Checked on this one the other week.
Alas it is gone. I'll leave the spot for somebody else

Am on a course this week but will check it out at end of week. Most likely gone as not a tricky find.
Place was quite but still didn't have a find
Will have to have another go later

Didn't find this one. There wasn't many people here on a Monday morning, I didn't want to go clambering around on the structure but I couldn't see it from the ground.
Always great to see caches at these Driver Reviver locations, as it encourages people to stop, revive and survive. A quick park and grab, as we stretch our legs and take a break. TNLN SL TFTC
Glad there is a small step. Im hobbit size. Grabbed this as our journey continues towards Coffs Harbour. TFTC
Stopped here on our way up north for a weeks R&R. With shrimp 92. Nice place to stretch our legs after drive up from Nowra. Thankyou for the cache
My daughter's studying abroad in Australia for a semester, and I came over from the US to share spring break with her. We had an epic roadtrip from the Sunshine Coast down to Sydney and back, with great geocaches serving as our tour guide. Today we departed Sydney and began our journey back north, staying overnight in Coffs Harbour.
We appreciated our "pit stop" at this rest area. It was a team effort to find the well-hidden cache. I guessed its location, and my daughter did the retrieval. Thank you very much for hiding and maintaining this geocache, and adding to our holiday fun.

I found this cache with my Dad during our spring break roadtrip. Thanks for the cache!
Gotcha - Stopped for lunch. Eventually found it in between muggles with intuition as GPS no help. Problem now how to replace it. We ended up with an extended lunch.
**# 14378** Found on our extended 2016 winter escape trek .
A good spot to stop for a cuppa break and a good safe hide.
Not many muggles around here today, thankfully.
Thanks for the cache latanzi,

Just goes to show you should follow your instincts and not the compass. The phone has us jumping all over the place with the clouds and eventually I gave in and had a good look at the first place is wondered about. Lucky I'm part mountain goat. The log has been badly damaged and needs replacing. TFTC Latanzi.
A very quick find in the exact place Mrs Shifter thought it would be on our way through to Wauchope.
Thanks for the hide.
Thanks for the hide.
We're visiting from Florida, USA. That was great fun but no luck today. Sigh. Thanks for placing the cache.
Tftc,
Day 2 of an adventure that will take me around Australia with a group of trackables. My caches visited can be tracked by checking out the Key Ring using the code TB4P4C1.
At this stage it just involves highway driving, but that will change and the places people take you to with their cache placements will inspire you to explore our great country.
The GPS was a bit out and I checked the terrain rating to work out where to look. Not many people around and the find was easy.
As a part of my contribution to helping make the "Easter 2017 Red Centre Experience" GC6825Z a great Event, I will be leaving a card in every cache that is large enough to take it. This card provides a number for a trackable "Discover me" and the Web page link for red.ozmega.com.au

Found today on our north, had me doing some thinking, but whe I saw the rating I knew, whereit would be, not sure what the hint had to do with the find. Thanks to latanzi.
10:07:00 AM. Heading north so made the rest stop a break. A short search and some stretching had the cache in hand. Log signed on back on the road. Thanks for placing this cache.
During a drive along the freeway with geohusband. Just as well he was with me. I'm vertically challenged. TFTC
Sister broke my back finding it but at least we could get out of the rain. Found with Michelle0568 and mooostache
Driven past here hundreds of times but never stopped in. Tricky because coordinates were out and definitely not one for the vertically challenged(me). Found with cckabbabs and mooostache. TFTC.
Weather is miserable which reduced the muggle factor. Terrain rating really helped in making a quick find. Completed the signing duties, changed a nappy (not mine honestly). Then hit the road. TNLN. TFTC.
Found while caching one day while away for a few days with the kids in the holidays. Used Geodaughter for extra height

A perfect cache to STRETCH your legs at after being in the car for a while! It is a bit tricky and if muggles around it wouldn't be possible!
But lucky for us there were not any muggles at GZ so after a thorough but quick search the cache was found.
TFTC, had to sign somewhere in middle of log so it's not in chronological order since there is not much room

Driving home to Brissy & needed a toilet stop so conveniently pulled in here where we could also find a cache or 2 (well we attempted to find 2 but didn't have time to do a thorough search for the friend so only ended up with 1!)
Geohubby spotted this one & geodaughter did the honours of collecting it. Log signed & replaced as found.

Found the first one but not this one. Was in a rush to get to screen for football. Maybe next time.
TFTC, would not have found it without reading previous logs as it is well out of sight unless you are a basketballer.
On the road to Port Macquarie today with the geo-widow for a bit of a holiday. She isn't into caching but when we are on the road, she is happy to get online and look up caches I can do to break up our trip a bit ... which suits me fine! We had this rest area to ourselves this afternoon, so I was able to do what was necessary to get to the cache (which I had spied on a quick walk around of the structure) without feeling as though I was making a spectacle of my 63 year old self. Thanks for the cache latanzi, and for the smiley too.
was sort of busy there but I acted as if I were qualified and did a thorough inspection

Found this one, but the other one has me stumped for the moment. Looked too suspicious searching and you can only pretend to be wandering aimlessly around pretending to be on the phone for so long.
I will be back for that one. TFTC!

I seem to be as lucky as others in this area, could not find first one but found this easily, tftc
With the help of my grabbing tool and some climbing I was able to go for this cache

After a DNF on the other fiend cache at the other end of the rest area, I moved my car here to seek this cache out. GZ had me at a structure and as I stepped some metres away, I spotted the cache. Retrieving it was a challenge as their were muggles everywhere. Patience paid off. TFTC latanzi
Yay found this one not so good at the other end thou. With zobo04 on our way to Ballina TFTC
Stopped for a rest and found with Happy Jackie. It was to have a stretch. Thanks.
Another easy find I just had a sleeping muggle right in front but they did not wake .
TFTC.

