Spent about 5 mins looking for it this morning before I realised I was being watched thru the curtain of a nearby house. Wasnt in the most obvious place, hopefully I will get a chance to come back. I was just passing thru.
Got it
Still lots of muggles when I arrived, soccer practise, walking the dog, playing on the playground equipment and... Climbing Trees?!?!?!?!? Is that another geocacher on the hunt???
Anyway, I walked around the park a couple of times while they hung around, which up'd my pedometer count, then snuck in, found the goods, and left.
Tell you what, NZ is MUCH better at disguise than Australia!

Took a few spins on the merry-go-round. The see saw looked inviting but Chocochunk was all business.
First visit tonight, the playground had a visiting family so I didn't bother trying. I went off to M&M Mayhem, then came back but it got too dark before I found it. Know where to look though! I was pretty close tonight
Muggles all over the show when we were at GZ - playground and pool. Wee dudes enjoyed the playground. Once we took ownership of the merry-go-round. we were able to make a quick, undetected, grab and sign. No worries. Thanks.
#620: Alone on the Playground
I went out to make a grab at lunchtime today. I had a DNF (again!) at a nearby LittleG M cache, and needed a find to continue my cache-a-day streak (day 98!). Almost at 100. Luckily, no one was around at about 1pm, except the groundskeeper, who was a way away mowing, so I had the place to myself. Wet grass led to wet feet, but cache was soon in hand! I signed and returned without incident.
TFTC!

Ahhh was my third attempt on this one. Finally no kids at playground, and the nice old lady next door wasn't hanging out her washing. Tftc.
Heavy dew ... long grass ... wet feet (she stayed in the car!!!) ... successful cache. TFTC.
This was our first ever geocache experience! Got there ok, found the cache ok, had heaps of fun. TFTC
Finally! My third attempt at this cache, having twice made discrete retreats from playground users. Decided on an early morning approach and that was all good. Identified the right spot too look and the cache was soon found. Noticed a few muggles signings too by the looks of it. TFTC, Biggles.
Went over as meeting was a 'claytons' meeting. Found no trouble this time. Wonder where it was last time I visited with RuruNZ?
Last time we tried this there were too many kids - rain certainly helps searching for caches in such a location. TFTC
Managed to look quite dodgy walking out of the bush with a father and young son right there on the spinny thing. O well lol TFTC
A little drizzly but sheltered and found without too much trouble. Added a key to the collection TFTC
Easy find with only a couple of toddlers and parents present. They paid no attention as I sat at the table to ponder where it might be, walked around a little checking out the area, and then made the grab while they were busy entertaining the wee tykes. SL, TNLN, TFTC!
TFTC. After school time and surprisingly no little ones in the park. GPS lead me straight to it.
Jogged over here in the dusk for a quick find. Too many muggles on previous attempts. Seemed a little exposed...
Found it with Ruru - second time we'd been back; not quite sure how we missed it the first time
At last! Being the closest to home this was the forst one I looked for - with wrong datum . Been back several times with no luck, knowing it was there as logs had been made. So tonight with The Cheetah's after Guides we tried again - and BINGO. Sure I had looked there several times before. Was fairly exposed so tucked back under ghffbpx. In coin, out TB. #27
Uh oh, 2nd time I've suffered from 'middle-aged-bloke-in-a-playground' cringe in this particular playground.
Visited tonight on the way home from the movies. Looked like the log had been signed by a few little cachers!
Hope they keep it up. TFTC

I found it in the garden uncovered and open, everything spilt out with no swaps. Signed the log and hid it where I expected it to should be. TFTC.
A quick find.TFTC

Took a bit of hunting and I see what you mean about the bees, and loads of muggles about in the pool - nice spot. TFTH
Ist find on a hit of 4 caches on Dec 7th. Being MAJORLY allergic to bees it was a quick dive in and out . 2pm a good time to come mid week as no-one around. TFTC
Cold wind didn't stop us! Dogs more problematic than muggles. K9 lost his orange cone so if you find it I guess it's yours
Found fairly quickly on my third visit. The previous two were quickly aborted because of a proliferation of muggles and not even surreptitiously investigated. However it was all quiet today despite it being a pleasant, warm day; and it was after school had finished. Perhaps the cracker earthquake just before lunch kept them at home. Thank you. Hatas
After watching my son miss a penalty on the ajoining pitch - it was a welcome relief with the youngest to get a find - many thanks Little G Magic
Ahh yes! That park!
OK memories a bit foggy till I looked at the photo.. things still a bit damp today but a quick score.
Thanks for the cache.

Another cache in a playground, and they are all starting to blend into one another. It was still raining at this time but team McWindeLunex7 was not to be deterred during our grand trip to the eastern isles. Somewhere around this time I spotted a bakery/coffee shop that was open, and we all piled in for coffee, hoc chocolate, cakes, pies etc. TFTC!
Is it just me or are the details of Christchurch playgrounds starting to blur in all the team's minds? I had to look up ZsaZsa7's photographic record of our finds to assure myself I was there. Yep, raincoat, wooly hat down over eyebrows, log being signed, blue merry-go-round I didn't have time to test. Thanks for breaking our run of DNF's Troodles.
Under trees, under bushes, in trees, in bushes........no matter where the caches are, we are looking for them.
Thanks for another quickish find.

3110. [font=Comic Sans Ms][green]Thank goodness for this find as we had had 2 DNFs in a row. Discussions with some local cachers at the Dux de Lux event led to the pain of hides in tussocks/flax etc. Luckily we had no major troubles due to these impediments, ad this one was no exception.

(53) Another park that I did'nt know about.. Came in mid morning and pretty cold out so no muggles in site.. However cache was in plain view.. So I have hidden it a bit better.. TFTC. SL.
The advice in the cache description is spot on! I took one look at the muggle situation and turned on my heels.

Easy find and may have even saved it from a band of Brownies who were rummaging through the undergrowth picking up rubbish!
TFTC beautiful little park!
TFTC beautiful little park!
Nice stop off on a cold wet morning. Soon found the cache, the place was deserted. SL TFTC
Probably not dressed appropriately for a thorough search so it was probably a good thing I got muggled out before I could find it.
Bunch of muggles playing in the playground, however they were too busy argueing to take any notice of us, TFTC, TNLN.
There was a little old lady sitting in the house three meters from the cache looking out of the window so I didn't feel comfortable digging around in the grasses for too long - it looks suspicious. I was half expecting her to call the police.
Popped in while waiting for Pizza but crawling with muggles - I will be back. - nice park
Last one for the evening and couldn't find it Cool park though, I love all the old playground toys, especially the horse!
Possibly our third, maybe fourth attempt? No one around today though so it was an easy find. TFTC
Found with YuGeo4, yes the park was deserted as it was getting a bit late for muggles, TFTC TNLNSL (1191)

Second attempt back with the kids. Crawled all over the place, and through the tussock. Still no luck in finding it.
Third time lucky today, as there has been so many young muggles playing here previously. And yippee the place was empty.Except for a group of Alsatian Dog owners doing obedence training. But as we had our Geo Doggie with us,one broke away and followed us a short distance. It finnaly gave up on our wee girl as the owner was yelling at it.[ More training neaded me thinks ] We grabbed the cache signed it and got out of there.TN LN

No muggles around, except a man with a mask using some sort of machine on the pool surface, so a quick easy find. TFTC
Had to come back after tea as there were to many pesky muggles earlier in the day. Nice quick find.

Just turning dark as we arrived so nobody around, lots of activity in near by houses made the search difficult but after a good look managed to find.TFTC
