Had a good long look but like the previous 5 logs it was another DNF . Been 5 months since it was found and needs owner intervention or archiving.

Pretty sure this cache has been muggled as there was not much cannon left to be looked at by the time we finished!
Between our DNF today and the last couple, it sounds like this one may again be missing. Needs checking/replacing.
Ve had no luck in finding zis cache, despite ze lack of hiding spots on zer uber cannon!
Three sets of eyes, 5 - 10 minutes looking, no luck. Given this isn't a complex gun I think this might be gone.
Last day of a quick flying visit from Mexico with bogonghazy. He had previously done this one, so left me to hunt it down. Hmmm, took me longer than it should've. Them's the breaks!! Thanks PG & Cheers to you. Leese
No 97 on our Anzac expedition, having a blast with The Mellisons and Parraking (Team MPP). TFTC
We visited this one a while ago but didn't have a pen. Called back today to finally sign the log and score a smiley. TFTC.
Searched during our fun but windy tube and knee-boarding camping holiday this Easter.
Too many muggles, made life difficult! Will try again some other time.

A quick and easy find in the first place i looked. Alas i had no pen to sign the logbook. TFTC!
Over here with Mr Coffee and the Coffee Clan and Alansee to pick up the Wandering Heroes series and after a huge days caching yesterday we decided on a leisurely day in Adelaide picking up a few caches before going out to dinner with a few of the local teams. We parked nearby the restaurant and decided to spend the rest of the afternoon walking around the CBD seeing what caches we could pick up.
We shudder every time we see one of these things as our record isn't that great, it didn't help any that Mr Coffee had already found it and was just standing back grinning. This is a much older cannon than mos that we have searched on and didn't have many of the usual possible hides. We eventually found the cache a lot easier than we though that we might and our name is also now in the log
Thanks postiegirl for the cache.

Staying in Murray Bridge with Team Crackers and Alansee we had planned to do all the Wandering Heroes and some other local caches with the hope of all teams beating there days record. This was find number 197 and with it getting close to midnight were glad for a quick find.
Thanks for the cache postiegirl,
Regards Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan.

Found in the company of Earthbound Chief and the Walenators on our SA tour. Dad had to let Mum out to get a coffee before she had a meltdown, there being a cache nearby was an added bonus! TFTC
After a previous attempt at this one last year on our way through town we had sucess this time. TFTC
We had to stop here, the Walenators hadn't found it the last time they were through this way. The deciding factor was there was a coffee shop nearby and EB99 was going feral because she needed a caffeine hit. So while the 2 teams examined the gun EB99 bolted to the cafe. EB Nano found the cache and 99 returned with a smile. Big tick. TFTC
We pulled up at 10:30pm and had the area to ourselves. We were expecting this one to take awhile as caches on guns usually do but Mr C had found it just as Mrs C had finished taking the attached photo! TFTC.
I HATE gun caches. Really hate them. So, thanks PH06 for a nice simple one.
There is a bit of a story to this cache. Team Engage arrived in Murray Bridge from Mannum, and the first thing we did was raced to the Servo to buy a bag of ice, icecreams, and water. We tipped the ice into our esky, and it was all melted by the end of the day. We then drank most of the ice-water.
It was 44 degrees in the shade today. Seriously, don't go out of the shade. We wandered through Murray Bridge, walking into every shop that looked like it was a) open, and b) air conditioned.
Thanks PG!

We usually have to make quite prolonged searches with caches on guns so were pleased to find this one quickly and easily. TFTC
Once again I got lucky on a cannon, by lucky I mean it was in the first 10 places I looked. thanks for the challenge here PG06, nice one
A beautiful and warm day to do caching around Murray Bridge but it was getting rather hot ...searched a while before Mr Bushies2 found it. Thanks PG06.
Staying at the Bridge for a few days to help out with a program at the prison. A late night walk and and bit of a search and... TFTC.

Team caching at it's best, out and about with The Wild Gang and Team Scallywag to beat our most caches found in one day. Proud to say we did a whopping 91 caches found we had a really enjoyable day. TFTC TNLN SL
Team awesome strikes hard!!! Found it finally. Once again our newest team member proves his awesomeness by finding this one. Good find, sneaky spot. Obviously my eyes are painted on.
Used the Geokids as a decoy while I searched for this one.

Stopped for a toilet break on the way home from Mannum. Saw the gun and assumed there would be one on it, but without the outstanding cache-on-gun skills of little miss skillage tortoise, we had no luck!
On way to Adelaide from Melbourne to visit my family.
When I arrive near GZ..*groan*
but found it nicely

Finally. Have tried to find this one for a long time, but could never quite work it out. Yet my international visitor found it within minutes. Go figure.
A day of Caching at the Bridge,
We felt like we were in a fridge.
We finished up with 28,
We did it with sparkey25, our mate.

Thought the hint would make it an easy find, but unfortunately no luck today. Had to be very careful with all the muggles. Will try again soon...
Having found 'NOT another cannon cache' earlier this was our second 'cannon' cache for the day.

Thanks postiegirl for the cache.

Muggles Everywhere! Saturday Morning in main street not ideal. Will Have to try another time! (Maybe it's just because i'm new to caching...!)
Had help with this one. Thought someone pulled over to spring us but turned out to be some fellow cachers. Had a good convo and learnt a bit more about caching. Learning from the pros. Thanks guys.

Almost Muggled but turned out to be felow cachers. Found it on a Geonight trip after work with Mr.Squiggle and Hallett Bros. TFTC
Almost muggled out but turns out the were geocachers as well!! Had a good conversation
Found easily enough but I expecting something a bit harder due to the numerous hiding places. TFTC
Quickly found by Pirate Rock. Not often that you can say that about artillery guns. I'm starting to thing that there is a cache on every gun in Australia.....
TFTC.

An interesting field gun with even more interesting markings (engravings?) on the barrel. There was quite a deal of traffic going past, but drivers and passengers seemed oblivious to our search. After a short time, the cahe was located and formailities completed. TFTC PG06.
A quick find on a busy road. Happy to find smartly as the cannon ones tend to be time consuming and therefore attracting more attention. TFTC.
I normally have a hard time with canons but found this one fairly quickly today. TFTC
Found in the company of ParisLaura on a cache spree to Murray Bridge in an effort to help me reach my 1000
Thanx for the smilie!

After hunting for a micro, thought I would look again in the obvious spots... cache in hand then wondered how we could not find it straight away
Thanks
Thanks
Gun caches are so hit and miss they are found quickly or take forever but was lucky found this one after only a few minutes of looking. Thanks postITgirl10
You had us looking for a while postiegirl, but we got it. Another find on our drive to Murray Bridge for the day caching. SL TFTC
Bang Bang. Lovely carvings on the barrel. I wonder if that changes the barrel resonance and they had to account for that in their range calculations. . Clear skies too.
Found this cache with Dennisc52 up on the way to the lowan series. lots of cars driving past but no problems. TFTC TNLN
Found on the way to the Lowan series of caches, in company with Fishing Pole Ninja. I was looking for a nano, just in case, but true to her word, postiegirl placed a small instead. Thank you. Found without looking too suspicious, as I had my grandson "play" looking for it. SL, TFTC.
