This was a pleasant little walk in an earlier that I have gotten to know this year, and quite like. It was not raining much, and the rain meant that no one else was around. The cache has water in it and the log is dripping wet. I wrote in it as best I could, but it needs replacing. Thanks for the cache to bring me back here, Mr Macca
Found with briony333 tftc also large not small could not sigh log too damages need new log
Found the geocache Logbook was wet, however I still managed to sign it. TFTC
Log book is saturated, too much tokens in the cache. Needs emptying and new log. Great find though!
Nice walk, but the rocks can be a bit slippery.
Log was wet, but great to find and kids trades inside. They loved it.
Thanks. ️Team Begerah

Phew, was expecting 3.5 terrain to be very gruelling, but wasn't as bad as anticipated.
Found the cache almost immediately once on site. Container was holding quite a bit of water - I tried to dry out the container as much as possible. Looks like there was a previous log in there that had been ruined.
TFTC!

Another different hill to explore with the GeoPup before it gets too warm. A straightforward find at GZ, thanks.
Nice to go hunting for a bush cache on a slightly cooler day...hopefuly the danger noodles stay in their holes! Even got a littl glimpse of a mini waterfall courtesy of the recent rain! TFTC!
Out walking the Jerrabomberra pathways with Curloo. Took a detour into the bush. Nice location. Thanks for the hide.
Didn't take as long as I thought. A quick dash from the car and the cache was found.
Thanks,
Thanks,
Tftc. Quick find after a scramble up the hill. Parked in nearby Bottlebrush street and headed up.

After cacthing up on some chores I spent the rest of the afternoon caching, particularly ones I wanted to do over Easter around Jerrabomberra. Cache soon found on a pleasant walk. TFTC.

Another long great day out with woolwood9 hunting containers.

*Big thank you to the cache owners who made our trip fun!*
Very sorry we hadn't read the logs before coming here - log wet. These containers always seem to leak. Fun walk to cache for us today.

After a short search, the cache was in hand.
But the log book is soaked and needs replacement.

Needs Maintenance very badly! Log is virtually unsignable, the whole notepad is as wet as if it was to be sitting in water for 10 minutes.
Will need to be replaced!
Will need to be replaced!
Not too sure why this doesn't have a needs maintenance log, it is completely ruined as stated by previous finders. Also crazy how this was unfound for over a year...? That blows my mind, it was only about a 5 minute walk if that! I think Jerrabomberra is slightly untouched when it comes to caching Probably why it's taken me 4.5 years to get here!
I managed to get my pen to leave a mark on the log, but it is a pulpy mess.
Thanks

After a successful late night run through of a soon to be published cache, took to the hills on the way back to the geomobile. Found without issue but logbook completely soaked and unable to be signed. Emptied container, photo attached as evidence. Will need maintenance. TNLN TFTC
In the area visiting son Wombats Inc. That hill is hard work but the find was easy when you got to GZ. The log has dried out so it is usable. However it really should be replaced.

Nice little climb up halfway. Log is dry now but log is past its use by date I think. Great hide in a top location. TFTC
Can't understand how but the container had quite a bit of water in it and the log was very wet. Did manage to sign it but didn't leave anything. TFTC
In Jerra to pick up a float from a friend to finally take daughter's horse to a new home. Only thing I actually picked up was this cache and an invoice for the cost of a hire float! As the saying goes: If Plan A doesn't work, there are still 25 other letters available. Cache a bit damp, but a pleasant spot. TFTC
I came from the top of hill and found the cache half way down. This is my 400th cache on the anniversary of my first caching day, 15 years ago. Great place for a walk. TFTC.
Saturday 3 September 2016 - a cold windy overcast Spring day spitting rain intermittently as we walked over 5.6km in 2.5hrs to find 11 from 14 caches. Thx muggle husband. TFTC Mr Macca.
Found on a leisurely afternoon bushwalking with two budding photographers. Took a duck and left a Polaroid photo.
Found it. Log wet and there was a couple of cms of water in the bottom of the cache. Family of kangaroos watched on. Are they classed as muggles? Tftc
This was much more difficult than you would think because I attempted this one after finding "Jerra Quarry View". I thought if I just headed West from the quarry and then follow the bottom of the hill round I'd be there in a jiffy. But No, I headed west and there was no obvious way down. I followed a path that eventually took me in the opposite direction so I then resorted to bush bashing for a while before I found a good sized track. Happily this path, after meandering through a beautiful gully, took me right to GZ. I was glad for an easy find after my trek. It was then an easy hike back to the car in Macadamia Cl. Log book is a little damp but OK for now. TFTC Mr Macca
Most geocachers, even less addicted ones than ourselves would probably want to start the new year with at least one cache, so we had to go out to get this one to add to our New Years day total. Thanks to Mr Macca for placing this cache and Happy New Year.
Rode most of the way to this cache and walked in from higher up the hill. Several teaspoons of water were in the bottom which were drained. The log book is damp otherwise OK. A good spot perhaps consider inverting the container? Otherwise, thanks.
TFTC. Third on for the afternoon on a great walk around Jerra hills. Found with geopup.
It's Saturday. It's good weather - mostly fine, with a nice chill in the air. I've been crook during the week - I lost seven pounds worshiping the porcelain god, in 24 hours, but I'm better now. I haven't found a cache since Sunday (but I have been looking at puzzle caches). The GeoSchnauzers are looking alert - I've picked up my GPS. So, off we go.
C'mon, GeoSchnauzers!!. Exercise!!! This one's halfway up a mountain!! (OK, a hill). It was an energetic walk, up the hill at least. We found it quickly, good hide though. Thanks for this one. I had trouble signing the log, because the GeoMongrels kept lunging at passing kangaroos, and jerking the dog strings. I got it done, though. TFTC.

