It's now been 5 months since this was taken offline, it's been missing a lot longer than that. Nice spot for a cache, it should be freed up.

No cache, and also the sign in question has snapped off.

I'd never been on this side of the river before and we pleasantly surprised with what we found. A great little spot hidden away from the town and road. Took TB Bean Counter.

I thought that I was in for a walk until I saw the access. I was the third to find this one today, and did I see another cache driving in as I left? Thanks chasperli for putting a cache here.

Dropped off a TB I had ended up with by default. Hope it enjoys the coast!

Found this one at 14:10 after Day 3 of the Great Victorian Bike Ride. Some welcome nice weather made for some very fine views back towards Port Fairy.

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks chasperli.

A nice diversion off the main route into Port Fairy.

S 38° 21.733 E 142° 16.250
Distance From Old: 97.5 feet
thanks o cholio for getting back to me with the right coords. hopefully the hunt will be easier from now on.

25-Jul-09
As per the other logs, the coords are about 30m out. We took new ones, try these: S38 21.748, E142 16.260.

Found today with Dugcholi. So many muggles! So much water! It was very difficult to get the cache back, but once the muggles had dispersed it was fine. I'm adding a 'Needs Maintenance' log for the coords - which were 30m out, although the hint actually made it possible to find the cache. TFTC chasperli.

We came here today with Super Pop. As we pulled into the car park area we found most of it underwater from the recent rains. We managed to park high and dry and headed off to gz. While searching around we kept our eyes open for whales but there was nothing obvious today. After looking around where the GPSr had us for a little while in the drizzling rain we decided to decode the clue and the cache was found a short time after quite a distance from where the GPSr was telling us to search.
Thanks chasperli for the cache, the views and a good clue

10-Jul-09
This cache relies heavily on the encrypted clue, as we also found that GZ was about 30 m away from posted coordinates. TFTC though...always good to have a challenge!

Fuzzy found it with friends Melbermans. It was a terrible day caching. We looked for 5 and this was the only one that we found. It was freezing, rainy and windy, but nice when we found the cache. TNLN TFTC

Melbermans & friend (soon to be keen geocacher) Max had a sad day of caching today. It was freezing, wild, rainy, windy weather & after being unsuccessful with another 3 today we found this one. TNLN GOYA

Found by Mary & David at 0905. Only another week of autumn left, but here the wind is blowing from Antarctica. Great view of one of our favourite towns. Ages ago we had contemplated retiring here, but the prices have since gone through the roof. Sad We also found the coordinates to be about 30m off, so plotted our own for comparison. Our thanks to chasperli.

2009-05-23 12:03 An easy find, but only after reading the hint (I've been here before).
Like the previous finders my GPS was pointing to a spot about 30m away.

Not sure about the coordinates, as two of us found GZ to be at least 30Meters away.
