Checked today for my friend, and couldn't find it in its usual spot. It was an easy find before, but it seems to be missing now.
This was a pretty easy find, but I see it has been archived. Certainly there on Sunday afternoon. I'm happy if the owner wanted to contact me about where i found it
Came by here to show my flatmates a cache, as I've found this one before - no luck today though. Hope it's still there somewhere, it's been a few years since my last visit.
Went to the cache as my flatmates found it easily. Searched high and low for it but nothing... Text my flat mate for a clue but everything he told me didn't help so i am thinking it may be missing now.
Found it together with Team Autoværn on our New Zealand tour back in 2013.

This one defeated us today, even with my able assisant, AutumnDragonfly. We will return another day.
A quick stop on the drive across town to meet a friend. Nice and quiet here on Waitangi day and easily found. TFTC
Finally found it - well sorta.... Decided a time before all the students came back would be the time to try for this one and as I was in the neighborhood - well within 5 km decided to give it a go. Under over around - must be here somewhere as been found twice this week. Try under again, behind in front..... hummmph. Not giving up. PAF or two. Confirmed looking in the right general area. Then one of the friends I phoned turned up. Had been with a group and hadn't actually found it herself or seen exactly where it had come from but still managed to find it in under 5mins when I had been looking for 40! Had felt it but not realised that it wasn't structure I was feeling as nice snug hide. Going to claim the 'find' anyway - but might go looking for a 2nd cache today to feel I can claim another day in my 146 day streak.
I and JBG63 took these caches on our holiday to Australia and New Zealand. We went from home on the 5th of January and came back home on the 30th of January. First we stayed in Sydney for four nights and then we went to New Zealand, Auckland. We hired a car and drove up north to Whangarei and around. Then we drove back to Auckland and down to Waitomo caves, Rotorua and in Wellington we left our car. Instead we met a friend from work who was there as a guide with his Swedish group. We followed them in their bus from Wellington and down thru the west coast of the south island. In Queenstown we stayed for two nights and then we followed with the bus to a boat trip in Milford Sound. When we came to Dunedin we hired a car again and drove up to Christchurch from where we took a plane home thru Sydney, Singapore and London. We have had a wonderful trip and seen lots of new beautiful places and met lots of nice people. Thanks for all these new places and caches.
Took this cache on our holiday in New Zeeland. Took it with iza. Greetings from SWEDEN. Tftc.
Left very frustrated as I normally enjoy these types of caches. I will be back another day.
Very disappointed not to find this one! We searched all the likely places but just couldn't find it.

I can't believe it has taken me 75 mins in the last year to find this... I swore I had looked everywhere at least twice...
Stopped by just before 7am to try this one. GZ was nice and clear and I'm glad I picked this time. This would be problematic during the day at the moment. It looks like the spot where the tradies have their smokes. Students will be gone for the holidays. It took me a wee while to locate the cache. Stashed in a nice wee spot. Signed log and have kept my streak going, day 78 now. Thanks for placing this cache in the ol' Polly.

Found, after a bit of searching...was probably good that it was 6.00am...this corner must 'buzz' during the day, what with it being a smokers area and all that. TN:LN:SL. TFTC. #168 for us.
Reperio at 1850.
This was one of many caches found today with Roostaman on day 7 of our New Zealand mega caching holiday, after completing Thompsons Track series, we continued on our way into Christchurch to find a few more. We must have picked a good time to be here as there were no muggles about. After a short search...we soon had the cache in hand.

Find # 4759 and a total of 113 today with Marcus Vitruvius, on our NZ Mega trip.
Another day of Mega caching after arriving back in Christchurch for a few more days.
Another nice cache and hide and then on the way again.

Day one of the trek south to the NZ Mega, our eighth cache of the trip.
We spent the first night in Christchurch, it was my first time here. Great to see the city bouncing back from adversity. My thanks to Troodles for the cache.

In Christchurch today to explore this beautiful city on my way to the NZ Mega in Dunedin... My heart goes out to all those affected by the earthquake...
The weather was great here today. Warm in the car & a cool breeze outside...
Grabbed this cache whilst travelling & taking photos around this city...

An easy find on our first night in Christchurch with the Earthbounds. Forgot the torch but still found quickly. TFTC
Found in the company of the Walenators on our first day of caching on the South Island before heading to Dunedin for the Mega. TFTC
Have been looking forward to checking this site out. Not to many muggles around however the offices do have mirrored glass...haha the things we must look like. Thanks for helping me around the city!
First Christchurch find thanks to the now welly based Troodles who we puzzled over for sometime recently! Introduced Ginni to the lifestyle. TFTC
Taking a walk round the red zone on our visit to Christchurch. So sad to see the almost total destruction.
Easy cache find.
Thank you. David and Noeline.

