I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi TheB0rg
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Looked in all the likely places but no luck. Suspect cache has been muggled or become a victim of a lawn mower.
Messaged cache owner as I suspect cache has been muggled or become a victim of a lawn mower.
Looked right around the old end of the bridge pulled away grass looked in hole at the bottom of the centre block no luck finding it
Found on a cycle trip up from Melling on a lovely fine day along the magic Hutt River Trail. Before noting it as DNF in 2015 we had looked for this one several times but it seems the mugglers were always one step ahead. This time it was where we had looked which was gratifying that the mugglers had given up and we had been looking in the right place. TFTC and the perseverance in replacing it.
Found with DVH while out trying to complete the Mystery at the Museum. Found the replacement cache and two pieces from the original. Took the trash away. Thanks Gr33nslime for replacing. TFTC.
TFTC and to green slime for replacing the container. Found the bones of the old one also lol.
# 1597 This is my third attempt at this one. First time I looked quite a bit at the actual hide but just couldn't set eyes on it, and was getting put off by youths in the swimming hole across the river. The second time there was a tent and cars parked up at GZ. Third time I explored another item which has been converted into a mountain bike jump but I ended up back at the actual hide where the mess of a cache was found nicely tucked underneath. I replaced the container and log for the CO so hopefully will last a bit longer... I think a mower got the last one.
4yr old grandson is turning into a great geo- hound. Point him in the right direction and Hey Presto another find.
This one needs repair, though. Box is totally shattered and log paper is ripped into small pieces(as noted on previous finders' entry). I signed on one small piece and carefully replaced pieces in plastic bag and sealed it well.

At first I assumed the cache had come in contact with a council mower so thoroughly was it destroyed. Then I noticed log all nice and dry inside the bag but carefully torn into 100 pieces. I don't think I want to meet this person on a dark night.
Find number 4282. A nice walk prior to leaving town. Walked around a few times before spotting the hide. Thank you for the placement
A tough one to find and gely57 was the star here. A great story about the cache zone. TFTC.
Had a good look around and couldn't find it. The place where it looked like it could be was empty.
Checked today and confirmed it has been muggled again - Time for a new location as this has unfortunately happened too many times now
Looked today...spot that i think it should be in is empty...owner may need to check and replace or disable.
Had a good look and pretty sure we found the spot it should have been in but no cache there, could it have been muggled?
The coords are a fair way out here (at least 10m by my reckoning) and, as such, I messed around not going to the obvious place for several minutes. Thanks to NZ_MacGyver for replacing the log which is still in good condition thanks, presumably, to the rather low rainfall of late.
#4903. At last. Have missed out on this one twice previously. Both times it has been missing. This evening decided to take advantage of the fine sunny warm weather and do a short cache raid in Upper Hutt. Came here first and wandered down the road to the GZ. I had a place I hoped the cache would be hidden and it was indeed there. Great to get the log signed and the cache returned as found. The new logsheet was still dry and the container shuts fine so all Ok here. Thanks for the cache TheB0rg. No sign of any trackables in cache.
After posting a DNF. Back to collect. Log book mush and in signable. Temporary log in bag left. TFTC
TFTC! Cache container no longer closes correctly so log is soaked and pen doesn't work in log sheet.
Parked in the darts association car park and made the pleasant walk to game zone as sun setting behind the hills. Quick find, TB not present but I am the second finder today so presumed already grabbed . Left another TB that I have had for to long. Also able to claim 1020m for the DGSc Distance Challenge. Thanks for the cache.
A great day for a mid week walk before the weather breaks again. A quick find. This is the last one of the day. All in order. TFTC
Easy find today even though coords were off. Thanks for bringing me here and I have also placed a travel bug tftc
The cache is back!
Found on a misty morning as the promised sunshine broke through. Plenty of dog-walkers on the track from the Darts Club buildings, and a gaggle of a women's walking group. The log is slightly damp but should be fine for a while in it's weather-proof nook.
Thanks for replacing the cache and bringing me back along this pleasant stretch of the cycleway. Cheers!

A quick find in a spot I've not been before. Thanks for placing a cache here, and for the interesting history.
I inadvertently selected the wrong waypoint and as I approached I couldn't reconcile what I saw with the idea of an easy find. once I'd correct that novice error things went a lot more smoothly. I quickly spotted the hide and was pleased to sign a pristine log sheet.

