Cache appears to be missing. There are several 'Found it' logs that actually say they DIDN'T find it, three outstanding maintenance requests from up to a year ago, and a CO who hasn't been active in nearly two years. Time to put this away.
TFTC... But... It's definitely not there. The pic shows the fixture for CO so if you don't want to see it, don't look!

This one drove me a little nutty. Not sure cache is still there looks like it's bolted
didn't find it but did find were it used to be. seems to have been removed
looked like a good spot

I was passing through, and have previously found this. Cache definitely missing, fixing still in place.
Think we found location but no cache. Have emailed owner. Would have been an awesome cache it is where we thought it would be
Quick find by Mum after junior cacher wandered back and forward several times. "look mum, the gps says 0.00m it should right here" he says as the cache is hiding in plain view 40cm away from his nose...
Laughing when I found it after walking past it a few times trying to get the GPS to work... now it sticks out like a saw thumb

Easy find. Potentially part of it has disappeared. See maintenance post. Went to the right from the park at the top to avoid boggy ground.
Reasonably quick find in a lovely area. Nice to be able to go caching again after all that terrible weather! Tftc.
I can't believe that after making sure I allowed myself plenty of time to do this one in view of the difficulty level and previous logs I had it in hand in less than five minutes! - at least I was able to use that time instead to have several goes at what should have been an easier cache at the Aotea Lagoon, though I still didn't find that one!
Cache was only slightly damp but may get worse with winter coming on unless the lid is replaced.
I though about having lunch at the spot referred to in the cache description but decided that if the geese took a liking to my food things might get difficult so I decided to return to Aotea Lagoon which turned out to be a good decision as the coffee cart turned up, definitely something I would not have had available at the present location!

One of many finds during a weekend cache raid of the area. We enjoyed great weather, fun caches and we managed to fill a few boxes on some challenges we are working towards. What a great place this is for the local dog owners. We expected to be here a while but ROS' well trained geoeye soon spotted something out of place TFTC.
Found it. A good spot, the clues were good and it took us about 15mins of searching.
#1654 Made a wee detour on the way home from work today to pick up a couple of caches. A stunning afternoon to explore a couple of new spots. Didn't take long to find the cache this afternoon- I had the company of quite a few ducks hopeful for some food. As other logs have mentioned, the cache is missing a lid- would be nice to see this one fixed and hidden as intended again. Great spot. TFTC!
#527. Parked in Cassley Cres and walked down to the GZ. Nice park, my first visit. Nothing stood out at first so I wandered around up and down slopes looking for something unusual. My eye just couldn't see anything. I had a preconceived idea of what it might be but alas I was wrong! So I checked the terrain rating again and focused more on areas that matched that. Suddenly I saw something unusual right in front of me - yes got ya. Signed the log and poked a bit of camo into the container entrance to help cover it slightly as without any cap its quite obvious if you look in exactly the right spot. TFTC
found quickly but it may need some attn it had no lid. I looked around but couldn't find it. so is exposed to the weather. also needs screwing down again is hard to do up spins.
I loved the location and the feeling of being away from the world. The creative cache was a bonus. It didn't take too long but it was not what I expected. Very cool cache. I found a blank space between previous logs to sign.
p.s. It looks like it should have a top on it. I replaced it how I found it but it must get wet when it rains.

Went back to this cache again today after finding it a while ago to show family. Was a bit broken though... we repaired it the best we could but may need a bit of fixing and a new log book!
A clever little hide in a very peaceful place. The very humid and misty conditions suited the environment so well today. The logbook is totally full and there is no more room left in it. TFTC
Such a cool cach to introduce the purple palace boys to geo caching! Eventually had to point it out but they ever all amazed that this was gojng on practically on their doorstep! TFTC
Tried this earlier in the year but didnt wind up in the same spot. Easyish find with Selesi today. TFTC
Found quite quickly by UlmusLynx. We have been here before but approached from a different angle Makes all the difference. TFTC
There are approximately 100 Geocaches that I have found over the last month or so and have not found time to log, so I do honestly and sincerely appologize for the lack of originality in my log for this cache, as it will be the same as several others, I am just trying to keep my page up-to-date with my real-time caches (I'm logging my caches on the date-of-find, nonetheless), and since it was found so long ago I don't remember it clearly enough to write anything specific about it. [Log written on the 13/12]. Thanks very muchly for the cache!
Tricky find but spotted something a bit not right. Took a while to extract but got there in the end. All in perfect condition. TFTC.
Popped back today as a few people have logged a find since us logging a "Needs Maintenance" on our last visit. Beautiful day today with summer officially only a couple of days away. A few muggles about but all quiet at GZ and managed to get it open this time to sign the log. TFTC
Out on my mum and sisters first geocaching experience tonight and it did not disappoint! After a lengthy 10 minute search we were thinking we may not find it, but luckily mum spotted it! Very clever hiding spot! TFTC
With the large amount favorite points and after finding Lefty's Handiwork (Paremata), We knew we had to think outside the box. Doing so, found the cache within 5 minutes of looking.
Another really great one. TFTC!

Without giving too much away..... The female section of the "hinted item" appears to be spinning in its receptacle. Although we didn't try too hard (at risk of worsening the damage), this unfortunately meant we couldn't open the cache to sign the log. Have placed on our watch list and will be down to sign it as soon as repairs have been made. Very very cool BTW
wow what a awesome hide! thanks!