Picked this one up tonight after a quick bite at a nearby BK. Hadn't been to this spot before, I really liked the sculpture nearby. Found this cache with no real trouble, although GPS had me a good 8-10m away from GZ. First of a short night run with S-L-P.
Ended up first in a rose bush, then clicked, I'm in the wrong place. Then found it. Was strolling around the CBD, well what's left of it. TFTC
I enjoyed finding this cache with some Scouts, while out on a walk. Several new converts, I think!
Knew where it was from other wanderings but normally lotsa muggles so left- today no-one around so quick pickup and off to the next.
Found this while out on a training bike ride approx 7:25am, a few muggles out they were not taking any notice of me. I used to be a regular visiter here many years ago studying, it was nice to sit on a seat write up the log opposed to rushing from class to work and back again. TFTC.
Passed this on my way to my lodgings in Canterbury and was thinking that surely there must be a cache here but carried on as I had my bag with me and needed to go check in at my accommodation. Once settled in I needed to head in this direction anyway. However no luck with the cache, I first started with the obvious, nothing there and some results of vandalism around, but I suspected I might be looking for someone else and the previous log confirmed it. However nothing where I thought it would be, and one option I tried turned out to be a genuine feature and not the cache at all!
The coords pointed somewhere else and that seemed "reasonable" regarding the hint, but I did not find it . Some disappointment came, 5km walking for nothing [?] But a bit more searching in the close surroundings revealed the cache quickly. Was a quite lonely place there tonight. TFTC, Wei
Found whilst walking the perimeter of the red zone. Truely amazed at the damage caused.
Thank for setting this cache up.

found in today's the day's search cache. Everything I went through on foot, in the city and in nature, and thank you for the interesting places in New Zealand. Greeting from the Czech Republic
Thought today would be a nice quiet muggle free day to find this one. It was nice weather and quiet (as it has been for a while here) ... but a muggle was firmly fixed near GZ. Fortunately he had chosen the other set of seats to site in, and I was just out of sight. A quick find and off home. Last of 4 today - first one this morning on my bike, and the other 3 while getting daughter to todays work location with the PopUp Picnics.
First find of the year after a bit of a tour of the shaken city. Campus as like most of the CBD was very quiet and empty...Thanks for this one.
A quick find on a stop to have a look at some of the damage in the area this evening while visiting Christchurch. Signed log, TFTC!
Hard to believe that this is the centre of Christchurch, so quiet and no one around.
Thanks

Liebe Cachebesitzerin, lieber Cachebesitzer!

A quick find as we travelled across the city. Still sad to see so much earthquake destruction. TFTC
Found with a fellow cacher and two muggles as part of a staff event. One of the newcomers lay her hands on the cache first. TFTC
We had a short stay at Christchurch. The destruction of the city which is still ubiquitous astonished us. How sad a fate!
Day one of our round-trip holiday on the south island we spend in the city of Christchurch. Our first impression was the significant amount of damage that the horrible February earthquake caused to the city. The whole central part is still locked of and one can see damaged and collapsed buildings everywhere...what a pity. Nevertheless, the city did not lose its charm and is still a nice place to dwell.
When we were about 40 meters away from the cache and we say the hint, we thought that this will a really tough one, since we had the sculpture in plain way. However, coming closer, it was obvious that the hiding place was not really that complicated. After a short search, we were successful.
Thanks for the cache

Wow, I would not have expected it to be this bad here still. Afterall, the big shake occurred in February, didn't it? It took Tasaio und me quite some time to detour around the city centre. Quite a pity as some glimpses gave away the nice places hidden there.
This cache gave us another perspective of the current state of the city...
Thanks to the hint it was very easy for us to locate the box. Also there were not many muggles around, so no danger from this side. Once completed, we marvelled a bit more at the traces of the quake and went on.
Thanks for the hide here, greetings from Germany

#549: Polly Found a Cache.
I was over on this side of town visiting a great electronics parts shop on Essex Street. I've been past the nearby sculpture a couple of times, and always wondered what it was. Very impressive to watch them cleaning it today. Cache is a fun hunt, as the coords are a bit off, but nothing to worry about. No muggles about at this time in the morning. Saw some of the places being demolished or repaired just up the road. Very heavy feeling.

Riding past and stopped to look for this. Nice to sit in the sun and fill in the log. TFTC
In town for a spot of disaster tourism so thought we would do some caches also. The devastation is certainly worse than it looks on TV. Nice quick easy cache. TFTC.
Drove around in circles it seemed until I found the right route and a park. No muggles around to disturb the find and log. TFTC.
