My first cache find in years and i was like an amateur all over again!! Went during working hours in full blown uniform and introduced geocaching to a co-worker. She loved it! We were totally unprepared but it was awesome! TFTC.
Love this surf spot, breaks best in the spring time. Great cache, walked right up on it and was like wait a second, bam, cache in hand. TFTH
What a beautiful view! Waves are so mesmerizing to me! Would love to paint this scene. Loved the nice walk out to the site. When I return in Dec. I want Jim-son to take me to the last one on the Glass Breakwater, and to Live Bait! which I couldn't find today. Another great day in paradise!
Another terrific spot for lilmsmuffet to take some photos! I'll bring her back soon and post the shots!
thanks for bringing us out here!
thanks for bringing us out here!
This was a great little hike (actually it was a run for me). My wife challenged me to see how long it would take me to run 1/2 mile from where we parked grab the cache and run back. She gave me 8 minutes and I think I did it in 10 so not too shabby. I think she just didn't want to have to sit in the car too long. This was a great view and being a surfer myself I will try to get back here and take advantage of it before I leave.

Great location! Took my ACD (Aust Cache Dog) to check the waves. Forgot a pen (still new to this), DNSL. TNLN. Thanks!
Arrived at the parking area at 5:20 pm. Knowing that the gate closes at 6:00 pm, I had to rush to grab this cache. Check on the gps and it's just over 4 tenths of a mile away. No problem. On the way to the cache, I meet surfer friend Lance on his way out. Chat for a minute and off I go. Got to GZ, quickly found the cache, signed log and dropped off TB that Wandahfoh had been holding on to for too long. Jogged back to the car and it was just nudging 5:40 pm. Beat the clock on this one! TFTC-SL TNLTB
On the walk to the cache, I met two surfers that were finished surfing for the day, but there were no other surfers at Surfers View. A good cache in a good location. TNLN. TFTC,
Blygoat is dropping a TB that I've had for too long. This is a perfect place for it!
We decided to hike out to this cache since it had not been found yet. The family got off to a late start but it was overcast and the walk to the cache wasn't too difficult, but when we got there Kindercacher asked where the pen was. Whoops, no pen. I trucked back to the vehicle quickly to grab a pen. We signed the cache and we shared the FTF. I wish I had my camera for this location. We left this location to hike out to the point and find the other cache.
