Quick find on our tour of the national park. Morning tea here. Thanks for the cache. Cache container has a hole in it. I have placed it into a Ziplock bag as the only thing I had. TFTC
Exploring the National Park today. Lots of informative signs ad we tour around. Cache was a quick park and grab. All in good order. Tftc
We came in here to see if there were any wildflowers remaining there are a few. Had a great walk and views. My partner found this cache. Thanks for the hide.
Enjoying our drive around the park. Stopped here to look for flowers and birds, and of course the cache!
A beautiful spot to see wildflowers here. We enjoyed the drive and stopped here for the walk.
Apologies - this is a late IGD23 log! I thought the list of caches I found over that weekend were lost forever... but was recently discovered in one of my camping boxes. Why oh why did I put it in there!? ?? This afternoon I took a drive out to pick up the Monopoly series and was keen to check out Mt Lesueur along the way. Wish I had more time to spend here - I will be back. Pleased to pick up these caches on the loop road though. All quiet here today, made a meal of getting to GZ after parking but a quick find once there! TFTC
Day 2 of IGD, clearing up some more of these new caches. No trouble here. Wish I had some more time to check out the area a little more. TFTC ??
Second day at Jurien Bay for IGD. Stopping to get a few of the surrounding caches. Nice and easy find here. Thanks for the cache!
Out n about with m4yb grabbing a few caches.
Not sure why we never claimed this one, but today was its lucky day.
Thanks for the hide & mackerals

Found with 365SA, Geotrakka, Neva2old and Geodog M on my birthday adventures. TFTC guys ️
MR OOH YEH decided to head to jurien bay a couple of days early to go fishing and with time to kill before checking in to his accommodation he went out picking up caches. The weather wasnt the best but the roads were good as he had the jetski on the back of the car so he had no problems doing all the caches. TFTC
A late afternoon drive around the scenic look. We will be back!
mackerals, I found Cockleshell Gully today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

We finished our day in the national park here at this gully. The cache has some special wispy webbing to guard so no one would take it. Sign and returned it to its home. TFTC
Find 3 of 14 with 1 DNF. Mr O wanted to walk the Yonga Trail before it got too hot and this was the only weekend we could come and overnight in Jurien Bay for an early start. Mrs O's knees didn't fancy the full loop and opted to make Mr Lesueur her far point.
Wasn't planning on getting this one but the one way system through the park kind of made its mind up for me.
TFTC Mackerals.

A quick stop on our way back out of the park, mildandcob made the find, she seems to have a natural talent for finding caches! Lexiloooo kept us laughing. Thanks for the cache Mackerals

Thanks mackerals for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
Next time we come back we’ll make sure we get here early with the right footwear thank you for the cache and bringing us to this location
After completing the cycle track caches geo-hubby and Mr ILT set off the grab the caches in Mt Lesueur NP. Track led us straight there. Thanks Mackerals
Have replaced cache with another new clip lock container with pen, logbook and swaps.
Stopped for lunch here. Cache lid broken, needs maintenance. Thanks for the cache.
Found it easily on my way back. Unfortunately the box is broken, especially the lid.
Next one may take a new box to keep the cache alive.
Thank you. TFTC

Sorry got carried away with car troubles on this trip and the awesome walk. I forgot to log 24/4/19. Thanks
On our way home from the Murchison so we cached out another area, happy to say we came up trumps and drove away with a smilie after exploring this amazing area TFTC
Found it TFTC
There is a 7km hike at this picknick area, a shame it isn't mentioned on the park brochure, it's too late for it now

Pretty spot for a shady bush picnic. This place is a little bit out of the way, but a nice drive. Easy cache to find once you get here.
We are currently in Western Australia visiting our granddaughters and decided to take them camping in Cervantes for a few days. While we were there, we visited a few places and found a few caches.
Thank you mackerals for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Nice and easy cache along the scenic drive through Lesueur National Park. Saw a spider orchid next to 1m from car park.
Lots of ants at GZ. Going home quickly as the rain can come down any time again. TFtC!
Driving back from Stockyard Caves and Mt Lesueur, we did a quick stop here to look for the cache. TFTC!
Quick found by geokid Alice, after our lunch on the picnic tables and after the trails in the park.
Thanks for putting a cache here!

on a fishing trip with the crumps but the weather stopped the boats being launched so we decided to spend a day caching with our friends. TFTC
Staying in Leeman with the Copwots on a 3 day fishing trip. Unfortunately the weather keeped us on land today so we filled in the time getting a few caches.

