Finding caches along the roads of Bootawa with Shaneoyo, lookoutlexiisabout and Miltsy92. TFTC
My husband and i are down from Brisvegas staying at Tuncurry for a week and today we took a little drive to see the country side and i have a challenge i am trying to complete of finding 100 caches with off road vehicle attributes in the month of November and this one fitted the bill. What a fantastic view we had at GZ and the cache was spotted quickly. Thanks for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
Find No: 8449. Visiting from Newcastle with shaneo58, staying at Forster tonight, thanks for the cache stringy!!
I spent this morning with Ms Atalanta, looking for geocaches along this road.
Unfortunately we were unable to find this cache despite a lengthy search.

Great views and very windy! Cache found in the open and in excellent condition.
Thanks for the cache

Great views but pretty windy up here today. Have taken the Rubik’s cube for my son who is obsessed with them and replaced it with a smurf! TFTC
Went back with permission from Stringy and replaced the rusted container. Added a few bits of swag too - mini rubics cube, shopkins, stickers, rubber and bracelet.
Took us a while to find it. We saw a brilliant sunset! What a view! The tin cache has rusted through. We’ve popped the whole cache in a ziplock bag to protect it until it is maintained.
Cache of the day. What a lovely spot, though no parking again. I went past GZ and found a driveway bout 100M away and parked there. Gave me more opportunity to admire the view.. Thanks for stopping us here.
Find #2412--2420
We planned a drive through Bootawa and this neat little series on our way to the Riverfire event at Caffreys Flat. We were towing a trailer today, and found parking a challenge for a few of them, but nothing too bad. We always enjoy this sort of dirt road trail, and this was no different. TFTC stringy.
Top spot of the day, beside the campsite - shocking parking though. We had to overshoot and turn around to park from the other way. Great views....

Now, **that** is a view! We managed to park precariously right off the road, but on the wrong side, and admired the beautiful valley, so peaceful in the afternoon light and surrounded by the mountain peaks. We enjoyed our lunch in the car after I retrieved and logged the cache. Wile only one car passed us, it seemed to have no problems with our odd parking place. Thanks Stringy for bringing us to this beautiful view.
Found with Cckabbabs. What a lovely place! Thanks for bringing us out to a place we wouldn't have ever visited without your caches. TFTC.
Couldn’t find it. There has been some work done around here and it may need to be checked to see if it is still in right place.
TFTC! Decided on a day trip with the heathvg team, a break from the serene peace of the campfire we've become accustomed to over the past week. The geokiddies had a great time.
Another quick find whilst on a country drive with the kids. Great view up here. Thanks. TNLN TFTC

Found it. The container has been broken and the log has spiders on it so I didn't want to pull it out to write on it. Great view though
Hi there stringy. We found your cache "View of the Killawarra" at 10:09:00 AM today,. This cache makes our find count 9955.

We are caching with Di Morgan today, and attempting to log at least one cache every day, so we can add to our streak of "Most Consecutive Days Cached", which we started on New Years Day 2014. Our route today took us to and past some really wonderful & scenic locations.
(Please excuse our boilerplate logs today.)
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Cache needed some maintenance, so we made the repair and restored the cache.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Novelty Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

A early morning run around to find a few of the Bootawa caches. No joy with this one - the grass is well trod down along the fence but the cache was nowhere to be found. Good view though!!
Came by to rescue a TB I recently took to the states but it is gone from container hopefully someone just hasn't logged as I found an intact container perhaps a few logs might be incorrect and didn't actually find!
Saw Mrknexpert and Qazo logs

Found it! but its is not in very good condition..... and by not very good, i mean it seems a tractor has recently slashed the grass and destroyed the container... Much appreciated if it could by fixed! TFTC!
Dropped TB ladybug. Worlds hardest cache to open. Wet inside. Magnificent view. 28th find. TFTC!!!
Magnificent view of the bridge which used to be the highest timber bridge in the southern hemisphere. Need a pen
I managed to park the geomobile at GZ today
But I have also admired this view from the geo-cycle a few years ago
There were blackberries growing here back then and I left with a lot of purple stains on me
Today there was just the view to admire in the glorious sunshine [^]
My architectural eye could not help but be drawn to the sensual curve of that big lump 'o' concrete that takes centre stage in this view
Nice spot.
TFTC
PS: The cache is getting a bit rusty, and letting in water !
Log book is still dry though, but bring a 5 cent piece or screwdriver to open the cache
