Looks like this one has gone missing again. Disabling until I can put a replacement in place.
Pretty sure I worked out where it was supposed to be, but couldn't find it. Maybe the recent heavy rains got to it.
Grabbing a few caches before heading home and decided on the few along the river.
This was a quick find and first to sign the new log.
A beautiful day along the river.

Another spot I have never been to. Found easily, lid was missing and looked as did previous cachers. Thanks for the cache.
As previously stated, the lid is missing, I looked but didn't have a spare in my kit today. I've replaced the cache as protected as possible from rain but container needs replacing again. Easy find today in a pretty place.

Just went to check the cache and it is definitely missing. Disable until I can get a new one in place
couldnt find it anywhere near the floodpost or the sign please check if still there need help
Cool find but couldn't take off lid unfortunately tried everything no luck just managed to scrape off paint so that'll have to do as my log tftc
Luckily for me I picked this one up just before a group of three muggles entered into view walking their pooch. A nice quick find. I wonder what happens to this cache when it rains a lot?! I've seen this area just a bit damp in the past! TFTC. SL.
This was a breeze to find, easy to extract the log with a TOTT but a challenge to roll back up while hopping from one foot to the other as the mozzies honed in at dusk. This track looks like a great bike ride, pity we didn't have ours today. TFTC grundies.
Caching for the second day in a row with my good caching mate Roostaman, who was still staying nearby, and also with Poynts95. We had no list, just went where we felt like caching, enjoying the day with some great company. Some great caches found and many fav points will be given out. Thanks to all CO's for hiding and mainaining their caches.

Found no trouble but were not able to extract the log. We took a pic to proove the find, if needed. TFTC.

# 6225 Found on our 2013 winter escape trip to Qld.
Met up with Blacklegend and Poynts95 once again and had more fun finding caches.
Not many muggles around here today and another quick find logged and off again.
Another day of the 31 day challenge completed as well.
Thanks for the cache grundies,
Roostaman.

Such a beautiful day to be out and about. I had to dodge the large group of muggles and subtly retrieve the 2 caches. Sat on the grass, and signed the log. TFTC!
Noticing that this had been replaced I thought to come by and at least get some of the August souvenirs. I picked it up went over near the river and couldn't open it. It didn't seem new to me as it was a bit rusty. I thought that I would need to take it home and use a pair of pliers to open it. I went on towards Bert's Swift Trick. Managed to retrieve this one so sat on a bench to try again to open the rusty container. I got it open only to find a full log. This was extra puzzling as it was supposed to be a replacement. I wrote of the top of a very old log that had been smudged out due to water damage. Went to put the cache back and found the other new container. So grundies there are actually two caches there now. TFTdoubleC
Parked up on the main road and wandered down the path to GZ. I spotted the cache but had to buy my time as some muggles appeared out of now where. Once they were out of sight it was down to business. Sat by the water to add my name to a nice new log.
Thanks grundies great spot and some history to boot.

Looks like this was washed away. Disabling till I can replace container. Appolgies to those who left notes for me, SPAM filter snaffled them away and I've only just seen them. Thanks, Grundies
I would love to say that I found this but having seen it under flood waters not long ago I doubt that anything could have stayed stuck and I couldn't find anything. It could be there but ............
Visiting from Newcastle, staying with my brother in Nerang, needs new log, TFTC grundies!!
Thanks for the little bit of history here, I drive past this all the time and didn't realize that it was an old road crossing. Managed to grab this one and sat by the water to log it in between Dogs taking their owners for a walk. The log sheet is full. a lovely spot by the creek!
Spent a good park of day caching while heading for the Hinze dam with dimorgan.
Amazing the amount of hidden places and parks in this area.
Good clue

Couldnt find it. Looked near the flood measuring pole. Is it still there?? Soooo Hard. Please give me a few clues
Looked like a school kid wagging because when i came down the hill he looked at me and couldn't get away fast enough, only to make his way to what he thought was a hidden location on the other side of the river. Not clever enough for the old hag

Interesting pics of GZ in the 1800's! Noo82 and I stopped here on our way to another series of caches up the road. We had to use some stealth as there was a bunch of school kids on a field trip. TFTC.

# 476 Todays Caching was completely focused on collecting the two XoE caches down this way. I down loaded the pod casts and collected the required info but was concerned that they were gone due to the lack of finds over recent time. Contacted Herbz who confirmed my co-ords and assured me that they would still be there. I did the Upper Coomera Road ones the other night, so started with this side on my way down.
A quick and easy find on a dark night with no muggles about. Sat and watched a little fireworks display by the locals. Police appeared very quickly and a bit of yelling followed so I decided to move on.