Second day in Jurien Bay, early in the morning we took a swim in Jurien bay. After the swim we drove to Green Head and the surroundings. We walked the glacier like dunes, and the great views on the coastline. In the late afternoon we also drove trough the NP of Lesueur! We ended at the cemetary of Jurien Bay, of course not for getting buried, but for logging my first multicache in Australia! It was another great day again! Tomorow we'll drive to Kallbari! Fasten your seatbelts!
Excellent location, easy find lots of goodies. Left a pink flower with shaxznpete TFTC
Quick find. No log, but placed a temporary one.
Nicely hidden and enjoyable area to explore afterwards.
Thanks Mackerals.

Have replaced with a new fully stocked container and moved to new spot closer to the road as the bush has got so thick.

Stopped at this cache whilst on a roadtrip with Eliktrisiti. We didn't find as many caches in the Geraldton area as we had hoped for, and after being home for a week or so, I have decided that the motto I would adopt for these logs would be this: It isn't the destination that is important, it is the journey!
In a nutshell, we had fun and that is what it is all about. Great company, lots of interesting locations, good variety of caches, even got to meet one of the local geocachers while out and about, and of course, we came home with a whole swag of smileys.
This cache was found on the homeward journey. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Mackerals.

Whew! Prickles! Found it finally! Didn't believe GPS at first.

Found after crossing to the other side and back again, then bashing thru prickly plants. You do not need to go over the bridge the cache us on the same side as the car park tftc
Thank you! I headed up to Cervantes for the weekend, for some sightseeing and a cache or two.
Today was for national parks and caches, and I was looking forward to visiting Lesueur National Park. So far Lesueur NP had exceeded expectations, and I enjoyed the drive to this picnic spot. There seemed to be a track on the other side of the river, but the bridge was roped off. So after a bite to eat I bush bashed through the prickly plants to find the cache, before all the other travellers settled in for lunch.

Hi there mackerals.
We found your cache **"Cockleshell Gully"** at 1:49:00 PM today, so this makes our find count 14536.
We are camping in Jurian Bay for a few days, on our way south from Geraldton to Perth.
Today the plan was to visit Lesueur National Park to photograph the huge variety of wildflowers, and of course to find the geocaches here.. - It was a very interesting day, the scenery was wonderful and our final tally was 3 finds and 0 DNF's.
###Thanks for not placing an eclipse tin or a 200ml Sistema here. Once upon a time caches seemed to be "regular" sized, and well stocked with goodies for kids to swap. Nowadays it seems like every other cache is small and devoid anything to induce children to enjoy the hunt. It made us feel really good to find this cache in a "special" place.###
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where our GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

The track from the car park is closed off at the moment due to work being done - looks like they are replacing a bridge over the gully. Anyway, we could not get close enough to have a good look so had to give up on this one.
I was enjoying a tour of the NP this morning
And after some exercise climbing Mt Lesueur,
headed here for some relaxation
But not before finding this cache too !!
OUCH !! OUCH !! OUCH !! [:o]
Even in long pants, this cache was a pain to get too
Is there a plant that grows in this heath that is not prickly ??
Probably the sundews, they are just sticky ...
... but that must be the only plant [:o)]

Abandoned geokid 5 about halfway there after she got scratched up. Ended up bleeding and with a big splinter in my thumb. Great swaps! Thanks for the adventure and the cache!!
blumen-wiese and I found this cache on the second day of our amazing road trip from Perth up to Broome. Unfortunately the wildflower season was more or less over, but it was a very nice place nonetheless. If only I had worn long trousers, I wouldn't have gotten scratched up like I did. Thanks for the cache and greetings from Austria!
On our roadtrip from Perth to Broom Oztriaco and I came along this cache. The nationalpark was vey nice. We spotted some of the wildflowers. TFTC!
Went and checked out cache, was still damp inside even though lid seals ok. Must have been left off at some time. Have replaced whole container for another one fully stocked plus new book anyway.
Came out to the National Park this morning. We had a great time walking around. Picked up a couple of caches including this one. I got completely scratched up but couldn't find a better way in or out. Tftc.
Thanks for the hide. I walked in the scratchy way from the road. Then out the easy way along the creek bed. Beautiful little spot in the trees lots of grey nomads enjoying a picnic on the tables. The cache is wet tried to dry it out but the log is still damp. Container looks like it's watertight through. The tree off to the side is hollow on the far side although harder to get to this might be more protected.
Bit prickly but the flowers were worth it. Cache was wet but log dry.

I am sure we have looked for this one before without success, not so this time as it was an easy find when approached from the road. Container was half full of water so tipped it out and used half of the fallen one as a roof. TFTC
