TFTC. Tight squeeze alright. Great hiding spot. Enjoyed a dip as well after finding. Flies are over friendly today.Off to the Port Vic to celebrate find
We are on a caravanning trip around Australia and have come to Port Victoria. It's a sunny and windy day here. We decided to walk a bit of the track and pick up a couple of caches. It was in the 2nd place I looked. May need a new log soon. Thanks for placing this cache here.
Looks like getting the tricky ones is for GH! Not so squeezy but some broken glass. Lots of bits of paper for a log so new log would be hood.TFTC
To escape the scorching heat this long weekend, the family and I have decided to head down to Port Victoria for the coasts and coolness (just kidding its also going to be unbearably hot here too). But when we head to new places, of course we have to head to new geocaches too. Theres nothing better than caching and catching the coastal spectacles (okay well maybe thats not all true, but its still undeniably cool). This is the second of many for the Port Victoria hunt. Of course there was the obvious spot that we checked but when I went there I couldnt see at all, until I had a set of fresh eyes from Asiansocool who almost found it immediately. May this geocache be blessed with the vernal breeze of the waters abound! TFTC! #74
I noticed this cache without the name or premium and its an amazing spot for a cache thanks dazza
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi. Staying in the Port Victoria caravan park and saw that this cache was about 160m away, so late in the evening, decided to head out and make the find. Got to GZ and located the tight squeeze. Spotted a likely spot, but which end to access it? Tried one end, but no good, so went to the other end and, by feel, located the cache, signed the log, and then replaced all as found. Sometimes, night caching is best. No muggles, and focussing on what is seen in the torchlight makes the find easier. Gratias pro cache Rocky Glen Grommets
Parked up and made the walk down to this one, a nicely tucked away cache and is all good
Today I headed out with earthlight and LíB to the yorke peninsula to complete the new seahorse letterbox series, some of the caches were signed with our names or LEG, first headed headed to the event in gawler before making our way over for the series, before detouring back via some unfound caches in the northern half. A total of 116 caches for the day.
Thanks for the cache

Found whilst on a weekend away with PrincessJuzzy. CodyGamer19 and LogieSaurus (and all the flies!). This one took a while as CodyGamer19 had to deal with a sand spider, and there quite a few squeezy places. Eventually we were able to place our hands on the cache and thus log what was required. TFTC
Our last day caching from Maitland with iluvtrekking. Still chilly but no rain or wind. Made the squeeze to record our visit. Thanks for the hide.
We spent the morning caching around Port Victoria before heading into the well recommended local pub for lunch. Unfortunately the chef was having a sicky so we headed to another recommended pub….the Yorke Valley in Maitland and were not disappointed with our meals.
Caching in beautiful Port Victoria on a glorious, calm, sunny day was very enjoyable. We had to leave the traditional cache opposite the pub for another day as a caravan was parked there with the owners enjoying their lunch looking at the great views.
This one deserves a favourite point for sure
Many thanks for the hide Rocky Glen Grommets

Decided to head down the Yorke Peninsula as we hadn't been here before.
Stopped here at Point Victoria for the night
Went for a walk around town to check it out and find a few caches
Some of the previous logs were a bit off putting but it turned out to be a well hidden and tricky hide so a fav from me

Considering that the adder is not thin anymore we feared the worst. It was not as bad as the previous logs had mentioned. The log consists of small sheets of paper and could do with a proper log book. Thank you for the placement of the Port Vic Squeeze cache Rocky Glen Grommets maintaind by Dazzatron/Margieh find number 7884 on 19 May 2021 at 10:11 am
Box thorns, broken glass and asbestos not my ideal location although the little caves were cool. Didn’t spend much time looking
Located cache by Gwen who did the squeezing
After getting over a fractured wrist was wary of climbing even a short distance

