Pretty sure we found the hide but no cache and couldn't find it anywhere in the vicinity either.
Will email TWS in case it has indeed gone missing.

out for a walk along the walkway and tried to find this one, no luck finding it though we thought we found a very suitable, but empty, hiding spot. lovely day for a walk none the less.
Spent around 20 minutes looking for this one, searching high and low. No such luck.
Searched around for a good 20 mins, under over, around, GORSE!!!, ouch. Kept searching but didn't have any luck, so onto the next.
I tried this one once before, without luck. Today, I had a few minutes to spare and decided to give it a go, the GPS showed 1 m - must be here somewhere, had a closer look and here it was. Very clever.

2nd visit, armed with a little clue from owner. Still nothing. The start of what turns out to be a day of more DNF than finds.
One of the little Paua Rangers was on the ball today! Quickly spotted. Very clever! TFTC!
Almost about to give up then one of the little seldomseens had it spotted, great to have a bit of a challenge now and then thanks...
Well I finally log this one.
I hate to admit it but it was my fourth visit! Had decided that after all the grief i would leave it to mark a milestone but I completely blew that.
Was getting very close to marking my millionth km of caching and was going to celebrate with finally grabbing this one. Unfortunately my maths was hopeless and discovered I had completed that milestone without realising it a week ago.
As always Cam sets a clever hide, as good as many I see around the world. TFTC

Today we walked from Orewa to Stanmore Bay Park and back. It was a great tour. We enjoyed the town, the beach, the weather and lots of great caches.
Thank you so much!

First time I couldn't find it.
2nd time I took an other "perspective" and found it. I could have found it from my original point of view. Didn't have a pen so couldn't sign the log.
3rd time lucky, signed the log.

Dare I admit it!! My third visit and an extra pair of eyes and I found it, thankfully.... TFTC
A scary adventure for the follower who doesn't like heights especially when the leader threatened to leave the bridge to look underneath. Reminded the follower of a similar experience at a cache out of Hokitika and the container was quickly located. Then we had to wait for the stream of troll-bait that passed by....
Was reading the cache page and realised it was a MONDAY!!!
Luckely it was labourday and the nearby school was closed.
Sneaky hide.
Had to sign the logbook quick as muggles where approaching.

Out on what was supposed to be a 'Ferral' weather day in a vain attempt to keep the Auckland caches under control. Weather was fine for most of the day.
Back to "WonderZone" and all there seems to be are Nanos. Renaming it "NanoLand" now.
Sneaky hide
Thanks Cam for your caches.
Cheers TT

Out with Glyn and BackPAQer today to see how many caches three guys can find powered only by Wild Bean Cafe coffee and ham rolls. The weather was wet but the spirits were high.
Tricky hide indeed that had is all crawling under and over.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

This was tricky - couldnt remember what a macro-cache was - so didnt know what we were looking for - took some time to discover the bridge - thought the item was a fishing sinker caught in the underside! - what a relief when we were able to unscrew it - well done
We expected an extensive search, after having read some of the logs. Mid-way through a close examination of the likely portion of the bridge, we decided we should try a different approach. This quickly paid off and the cache was found. Thanks TWS.

Took longer than it should have, but did have several waves of muggles to contend with.

Fortunately our co-ords were bang on. Found the cache had dislodged, returned to its intended location. Lots of passing muggles, even for a weekend.

Are you sure that bridge cost $35 million? don't look it to me. Cunning little hide but I was onto it even in the failing light.
Enjoyed the find.

second look, this time during the day
those muggles kept putting us off, only so many times you can pretend to be inspecting the structure
will save for another day...

Woohoo! 100 caches! this took a couple of visits to find but it turned out that the night trip bore the best rewards! Long live the golden gate and beware of muggles!
Well, it is off the list. Full force of Team Welsh headed out early on Saturday determined to get this one. The Whizzkid who attends the VERY local school spotted it first and then we all went DUH!!. Thanks for a great hide.
This was supposed to be our 100th find Hmm.... Didn't have long and a little bit harder than anticipated. I will have to go back for another look.... In the light and with more time.
Ok, this one has made our official B@#@#@@s list. No, that is not a watch list or a bucket list but a B@#@#@@s list. (As in don't let the b@#@#@@s get you down.) That is what we have called those caches we sometimes have to go back to more than once before you actually find then. We will return. (Hope I haven't offended anyone)
Another late night adventure with the aim of a FTF. Searched for some time with FMZ & F1LZ until F1LZ spotted something out of place! T4TsneakyC.
Arrived at GZ and still no sign of FMZ, kiwicouple or kiwifeet. Searched for a while and we were then joined by FMZ still took another 30 - 40 minutes with us all searching before I spotted something out of place and then soon had the cache in hand. Shared the FTF with rosmar & FMZ. T4TC Cheers 4 a great hide.
This is a surprisingly simple yet cunning hide. We probably all looked at that spot before F1LZ actually noticed something not quite right... Nice one! TFTC!!!
Pretty quiet here today. Took a little while to figure it out and even resorted to sending Roel over the side! TFTC
This one had us scratching our heads for a while searching high and low, but again the value of bringing secondi's on these trips proved once more invaluable. Thanks and Happy Newyear, Wonderstuff Cam...
