over the cache blindness.
nice quiet stop for a leg stretch. lovely tall gum trees. amusing hide for the kids. how lucky are we to live in Australia and experience so much space and beauty. thanks latanzi.
A nice detour off the highway on the way to Port Macquarie.
An easy big find.
Took nothing, left Chinese chequers and novelty glasses.

Trip down memory lane, from family holidays to Port Mac. I remember the different colour sections of road & all the curves. TFTC. Left travel bug. (Finally a cache big enough) SL.

It certainly is nice to find a big one like this. After a slight scramble down, bikerbuddy gave this spot a quick look but didn't look in the right direction.
I scrambled down to join him & spotted it over his shoulder.
Thanks

Found on way north for camping and caching, Bikerbuddy got to it first, nice big cache. TFTC.
We were on our way north to the Mid North Coast Event, so this was done as part of that trip. We overshot the mark a little to get a safe parking spot and walked back along the armco barrier. I didn't go quite far enough under, so it was Toriaz who spotted it. Lucky the area isn't too densely populated, since this is an easy cache to spot if you're in the right place. Thanks
Always great to find a nice big cache......
Found this one with fitzy_1965 as we were making our way to Taree to have a go at the Mid North Coast Power Trail. A neat little drive just off the highway and so quiet. Once parked, we headed towards GZ, worked out where to go and soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks latanzi, a nice little detour for a cache.

5031 + 572 = 5603. Found on the way up to Taree today.
Sol de Lune and I are heading up to Taree to do the Mid North Coast Wander. We managed to grab a couple of caches on the drive up. This was the fourth. A nice little detour to find a rare Large cache! Great area - quickly found, logged and returned. Thanks latanzi !
TNLN - TFTC !!

Once you get there and take in the surrounding it was an easy find.
Was amazed at the number of vehicles going by.

Really enjoyed the drive along the whole Wootton Way from Bulahdelah - lovely bush and scenery.
The near by winery is a very popular spot by the amount of cars that went by while I was here.
I havn't been down this road since the new road was opened so I t was a nice little detour would have liked to do the whole road but time was against me today. Maybe next time TFTC
Left some TB's that need to move along a little.

This is certainly an old piece of highway even though we were comming from the south glad we accessed this from the northern end. A lovely big cache found in a good out of the way place.

It is almost spooky driving on this old road, it looks deserted and forgotten.
Found on our way home from the Oz Mega Event. How did I miss this one before?? its huge. It only took 1 minute to find today but another 10 to get those nasty farmers freinds out of my cloths. Thanks for the cache latanzi
Located 4:32 PM. TFTC TNLN. Note no TBs or coins were there. The handle was off it I replaced it but it looks like there are two handle parts one was broken. The idea being I suppose to stop if being washed away in flood. Nice little spot and we stopped by the winery.
Nice little detour on the way to north whilst on our honeymoon. Second find for the year. TFTC!!
Nice little detour off the highway even though the chick wanted us to take the long way around to the cache.....hard to get good help these days! TFTC
Turned off the highway and made our way to this quiet little spot. Spent a while on both sides of the road before narrowing down the location. I think the GPSr was still in 100kph mode and was having trouble with walking speed . It does that now and then. All good with the cache. Everything is dry. TN/LN/SL
Heading up to see the Grandparents in Taree this was my only stop for a cache along the way as I had my muggle Mother in the car A nice big box found quickly in a good out-of-the-way spot off the freeway. I remember as a younger fella travelling up this old road before the motorway!
Cheers!
Cheers!

After a nice drive down past buladelah, on the way back I decided to do some of your geocaches. Came by, walked where i thought the geocache would be, but was false, so after about 10 minutes I decided to follow my GPS, and found shortly. Nice hide, and thankyou
Found this a few months ago but it would appear I forgot to log it. Drove out of here after doing a quote in Firefly. We were heading north today and went to call in and realised my mistake so didn't even pull off the highway to check the date. Cheers from Browngang.
we were heading to Forster for a tiny frolick of finding, when this cache beckoned...so went and adalook.[:o)]
Geohusband is getting a rather (annoying) habit of finding these things quite quickly. no sooner had the rest of the 'lodge' got to GZ did we hear 'found it'.

Spent about an hour searching. Found something resembling a man made hole that might have accommodated a large cache, but it was empty. GPS proved more of a nuisance than an asset. Also looked in areas that might have well exceeded the difficulty and terrain ratings. Very disappointing and discouraging.
Drove by to check status. This one has not been affected by recent rains and is still in place
I want and had a look but didn't find it. I did find lots of lantana and farmers firends though. After searching around for a while I had to give up. There has been alot of water down this river recently so perhaps the cache has been washed away.
Found with Bedmaker.
Lovely creek and a nice big cache container.
Beware of what looked like wasps nests on the side of the bridge.

Trying a highway series on our trip back down south but could not fond this 'huge' cache - grand daughter most dissappointed, she was ready for some swaps after a few small caches
A nice find to finish up the day.

We looked for ages without prevail. Would have been great, right near my grandparents. We even looked under the bridge, unless our phone map was wrong
Good parking, easy find, huge cache. Left a fish whistle, took a sharpie. The elderly who were camping nearby think we are strange. TFTC
It was refreshing to find a decent sized cache with Hoojar on a long road trip up north.

This is one we have been meaning to grab for a while.

Dropped in a trackable whilst here.
Thanks again Latanzi for another great cache.