Great hide, very clever introduced a new recruit to caching, even better it was my sister. Lovely park, lagoon and peaceful spot. TFTC from Australia.
My 1st Geocach along with my sister and brother inlaw who both introduced Geocaching to me. Very excited with the find
Brilliant! Another Lefty NZ instant FP. Thank you for bringing me to another beautiful little spot I didn't know about. Edited as I forgot to note this counts towards my DGSC challenge.
Spotted by Hubby Hamnz - his second great find of the day! Quite thrilling, as we had been plotting a similar idea. This one was perfectly executed.
Got a bit of a fright when arriving at the lake as all the ducks took off and headed straight for me on the field. It seems that because the weather was crappy today they were feeling unloved and hungry
No food with me so on to the cache.
Beautifully crafted! Gets my "best camo" award for the weekend!
Many thanks

A real hidden gem of a location. Looked around here for a bit before spotting something that just HAD to be the cache, and it was! Another great hide, LeftyNZ! Gets a favourite point from me.
Last cache of the day. Out for the evening with NZRULES9 and decided to have a look at a few of the favourites in the area. We're a bit confused to begin with, but soon got our minds on the right track. The cache was very well thought out. Thanks for an ingenious hide.
Lovely spot and very quiet today. Yes I stood right in front of the cache without seeing it but the wife was not so easily fooled. Great construction a perfect fit
Who knew there was a lagoon here, well not us. GPS had trouble with reception but we knew we were close, then standing there looking through the trees at a Mummy duck and her babies when i thought hmm that doesn't look right and wah lah i had cache in hand. TFTC is was very awesome, the kids were very impressed.
Sunday stroll after parental taxi service complete. Phone was having trouble fixing, so the Dakota won the day. So much bird life!

Had a good idea what the cache would look like, and a very quick find ensued at GZ. No muggles this morning in the rain, and very glad we were wearing gumboots given the underfoot conditions. TFTC !
Found with Zatz, well Zatz found it and asked me to help to get the log out ...
I didn't get the clue and Zatz had to explain! [B)]
tftc & Greetings from Luxembourg!

When I was looking for caches on our way from Wanganui to Wellington, this one seemed very interesting...and so was it! [^] A nice little walk down to the lagoon and a welldone camo although cacher's eyes find it quickly Gets a favorite point from me! TFTC!
Find #141 for the BAMMJams - we came looking for this one earlier in the year, but had no luck. However, managed to locate it this time, and were all mighty impressed with the hide! This one's getting our very first 'favourite'!
TFTC - signed the log and replaced cache as found.

Found after a hard day's caching the nearby Kiwi Geotrail with Kjwx. This cache stood out today for two reasons. First, it's a lovely hidden spot that I would never have discovered, so thank you for bringing me here. Second, as I've come to expect from LeftyNZ, it is a brilliant hide. Well thought out, and very well executed. Colour me impressed. TFTC
A clever hide. Stood at GZ and wondered what looked different and got lucky. TFTC
Another extremely cool cache-hide for this weekend. Very well done, but quickly spotted.

A spot of Saturday caching on a not so flash day.
Enjoyed discovering this spot. Clever cache, a standout sort of moment really.
Cache in order; signed the log, safely re-hidden.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

What a cool cache. Had some help from Just-Lookin on this one and also did with Laura&CaptainUnderpants. CaptainUnderpants retrieved and I returned the cache TFTC
Saw a nice Tui singing away. Great hide, well done. TFTC

Was curious to see what the cache looked like on this one. GPS took me straight to it. Had read over the previous logs, stood still for a while and there it was! What a cool cache. Have never seen anything like this before. Thanks LeftyNZ, this now replaces my other top favourite [Handiwork Paremata], which is also by LeftNZ. TFTC
Went down the wrong path, but that was soon righted (literally!) Clever hide, gets a favourite point from me TFTC
AMAZING hide! Thought it was cool as. Went caching with Redants and Banian, Thank you for the great day!

Another spot I didn't know about, with redants & crawley kid - spotted the cache just a redants was going towards it. Great hide, as a bonus one of the water lilies was in flower.
Took a few minutes before finding it. With becab on this intrepid expedition. Yes, a very nifty hide. TFTC.
Each time I come to Wellington I track down one of your caches. Love them. Thanks for the effort in making such interesting caches. Took my sister, sceptical about geocaching, to the Hidden Lagoon just so she could see what Geocaching can involve.
A very clever wee hide. Well constructed and worth a FAV for bringing me to this spot. TFTC
I was head-down waiting for the GPS to stabilise. Meanwhile MrsP walked right up and grabbed the cache.
Great spot, beautiful sunny day. Wish I had the time to just sit and enjoy. Very clever cache. Thanks
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
Last day of our weekend visiting family in Wellington region and we decided to spend the morning looking for ones around the Porirua area.
Found with 2kiwis.com, quickly spotted the cache and soon had it in our hands, a favourite for the hide.

Nice day for a walk and a few caches to be found, or at least attempted.
I knew about this lagoon as have been to this park before, the hide however was very clever.
GPSR had me right on the GZ, then it was a case of looking for anything that doesn't liik quite right, wonder if it might be, aha !

Cache # 553 - and another brilliant cache by LeftyNZ. Wonderful! And a terrific spot I never knew existed. Thanks to the previous cacher who put another log sheet in it, as the original log is full. TNLNSL. TFTC!
Excellent - thought about it for a mo after reading the hint, and there it was right in front of me!
