We have no hope of getting down this way until next year and the team that was helping with maintenance is no longer playing much so time to open this location up to others.
Thanks to all the finders.

With this many DNF's this cache needs looking at.

Almost missed finding this lookout, as couldn't see it from using the previous beach access. Realised our mistake and moved along to the next track. An easy find here, cache and log good, signed and returned to its home.
Thanks Team Crackers for this placement.

Got to lake tyres for lunch a little early so headed out to find this quick cache! TFTC
After a morning of sandy fun with the Grandkids, we just had to bag this one, fireworks and all, before returning to Bairnsdale.

We parked up at the top of the stairs and then walked down towards Ground Zero where the very helpful clue ensured a nice quick find once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. No whales for us today. Thanks so much for the cache and for having bought us to this lovely viewpoint. Greetings from Zimbabwe
Thanks for the view. Beautiful beach. Log full so I added a small notebook. No need for maintenance
A favourite point from me for the memories attached to it! My mugglehusband doesn't like "finding tupperware containers in bushes" (as he calls it), though today he was feeling lenient as I suggested this one might have a nice view. It sure did, and as suggested we had a cool drink at the Waterwheel. We had such a great day at Lakes for Australia Day! Thank you.
What a glorious day and if I needed an excuse to get out of the house then what is better than "find a cache to fill a gap in my caching calendar". Great views with a few out there on their boards.
Thanks Team Crackers

Nice little walk to get here. Cache was out in the open on the dune so re hid it. Log pretty full now . Otherwise in good condition. Tnln Tftc!
Another beautiful spot. Lots of swappables. Took a few and swapped a few. Thank you
Found on the way back to the car after fishing the beach. Cache didnt have any swaps so filled it up. Nice little look out. TFTC
A quick find on a stunning afternoon. Never knew how lovely Lake Tyers area is. TFTC
Tough one when GPS and mobile data dropped out. The NAME of the cache made it a little easier
We could found the cache verry quickly. Great view!
Thanks for the idea and the hiding. Greetings, Reki

Found it after a search then realised we forgot the pen. Will come back in the next few Sadat’s to write in it
Couldn’t find it, then I referred back to the size and realised I needed to look deeper into the shrubbery so it wasn’t so exposed. First one for my visit to The Lakes. Bitten by plenty of mosquitoes. Lots of itching for my drive back to Melbourne. Cheers, TFTC! Hey
What a great lookout, surprised that there is no signage for it. Thanks for placing a cache here, we wouldn't have found this lookout without it.
My Tom Tom decided I should park up in Camp Street. Must have thought the exercise would be good for me. It was only after I descended the path I found closer parking. However, the extra walk was pleasant and not too hard. (Tom Tom was right .) I brought a book to leave, but the cache is not the advertised regular; it's a small and the book wouldn't fit. Cache and log are good though, and it's a nice place to be brought to. TFTC Team Crackers.
Went for a stroll with my parents to introduce them to geocaching. Strongly advise to do it before eating and drinking at the tavern because you'll get a stitch tftf
The long weekend was here and it was time for fitzy_1965 and I to head down to Vic in the geo-unit for an epic geomission We had a great time camping, cruising around admiring the beautiful scenery and nabbing LOTS of caches! A great weekend of quality caching all round!
We parked up the top but didn't realised there was another unsealed road which was closer to GZ...so that meant going down and back up the hillside steps! lol [:o)] Checked out something else near the structure and woodn't you know it, cache was soon in hand for the signing [^] Interesting twisting shrub!
Thanks for the hide, Team Crackers

14727. Found during a long weekend caching run down through the Bombala / Genoa / Mallacoota / Cann River / Orbost / Lakes Entrance / Bairnsdale regions with specimenX.
A long weekend caching plan was hatched with specimenX to head down to Victoria for 4 days of caching and camping. Had a fantastic time driving around enjoying the scenery, camping at various locations, plus the huge number of caches to be found. Day Three was here, and we packed up again and hit the road. Next find of the day. Another nice quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next cache.
Thanks to all the COs for placing their caches !!

Great hide but took us ages to find.
Terrain was a bit of a challenge we thought.
Lovely views without a doubt.

OOOPPPPSSSS - sorry for this very late log. I've just realised I didn't get around to logging it when I found it. Thanks for this cache Team Crackers - a Lookout I didn't know about - got to love geocaching for taking you to places hidden from the majority of the population
Got it after reading the hint and finding our way to the area.
Very peaceful location with no wind
today.
Thanks for the cache.

micaparamedic kindly replaced the temporary eclipse tin with a 1lt sistema so all is good as new again.
Enjoying a quick visit to Lake Tyers to admire the scenery. This cache is certainly in an area with plenty of it! Well hidden in an obvious place. Made hard work of the search wearing thongs though. Thx for bringing us here.
We thank The Grey Nomads for checking on this cache for us and replacing it with a temporary eclipse tin until we can get there and fix it properly.
Found logbook but container is missing. Replace log book in more obvious location under shelter. Needs container. TFTC
Tftc log was there but no container! We didn't had something to put the log in. Please next one take something with u.
This was a tricky and fun search. Wattle was blooming beautifully here. Amazing view! TFTC
We'd parked down near the pub but then spotted the road to GZ when we saw a car coming down from there. Hrmm, to walk or drive? Such a beautiful day we decided the walk along the road would be the go. Found our way easily to the lookout but could so easily have gone the wrong way!! Wow what a lovely view! We found the cache easily enough after a short search. SL TNLN Thanks Team Crackers.
Today was spent around Lakes Entrance. I totally mucked this one up getting to GZ. Neither my Tom Tom nor GPS map had the road down to near GZ (and I hadn't read the cache page), so I ended up making my way down from the top of the cliff. Once I was almost all the way down, I noticed the road. Oh well, it was a good walk.
I then took the path to the beach over the dune, but must have been watching my GPS as I missed the turnoff to the lookout and kept going over the dune. I then spotted the lookout, so backtracked (again missing the turnoff), and headed to the next track to the beach. Again, no access to the lookout, and it was only on my return to the first track that I found the required path to the lookout. Once there, and the views had been taken in, I then headed to GZ where the cache was quickly located. (At least I got that bit right).
My thanks to Team Crackers for the cache, a bit of an adventure, and some great views.

A short walk to gz for a quick and easy find with a great view, while we were in the area. Yet another place we would never have seen without a cache being placed here. We had considered dinner at the Waterwheel, but being a long weekend the place was well and truly full. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Oh look, another late log by Ms-Enchantress! Who would have thought!
Found in the company of TeamThommo and Nicocoa whilst on an Australia day camping holiday :)

Ooooh a Team Crackers Cache! I was only just talking to them on the phone!
So after waiting a VERY Looooong time we finally had our new Black series 'Dominator' camper. Last week MS-enchantress and her hubby were over and suggested we go camping Australia Day long weekend so thats exactly what we did!
Having survived our first night at Nicocoa's property today we wanted to do some fishing, sight seeing and caching.
This was one of the caches we found along the way with MS-enchantress and Nicocoa.

After a stop at the local cafe we headed around to get this cache. Distracted by the obvious at first.
Took us ages to find how to get to the lookout. We were above it, under it, then managed to find it. TFTC
Bit off the path but a fun find. Left a princess peach i hope someone finds her fun
This is the last cache for our holiday before we head home and what nice spot to finish
Off for a little walk with little miss geobub on our travels from Gold Coast to Melbourne. Stopped here to have lunch and see the beach. Spotted a pelican & an echidna! Grabbed the travel bug. What a beautiful view! TFTC.