Nine months of DNFs, and nothing from the CO in response to an NM. Time to shut this down, I think.
Well I had a good look and there was a nice gap under the large concrete block between the concrete gateposts but alas no cache... perhaps it's gone walkabout?
We went looking then read comments after. I think we found were it was but is no longer there.
I had this in mind for a visit today but with nothing but DNFs since July I cried off. Could the CO check this one please?
Had a good look around with NZ1 but couldn't see anything resembling a cache in the area. Looking at previous logs - may need checking by CO.
Putting on my watch list for another day...
Putting on my watch list for another day...
GPS rook me right to the spot of the CZ. But the hiding spot was empty. Looks like it needs a visit from the CO.
Bugger. No luck here tonight. I need some caches with night attributes for a challenge and thought this one might be suitable So walked into this deserted area and spent a good 10-15 mins searching in, under and around everything. Nothing. Maybe its more camoed than I was expecting after reading a few logs once at home. Will search again in daytime some stage if I see others are finding it. Bit creepy up there by yourself at night.
**taybee** is caching again with and **Infoferret**
quick and easy find here today as Infoferret want to drop off a TB here
All in good order, sign log book as ***TAYBEE*** or ***TB*** TFTC Log by Gsak

I mustn't have my caching brain switched on today - took me FAR too long to spot where this was lurking! Fortunately, the only person I met whilst walking to and from the car was well past the search area when I got there. An interesting bit of history - TFTC.
#439 a nice walk to the GZ where this was a quick find. A muggle appeared from no where so some stealth was required which is always made easier with having another person there ! Thanks GraceB and Tftc.
We first looked for this a year ago. After several visits we decided that it had been muggled.
Noting that it has been re-instated we visited the site today. On arrival we were frustrated to see a muggle laying on a seat facing the search area. Fortunately the muggle was busy on her phone and we decided that it was safe to check the hide we had found on our first search last year. The cache was quickly in hand with no need to use the GPSr.
TFTC.

Found this morning with The Wandering Dragons and Violet Butterfly. Nice short walk. Took a little bit of scrounging to find the cache. Thanks!

Did today with Astro Hunter and The Wandering Dragons. Clever hide. Thank you!
Cache # 1,137
Cache # 1,137
Cache # 3,079 - Saw this one pop up as re-enabled, and it had been a long time since the last find. Whilst I have enough lonely caches for myself, both of the junior cachers need more to qualify for the area's challenge, so off we (I, Astro Hunter and Violet Butterfly)set before school. Lovely area, and glad the formerly predicted rain was nowhere to be seen. GPS kept pointing us halfway between two possible and likely locations. Searched one without success, then searched the other without success. Returned to the first location and found the very clever hiding spot. Great to see a blank log. Signed it and headed on our way. TNLNSL. TFTC!

Think its time the CO checked and replaced the cache (or archived it). No finds since Jan and quite a few DNF's. Thanks.
Think this one has been taken Found a spot with rocks covering but nothing inside. Lovely walk
We found a most likely hiding place with some small rocks to guard it but there was nothing inside. Perhaps we were in the wrong place. An interesting bit of history. TFTC
I stopped by for a look but lots of kids playing in the area. Found the site that millie756 located and it was empty. This was the best GZ my GPS had today so do wonder if its muggled. I also checked around some of the trees and other masonery. Might pay for CO to confirm its still there.
GPS was all over the place and directed me to the parking area. I found some small bolders that looked as if they had been placed by hand. I lifted them and found a cavity underneath the correct size for the cache. Unfortunately it was empty. So either I was looking in the wrong place (quite likely) or the cache has been muggled. I will keep an eye on the site and as soon as someone reports that they have found it I will go back and have another look.
The swimming hole was very popular but muggles were not a problem.
The swimming hole was very popular but muggles were not a problem.
Biked down with the little ones and found what I thought was the hiding spot but nothing there.
A nice easy find after Fish'n Chips for dinner in the park from the local chip shop (which I can highly recommend by the way). Really interesting piece of history as well, a very enjoyable read. Looks like an awesome swimming hole too as we were treated to all manner of back-flips and cliff dives by some local youngsters enjoying this summer weather. SLTFTC.
Easy find - the path leads to a popular spot for the locals to cool off in the river and there is a similarly popular spot on the other side of the river. Many muggles swimming but Gz is concealed from these spots by trees so it was possible to return the cache. We have been staying nearby for Christmas so this gave me a reason for a walk. A successful find always gives the spirits a lift. TFTC
First stop on a mini exploration of the Hutt. Nice, quick find with interesting archaeology to admire! Not quite Ancient Rome, but one can dream ... Tftc!

Found on a beautiful sunny spring day whilst taking a break from watching ultimate frisbee with the beans. Great spot
Was a lovely sunny afternoon so decided to walk from Totara Park bridge down to this spot and find cache. Kids at gymnastics so had plenty of time. Easy find after a little hunt around. Dropped off Trackable "Riser5's #1 NZ Flag Earthquake Geocoin" (Tracking # PCN4WK). TFTC
Was in the area collecting requirements for an EarthCache and wandered down to this corner with the geokids. A straightforward find and I picked up the TB. TFTC
Great spot. Left the trackable behind as I am new to this game. Cache placed back in exact spot.TFTC