We knew we'd found one of the previous Fiends though didn't think we could remember where but as we went to the right spot first, maybe deep down we did. With nothing down our end of the rest area, a quick find while the going was good. TFTC latanzi.
Relocating to Taree, and picked up a few on the way.
Stopped at the north end of the rest stop, to find a few muggles having smoko.
As we were out of their view, we were able to make a quick find.
Many thanks for placing this cache, latanzi, for us and others to find.

Caution slippery when wet. Lucky no one was around to see my blunder. I did laugh at myself.
Thanks Latanzi for the hunt, had to wait for a muggle to leave them all was good.
I misread this as Four Mile Friend. Fiend is certainly more appropriate. There weren't many stopped here today and none near GZ so I was free to do a few unusual contortions. I couldn't really follow the hint but I soon felt the little tin, which I thought was lucky considering all the places it could have been. A bit hard on the knees but a welcome find. Thanks latanzi.
On our way upto the Oz Mega towing our 24' caravan. This is our second day on the road and don't have much time to stop and grab many caches. Thanks latanzi FTC.
Up from Canberra with Rapidlywild on a two week geomission around the Gold Coast and, of course, for the MEGA
So with 4 days of caching and over 100+ finds under our belts so far, we've had a great time touring around caching and seeing new places Lovely to cache in the warm QLD weather as well!
Apologies for the somewhat generic logs- it's not easy remembering every single hide so far but I will try to mention individual hides where my memory serves me well!
Took a little bit of a timed search to retrieve this one due to muggles, but found after a bit of monkeying around [:o)]
Thanks for the hide, Latanzi

So the trip North has commenced, it was time to travel via road from Canberra to the Gold Coast with specimenX in preparation for the Oz Mega 2015 in Stanthorpe. Today was the day that the holiday begun, with an early rise, and on the road by 530am to commence the LONG drive. Knowing the trip would usually take ~12 hours, we were aware that with Geocaching on top, we were looking minimum 18 hours. Well the trip totalled just over 20 hours from Canberra to the Gold Coast with a number of stops along the way. 99% of these stops were caching related and the other 1% were leg stretching breaks as the last hours were winding up.
As the travelling continued, this was the next targeted find. We spread our finds across the journey and within the 20+ hour drive, we collected 24 caches.
This one was easier than the previous one however the muggle factor made it more difficult. We had a muggle parked directly in front of us with a lil guy who clearly wasn't enjoying the car ride and wasn't feeling too good. Did a bit of monkeying around before coming up with the goods, Thanks for the cache placement latanzi

Worked out where it should be before attempting the retrieve. Not one of the easier to access caches, but all was good. TFTC.
Found with mum and dad (Gazkersh and littlemissleft).
But now I have my own account
Signed as Tilly In the logbook
Thanks

Found with Gazkersh and Tilly. Nice easy find but container was full of ants - evicted the ants and signed log TFTC!
With a few days free up my sleeve after a very busy schedule at work I thought I'd be a nice grandson and drive up to visit my grandparents. It just happens that they are nearby the Mid North Coast power trail which I had been eyeing off for a while. So the decision was made to make my way north and attempt my first large power trail.
I found this cache on my way up north for the day before attempting the power trail. The bad weather and early morning start kept many travvellers away and I managed to make a quick and easy find in a great spot. I was also glad to be able to log this after I had to drive past the other cache in this rest stop as there was a car parked nearby.
TFTC cheers

Having joined TriciaC2 on her Around Australia trip (my Adelaide to Brisbane part) we are having fun picking up some smileys on the way.
We're well and truly on our way home now, a little sooner than planned, but it's no fun travelling in rain and thunderstorms. We searched while we still had a dry period, but are of course a bit disappointed with this DNF, as we searched a wider area around GZ, just to be sure, but couldn't come up with the goods.

Hi there latanzi. We found your cache "Four Mile Fiend" at 12:04:00 PM today,. This cache makes our find count 9979.
[Blue]
We are caching with Di Morgan today, and attempting to log at least one cache every day, so we can add to our streak of "Most Consecutive Days Cached", which we started on New Years Day 2014. Our route today took us to and past some really wonderful & scenic locations.
This was a really quick park-n-grab today.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

A convenient accident holding up traffic gave the perfect cover to loiter around the rest area for a while and save some petrol with my fuel light coming on. However, with others thinking the same, this also meant lots of muggles and a trickier retrieval from the expected and confirmed GZ. Elevation provided a clear view over the traffic at least, but not as far as the accident. Turned out to be an old fashioned wood caravan littering the side of the road in splinters.
On my way to Coffs Harbor, take a break after 2hr driving.
Open the app see if I am lucky to grab a cache, and I am!
Easy to locate the cache, but a little hard to get it.

Had a brief look around, contemplating the hint. Tested a few spots, before checking one more area where I hit the jackpot.
I was heading back to my camp grounds after a crazy days caching down in Newcastle. A quick stop off here and my day would be done. I arrived at GZ after dark and happily not a traveling muggle in sight Just the way I like my GZ. However, with these types of places you never know when a muggle will blow in and catch you in an odd position. So with that thought in mind I made sure to find the cache and sign the log as quick as possible.
Thanks for the cache latanzi

Phewww!!! Pretty easy find but hard to get with all the muggles around, had to wait for a family to finish at the park, another family to turn their backs to look at the info wall thing and the folks parked up to close their eyes for a nap but we did it hehehe
We had to wait for some time for all the muggles to leave the area. Once gone the cache was soon in hand and log signed. TFTC latanzi