A pleasant walk down to the river, interesting to see lots of dogs in the area running around the signs that ruled "dogs must be on a leash"! A nice easy find. TFTC
I enjoyed a short stroll across the crossing this morning
There were limited cache hiding locations, so it was a quick find [^]

This one is not as weird as we expected, only weird thing is probably parking the car in the area. Nice and easy find, TFTC grundies.

It's pretty cool that this old crossing has been left in situ as a walkway. Whint and Baddal and I parked at the school where kids were arriving to head off on school camp and we walked down to GZ. I soon spotted the cache but decided to leave it for the others to discover. I headed off the track into the gravel and partook in a favourite of mine - skipping rocks. There were so many good ones and managed to get a few almost to the other side. I was soon joined and when my hand started hurting we headed off for the next find. TFTC grundies, normally wouldn't have known about this spot
Found whilst out on a very big day with Captain Terror and geokids... the 'kids' had lots of fun skipping stones on the little creek... I had to indulge them for a little bit before moving them on for our next find
this one was nice and easy... lots of muggles around so had to grab the little fellow in between them walking their dogs or going for strolls on their Sunday afternoons Snuck it back... dragged the kids away from their toys... on to the next
thanks grundies

After get a taste of caching yesterday I made a note of what was close by to my house and could not help myself while walking the dog. Was after sunset, used the iPhone app and flashlight for the find. Took a mate and now he's keen for more.

Headed down South today for Geo Mum to go to an appointment, now she had rejoined us so we headed here first to try and find a few more before we headed home.
This was a bit tricky to find a parking spot near it but we decided to park where others obviously had parked.
So Geo Girls, Geo Mum and I (Geo Dad) walked the short distance to GZ.
GPS locked in straight away and I had the prize in hand in less than a minute (after the muggle walker had passed).
Thanks grundies TFTC SL

This one was an education in caches for our family. 20 minutes spent thrashing through the grass only to realise it wasn't there. Upon rethinking the clues as almost literal, we found it. I did not know they could be that small. Didn't sign the log, had no pen.
I'm just slowly making my way south for a week-end out on the bike. The second day on the bike for me down the coast.
It is approaching the end of 2 big days out on the bike and getting late in the day.
A quick find with no one around.

Last cache of the day and no. 25. Parked nearby and walked down to gz to find two people practicing their slingshot techniques.
Soon had the cache in hand.

The water level was nice and low today so I was able to cross over the low way and find the cache. I hope nobody used to try and ride their horse and cart through when the water was high! Thanks for the cache.
Very clever. Plenty of muggles but it is fairly easy to be stealthy with a herd of kids 'playing'and running around the area. Once spotted we picked out moment to grab it and put it back. Definitely 'micro'!
Found quite easy not a bad hindy spot. Not sure if it was going to be there with all the big wet we had back in December, but safe and sound.

Out caching with Mischievous Maverick today - the other halfs are back home shopping and doing other boring stuff. Muggle was playing with her puppy really close to GZ so we were going to walk away. Thankfully she was quite distracted by the dog so we were able to retrieve the cache safely. TFTH
On a weekend Geocaching with MrsGreenGeckos on the Gold Coast - and having left the spouses to their own devices - we found this one no hassle.
We pondered what would happen when the item on which this cache is located is being used for it's rightful purpose, though.

Beaut park land to take Geo pup for a walk along, with a cache at the end. Plenty of friendly pooches being walked. Only room for one more entry on the log.TFTC.

Classic had everything. muggles, dogs (a dozen) and 500mm of flood water complete with slimy bottom. lost pen in overbalance sliding to GZ which was very meaningful today. 200th cache.

I parked in the school car park and walked back.
I was a bit worried as I approached the area as there were muggles fishing from the bridge and other muggles trying to capture their hound.
I picked out the spot to search as the hound was being dragged away. The fisherpersons were far enough away that I could retrieve the cache easily and I walked some distance away to sign the log.
Before I could return to replace it one of the muggles had decided to change the hunting area and was now only 10 metres from the location.
However, I discreetly lent on the right spot so that I could put the cache back without any interest from anyone. A quick point of the GPS to "take a photo of the scene" and then I was away.

It was raining heavily just still a lot of fun. A great clue and my dads fake muggle sister found it and our smallest cache so far.
Pleasant walk to GZ early on a Sunday. Plenty of other walkers around but Pagan quickly spotted the cache. Thanks Grundies
