Recent roadworks may have eliminated this one. GZ was covered in fresh gravel and a new post.....
A cute story
I got the story first hand today.
Quick find with a cool view.

Sometimes I am surprised how accurate the iPhone is - it put us right on top of this to within 2 m accuracy. Great views; took dinosaur (kinda appropriate) and left dragonfly, SL TFTC
Seen the dinosaur in the cache and dodging thunderstorms from here on till midnight, tftc
Out with CPWanderer and Aussie M&M for a days caching to forget about work and make it to 900. Quick find of the cache, but couldn't quite make out the sleeping dinosaurs. Oh for the eyes of the young again. Thanks Everlasting.
Spring is sprung, the grass is ris: I wonder where the caches is?
Out with firesafe and honeysucker on a lovely spring day for a day's adventure while we searched for caches
They found some, I found some and I lost track of how many times we managed to locus cache
These mines are digging in everywhere lately.
We found a dinosaur but not of the type that these mines may possibly exhume!

For the perfect first day of spring, headed out for a day/night of caching in the Barossa Valley and beyond with honeysucker and locus cache. A great day out and some good numbers for the day/night.
Found a sleeping dinosaur on the ground and some recent road work activity so put in a replacement cache and cairn. TFTC.

After a DNF on a nearby 'Everlasting' cache needed some geo-assurance that I would find this one. There it was exactly where the GPSr pointed. I was mightily relieved as I was in fear of becoming a dumb geocaching Victorian out of his depth in the 'wilds' of South Australia in Kapunda country! Found with 'The Comrades'. TNLN. Thank you to 'Everlasting' for the cache and its location. Gosh, I was happy to nab this one.
A neat little detour down this road to get the cache and take in the sights. Thanks
4th find for the day with Moses on the move.
Clever hide and great views.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Freezing up here today, thank god the cache was quickly in hand. On this rather grey day it was a bit miserable, but the view just goes on and on... TFTC.
I enjoyed my drive up here today, the dinosaurs aren't looking quite as green as in the photo at the moment! Beware a gigantic spider is guarding the cache! Thanks
Using an old cache listing I managed to find thins, unfortunately missed out on newer caches nearby, amazing area, great view, and yes, they do look like sleeping Dino's.
We found this on the way to a huge day of caching in the mid north with Team Waldron.
We tried for the century but like the Australian Cricket team, that proved elusive and we had to be content with 60 odd caches for the day.
Thanks for the cache, it was fun.

lil geo snuck up quietly but it was just a decoy, soon had cache in hand.didn't wake any sleeping dino's today.tftc sl.
This was a VERY blowy spot today. I’m glad it was a quick find! Took a small charm and left a fairy. Cache #753.
We pulled up at this one and noticed quite a few cows meandering around the sleeping dinosaurs and were also treated to some spectacular views of the local countryside. This one took a little longer to find until we decided to believe the GPSr and then bingo there it was.
Thanks for placing these caches Everlasting showing off some more of this great countryside

Found on my second day caching in this part of Australia. My thanks to Everlasting for the cache. A few sheep were watching me, taking notes.... lol
Found this cache just as it was starting to rain. Hmm someone's had some fun up here making other possible sneaky hiding spots. So you think here it is & then [:o] nothing, next spot nope & then bingo here it is. Nice views [^] SL, TNLN TFTC.
Wow, that picture looks so much nicer than the brown dried up landscape that we saw today.

Found quickly and easily whilst teaching schmuck13 what a cairn was! Great views of the area from here. Thanks for showing us this area
Some great views from this spot. The red herring was a bit easier to find than the 'real' cache, but it was nevertheless located quickly. TFTC.
A fairly quick find easier than expected. Thanks for a drive along along a very scenic stretch of back road, great views, intesting old ruins and even some wildlife.

Brilliant views here.
Did you know there are dinosaur foot prints around here? I know, it's a plug for my geocache Ceres. Finders of this one can get the top secret location of dinosaur footprints in the front of that cache's log book. Really. [^]
So there could be some truth in this story......
Clear skies from TeamAstro and a big thanx to Everlasting [:X][:X]
Stunning views from the cache althrough it was blowing a gale. Thx everlasting for the cache.
We were on our way to a shed party so we couldn't linger long . It was so cold today; brrrr!!!
Thanks again Everlasting.
Thanks again Everlasting.
The roads were starting to get better as we travelled from the Shed Party and this was an interesting location to stop at [^].

Thanks Everlasting.

Thanks Everlasting.
I can see why these could be called sleeping dinosaurs. Hope they don't wake up any time soon!
could not see the connection between this location and the additional hint, I wander what was quarried next to the road on the Eudunda side. TFTC TNL=trinket SL
This would have to be one of our favourite spots - you could easily imagine you were in Scotland or somewhere when everything is green this time of year. TNLN, TFTC
No dinosaurs to be seen anywhere today but lots of noisey sheep around GZ [^]
Cheers.
Cheers.
The third of Everlastings caches in the area and the third bronze for me [^]. The area really is beautiful now that the winter rains have put some colour back in the place . But the wind!!! It was coming straight from Antarctica [xx(]. I had to crack the heater on in the car to thaw out.
Love the dinosaurs and loved the hide - Thanks EV- SL
Please note that postiegirl DID NOT log her FTF geocoin through these caches - EV placed them and I checked the coordinates and SL while on the way to the Event. You are welcome to claim the FTF's and EV will contact you regarding this

The e-mail came through from the Ump at 1740 with 4 possible FTF's up for grabs in our area. Out the door we go to try our luck and possibly get our first ever FTF, thankfully it hadn't been raining out at the GZ so the roads were nice and dry.
With a full moon to guide us through the country side it made for a nice drive. Arriving at the GZ a quick hunt in the dark turned up the cache, glad we have torches in our geocaching kit!!
An interesting way to spend a wedding anniversary.
TN Left a pewter wombat charm SL
