I may have to archive this one as once they've been tampered with they generally get hunted out again. May replace with a new one in a different location
The news is not good, found black container and opened it to find seringes and other drug equipment,so that slipped out of my hand in to the middle of the river, then lower found the cache container with lid off and stuff spread around, couldn't find log book so signed a card, put the lid back on and put where I thought it might have come from.TFTC.latanzi.
We found this one while on a weekend of caching around the Taree areas. [It's actually our wedding anniversary today!] I actually knew the way to pronounce this name thanks to a cranky woman at my work, but I don't do bridges so Marco had to do all the work on this one. I stayed up top keeping an eye on the muggles fishing nearby while Marco went searching. He found the goods after a quick search. TNLNSL TFTC
Bumped into some caches. Love the view of the river...sunset begining over that river was nice
went there witht the intention of this being washed away. Nice cache, Thanks Latanzi
Reperio at 1000. Had some up our sleeves today, so decided to take a little detour to Taree on the way back to Newcastle. Parked up the road a little where it was safe and walked back to GZ. Darwinian stayed high while went low, and after reaching the right spot, the cache was found.
Gratias.

TFTC latanzi, Finally found it. Yay about time. SL.

Took little bit to find as didn't read any logs. After I finished logging cache I went back to the car to get the camera, by the time I got back there was a family of fishermuggles looking near the railing near the cache. They set up on the opposite side to the cahe. I got my pictures then left, they none the wiser.

Finally arrived at GZ with no muffles about. Quickly saw that the cache was a bit exposed and popped it back into position. It is definitely still there but unfortunately there were no trackables in the container. I will review logs and try to find out who might have grabbed them
Went of to check on this one this arvo but found 3 muggles at GZ will have to come back next week :v
Maybe the owner could check this one out we spent quite a time here as did the previous cacher and have not come up with a cache
We almost wanted to give up but than a final look around and we found it! T4TC and greetings from Switzerland!
Attempted with team Gflunk while visiting the area. No luck this time, might return wearing more suitable footwear.
Quick find in the afternoon on the way through Taree (heading back to Sydney). Left small ceramic frog figurine - TFTC!

16:06 - nice find and a good spot to watch the yachts trying to beat upriver against the current
Every now and then, some caches need to see the light of day as they haven't been seen for months or even years. Even if it was a DNF a few times you might just get lucky.
We had a very eventful day covering a wide area in and around the Taree district great day out ..Nicely tucked away and did take a while to locate, but got there in the end SL TFTC

I'll agree with Alansee being glad it wasn't up in that cave! Got back to the car with pen, bugger, have to run back in the rain. Tnln cheers.
Second attempt at this cache, and I have to say it seems so much easier to find this time around...
Thanks for the cache latanzi.

After an "exiting" [|)] afternoon watching mum (and the manning valley christian choir) singing at Bishop Tyrell Place, and I played some pieces on the piano as well[|)].
I came by with my mum and friend to the bridge. Their was a car there and when I went near the bridge there were some people fishing, so we had a tour around Damereque Island.
Upon entering the bridge there was no car parked on the side of the road, so I had a quick look and found the cache without too much trouble (with hint in hand). The pen inside didn't work, so I had too write in large font with the green crayon. Came out under the bridge with a few scratches and was all good.
Dropped geocoin and Travel bug all the way from Victoria.
Thanks for the cache

I hate it when that happens.
Even resorted to reviewing the clue back in the car, but on return to the hunt, still no joy...
Only down, not out

Ah, so that it how it is pronounced. Cache was found after a short search of most obvious places, and thankfully not in that cubbyhole!
Had a look but fading light, fishing muggles above, then pashing teens below spoilt the hunt Spotted an awesome sunset from the bridge so even the DNF was worth it! Nan and Pop live in town so I will be back at some stage
Parked at the nominated parking spot and made my way over the bridge to GZ. There were several possibilities for this one but as it turned out it wasn't too difficult. TFTC.
Parked on the northern side of the bridge and strolled over to the other side. Could see lots of fish around the pylons from up on the bridge and quickly found the way to GZ. Took a bit of searching but came up with the goods and was on my way again after completing the cache duties.

We parked at the suggested location and headed over the bridge. The river was looking fantastic. A cormorant was having some luck fishing.
About 20m from GZ my GPSr announced the batteries were low and was shutting down. It is a bit temperamental these days. I pushed on nonetheless and after a bit of a search the cache was in hand.
Thanks for dragging us off the highway and Happy Christmas.

No luck with this one but also didnt spend a long time looking as we had a limited amount of time today to grab as many caches as we could. Sad that so much litter around GZ, cleaned a bit up while we were there but no luck finding the treasure.
Found at 2.45pm GAFF1. After a very good lunch at the Harrington Hotel, we headed south a little to do a bit of caching before returning to our apartment. We were able find the right level to search fairly quickly and the cache was found right next to a couple of fishermen who thought we were interested in what they were doing.
Due merrick! What! But there is an "s" there and after the "m" there is an "a" not an "e"!!!
Nearly as bad as Wauchope or Lake Cathie.
Thanks Latanzi.

Kids found this one before I even got across the bridge! Took out animal toys and put in some coins.
There was a fisherman under this bridge, looking for Bream or Flathead he said, but nothing was biting. Then a dolphin appeared only 5 metres away. Perhaps that is the reason....
Cache took a little finding thanks to some irregular shapes and good cammo paint. Someone must be dropping ping pong balls as a sig item around here. 2 caches in quick succession had them, This one doesn't anymore thanks to Geokid.

Found at 1.30pm. Never would have visited here if not for cache. Thanks for bringing us here. We found a lot of broken glass along the path so suggest be very careful. TFTC
Found at 1020hrs on a trip down to Taree. Nice bridge and another area I have not visited before. Thanks for taking me there.

Thanks for the cache Latanzi! co-ords were spot on and had the log signed in no time. It is quite a high bridge that rises sharply.
1845 Only just enough time to grab this and still get chips for the family from the local takeaway. Probably a bit harder in the dark also.
Grabbed a TB: "God Bless Our Troops"
Went to leave Mooove TB/coin, but had left it in the car on the other side of the river - "Doh!"
So brought through the ones that were in my backpack - Baa & Oink coins, Lindi Diabetes TB, and B2B ingot