A bit of a search of the usual locations before the geo son made the discovery, great hidey hole. Tftc
Found within the squeeze. Put in new log page. Dropped off Xtreasure travel bug. TFTC.
I certainly made that one look difficult. Eventually had the cache in hand though. TFTC
Took the high road and realised we needed to take to low road. Found it straight away then.
Off on a road trip to the Silo Art tour Vic, Mildura, Goolwa SA, Port Victoria SA and then home via Murray Bridge, Naracoorte, and the Grampians, picking up some caches along the way as we see the sights. We are now staying at Port Victoria, a more picturesque spot than Maitland and today we spent the day looking around the local area before heading off tomorrow. This cache was within walking distance of our camp ground. It was Mr Pooky who did the clambering over the rocks and made the find in a sneaky little hiding spot. There was no Muggles around today, the area was pretty deserted. TFTC and bringing us to this spot. TNLN.
That was an adventure under a headlamp previous logs helped with making it easier Could almost do with another log sheet. Thanks for the find. Found with mrbuzzy on a weekend away.
Found with Beary Organised as the Sun was setting over the sea. A bit of a challenge for 2 "Oldies" but we did get it. TFTC TNLNSL
Found this with CherryRose. We guessed where it was and after finding an implement CherryRose was able to retrieve, log and return. A bit of a challenge but we did it.

So many caches, so little time! This is one of a variety of caches we were able to find before making our way to Port Wakefield, the first overnight stop on our journey home. What fun, definitely a favourite for us today.
Thanks to 'Rocky Glen Grommets' for the hunt and cache placement

Out for the day picking up a few stray caches with LLL51. [^]
Came down to Port Vic as there were some newer caches that LLL51 had not found and some older ones that I had not found. This was one of them. [^]
Took the geopup for a walk to this one and had great fun climbing up and squeezing for the cache.
Thanks for the cache Rocky Glen Grommets.

Short clamber to the well named squeeze. Managed to reach the container with some direction from Mrs Stavros on high. Tftc
Catching up on some late, very late and extremely late logs (400 in all)
I would like to thank Rocky Glen Grommets for placing this cache. I always enjoy getting out and about to view this great country of ours and caching allows me to do that. Once at GZ, I sometimes find the cache quickly but sometimes it takes awhile to sus out the well camouflaged hide. Once found, log is signed and the cache is rehidden as found.
Once again thanks Rocky Glen Grommets.

We are camped further south but as the weather was not as good today as the last 2 days we decided to explore Port Victoria using caching as a guide. This is #8 of 15 found today and yes it is another RGG cache. Many thanks to RGG for placing and maintaining so many caches in the area. Adds that little something extra to our travels around this wonderful country of ours. Managed it from the south. TNLN SL
Found while on YP as part of the Reef and Wreck diving expedition for AV2015, 16th Australian Venture.
Escaped and went for a night walk near the beach.
Interesting one by moonlight and torch.
My sunburn now has scratches!

We walked along the track to this one from the jetty. A quick find was made by Mr Beetle but Mrs Beetle was the one who had to walk through the long grass near GZ first to scare away any long wriggly sticks!
We returned to the van via the beach and had a paddle in the water. Thanks.

Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring Australia after having attended Oz Mega.
Today we toured from Maitland to Port Vincent then up and around Pearce Point to Chinamans Well then up to The Gap all in company with iluvtrekking.
What a majestic coastline we thoroughly enjoyed the places that Geocaching took us to today. We took way too many photos and will have to cull some! We had the warmest day we have had for a week with the temperature getting to 20degrees! [^] We started the day with gloves and 2 jumpers but ended it in shirt sleeves.
Thanks for placing a cache to help us explore this area. [^] Not sure how this will fare with the new housing above.

Out and about with FelixII exploring the west coast of Yorke Peninsula.
We left the Maitland Show Grounds, where we are staying, and headed off westward to a strikingly beautiful and remote coastline which reminded us in many ways of parts of Western Australia.
Thanks for your cache Rocky Glen Grommets and giving us the opportunity to enjoy this stunning coastline.
