The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.

2 visits and nothing for me either. Admitedly one time was dark. Any chance the cache owner could check this out? Or archive if not interested in maintaining? Thanks.

It wasn't until I arrived at the search location and had had a search for a possible hiding spot that I read the previous log. I think this one really needs to be checked on. I could not find anywhere that resembled the hint.

It is a fantastic spot and really deserves a cache here. I'm glad I took the walk and look forward to returning to get a find here some time.

After having a look around the map of caches that we haven't attempted, we saw a TC that has been sitting out in this cache for ages and thought we would rescue it. No such luck though, as we got to GZ we could still see the signs of the Big Flood of Jan'11. Had a good look around and even walked the creek bed. I think it may have been swept away. A DNF is always disappointing but was a nice walk on a sunny day.

This was a very pleasant wander through the forest to a great little sandy beach and pool which must be terrific in the summer. I must agree the local wild life must be active near this cache but rehid this cache a little better and covered up the work of the locals.

We had the place to ourselves today to enjoy. A pleasant walk and a quick find.
Thanks Phillipsart

Easy find with geowife and friend who lives nearby. The cache was completely exposed - and very wet inside. The hide appears to be popular with local wildlife, from the diggings around GZ. Notebook was unusable - wet and pages stuck together. I included a replacement book to log visits, but cache probably needs maintenance to allow it to dry out.
The area is a beautiful spot with easy walks on well maintained tracks, definately worth a visit. TFTC TNLN Cheers Smile

Found (14:09) today...

After a walk in the bush cache was turned up (track around here is quite busy with fisher persons going past to wet a line)

Cache was very wet as was sitting on end quite exposed @ GZ

Have replaced in horizontal plane now which may make water egress a bit more difficult + added some cover

TNLNSL

Thanks Phillipsart for the cache - would never have found this area without it... Smile

We found this one after a great deal of walking.[xx(] The cache was full of water and we couldn't sign the log because it was so drenched!! This was a nice find, and if we had our togs, a swim would've been great!! TFTC

We enjoyed the stroll along the trail but the GPS didn't enjoy all the trees at GZ and just wouldn't settle down and we couldn't spot a likely looking tree stump so we abandoned the search. We might try again next time we are in the area.

The other cache in this park was more a passive pursuit, but this one was more active. A very nice walk among this remnant bushland took me to the creek which was bone dry. Found the cache OK and signed the log. TFTC PhillipsArt.