We parked the car close to this one, so it was a huge climb to GZ. Lovely bushland around here, and even some temporary shelters built nearby!
We signed the log and were on our way again.
Thanks Mr Macca,
Domsky

#2225 - 21:00; Found myself back in Jerrabomberra this evening as the geoteen wanted to come over here for a dance class. Oh well, two hours to kill, so eine kleine nachtcaching was the order of the night! I had been over recently and picked up the first few in the local pathways series, so with time on my hands, it was off to try for the rest of them. I had picked up another in that series and saw this one wasn't too far off the beaten track, so headed bush to see if I could add a bonus find for the evening. Yup. Might have been easier in the daylight, but no major problems and I soon had cache in hand once at GZ. TFTC Mr Macca
I was glad it was only halfway up today, as I already had quit a few nasty walks under the belt and my legs were killing me. Made it nevertheless and had a pleasant stroll back down.

Another cross-border foray into the delightful homes, paths and bush reserves of Jerrabomberra. We did a bit of walking and a bit of driving. Only a few people looked at us strangely as Marmaduke Rothschild and I skulked around various places. TFTC.
We headed out today with Boot65 and Rapidlywild to clean up a few around Jerrabomberra and Queanbeyan. Met up at the meeting point and started our adventure. After finishing our morning trekking through the bush and grabbing a bite to eat. We were ready for our afternoon expedition. We found a suitable parking spot and was surprised to come across a kangaroo and her joey. We continued around them and collected the cache. On the return to the car we were pleased to see the kangaroo had moved to a locals front yard with lovely green grass and shade. What a great way spend 'straya day! TFTC
So it was time to get out and about with the geocrew for an attack in Jerra and Googong. Todays crew consisted of the FurfacesLL ladies, Boot65 and myself. We had made plans for a gathering in Jerra to kick off the day and the first point of call was COFFEEEEEE for one of the FurfacesLL ladies. I had already downed a can of mother so I was ready to hit the trails. Todays plan was initially to hit the solved puzzles we had in the area, well that's what I was prepared for, little did I know we would be doing ALOT more than planned (shoulda guessed as this is what we always do haha)
We had just completed the hill between the Edwin Land Parkway and Cooma Street (near the quarry) and we crossed the Parkway over to the other side of the tracks and made collections. So far we had collected 6 (5 for me) Trads, 2 Puzzles and a Multi.
This was another nice stroll for collection. We heard some trail bikes in the background while collecting this one. Love trail bikes, I will get myself one someday.
Collection was made, logging duties completed and back to the geomobile we ventured. We did come across a mother roo and her baby who were enjoying the nice green grass on someone's lawn while sitting in the nice shade. We were also watching the sky writer putting up his "interesting" message in the sky lol.
Thanks for the cache and the hike Mr Macca

Easy find whilst heading back from ride to quarry view cache. Also was nice to run into some newby cachers looking for their first cache. Passed on some tips and signed log. TNLN TFTC
Great spot to watch the rain roll in. Thanks to a fellow west Aussie for the cache.
