We spent a considerable time on this one and think that it as there has been considerable storm damage near GZ the cache may now be missing or covered. Suggest a check by CO to see if it's still okay.
The area has been severally damaged due to the recent flooding.
The cache is not longer there and now this may not be the best place for a cache.

I know this area very well as I regularly come here with my bird watching group and walk the Swallow Reach track from near the Ebenezer Church.
Today I was pleased to see that the drive down to the picnic area has been repaired - finally!
The track began as normal until I reached the two barking dogs - where were they? Must have still been asleep.
From that point on it was obvious no one has been on this track for a long time as it is extremely overgrown, mostly with Farmers Friends (should be Farmers Unfriends) but fortunately they were not quite ready to release their seeds. Once at GZ, well I overshot the mark and went to our usual stopping point, returned to GZ. I thought I understood the hint so that narrowed my search possibilities. Very soon had CIH. SL and returned along the track to the geomobile.

After a short walk from the top of the road and past the car park!! We made our way to the cache location. A quick search soon had the cache in hand. Tftc
#3587 A few minute but almost near a regular location. Only after 5mins did the clue make sense. And me being a cartographer! duh. Many thanks to the CO **GazMag** for establishing and maintaining this cache for the rest of us to hunt down and enjoy. Geobike almost made it all the way!

I'm working in the area for a few weeks.
Having finally caught up on online logging, I was eager to collect some more caches from around this region while I'm out here.
I had originally come here yesterday, but while I was making my way to GZ I was being logged out of my iPhone app, seems Groundspeaks server was offline. This then didn't allow me to read on hint or previous logs. Today everything was all systems go. The tricky little cache was soon found. The log was damp and full, so I figured if leave it out to dry while I went and did 'Seat of Contemplation'. On my return the log was dry, I left a new supplementary log and replaced it and the cache a few cm away from where found, as the cache was a little better protected.
Find: 399
1st of 3 finds for today
0 DNFs for today
Cache: in good condition
Log/Logbook: Old log full, added a new supplementary log.

A big day around Sackville collecting 6xGC and 18xGCA caches.
Not wanting to chance my luck with the barking dogs after success at the Seat of Contemplation, I approached this one from the other end. Made a quick find, SL and replaced. Log slightly damp.

Tftc, slippery and bouncy bridge. A search in a slightly trollish position proved fruitful.
This had us stumped for a little while but a reading of the logs helped point us in the right direction.

Busy start to the day, so it was almost 3pm by the time I was ready to head out the door - my that lawn looks nice...
Decided I wanted a few finds as there have been too many days lately where I've only managed one. But for that I have to travel a bit, so ended up around Freemans Reach / Wilberforce.
Went for seven, including two previous DNFs. While I expunged those DNFs, I replaced them, only managing five finds.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
I actually took longer to find the trailhead than the cache with this one - the limitations of looking from a car.
Finally spotted it and a pleasant walk to GZ (punctuated by the regular sound of motor boats on the river) and pretty much found it in the first place I looked.
Completed signing duties and replaced.
Now onto more of a challenging hide...

Parked up near the church and headed off for a walk along the trail. Stopped along the way to do some birdwatching. When I approached the bridge, I passed a muggle and his dog. His dog wouldnt go past me, so they both walked back across the bridge to the picnic area. I had a quick look around, but couldnt spot anything, so headed back to the car.
Today's in such beautiful weather I took a tour from Wilberforce to Ebenezer and took the ferry across the Hawkesbury back to Tizzana Road. I was able to look at old buildings along the tracks, taking a nice busch walk to enjoy the beautiful view of the river.
This tour was very nice and I have enjoyed myself very much
Thank you

An enjoyable walk after a picnic lunch nearby. After finding the cache we decided to continue along the track to the end before heading back to the car. No boats today and the area was very peaceful apart from a couple of humongous dogs in a nearby field that wanted to eat us up when we walked past! TFTC!

I remember coming through here years ago, if only I knew there was a cache here back then. I came from the wrong side of the creek and was a bit worried on this warm day for Joe Blakes. Eventually found the cache in it's hidy hole and I did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM

Beautiful day for a spot of caching with Lucky1955, alnic39 & phlphotos.

So what do you do when you are off work sick and possibly contagious? Go geocaching. I was going stir crazy, so a drive in the country was what the doctor ordered. Well, he didn't order anything really. Nothing you can do about a stomach bug, other than let it "run" its course, (pardon the pun and) TFTC.
We were returning along Sackville Road after finding a few caches in the EG-Q series when YGAT said she’d like to see if there actually was a wharf at the end of Ebenezer Wharf Road. Well, there doesn’t appear to be a wharf anymore but there was a nice walking trail so we took a quick stroll down to the river. There I checked for caches and this one was very close by so we walked on to grab it.
Thanks GazMag, it’s an absolutely brilliant place for a cache.

What a lovely spot, which we stumbled upon quite by accident. I loved the horses grazing nearby. The cache was quickly found. SL TFTC
This one took longer than it should have as three of us looked in the right place and still missed it. We enjoyed the walk through to the church along this pleasant little track.
In and out lots of side roads finding caches and ended up at this one. Shame the facilities don't look they get used that much.

Dropped on by while knocking off TeamMerlins power trail. The track is very soft going down on foot, so I can imagine the difficulty in driving a vehicle down here.
I do wonder how often the picnic tables get used, but can only assume the locals would know of this secret place, thanks for the smiley Gazmag

Second visit and a find this time - thanks to GazMag for clarification on approximate location, which confirmed earlier assumptions. Although the location was checked on last visit, had to stretch fingers to the limit in order to just touch the cache...which with the aid of a nearby stick was able to retrieve.
Cache wet on the inside, but log still ok. Dried out container and bag, repacked log and pencil, then replaced cache within easier reach for smaller hands (ie geoKids).
Thanks again to GazMag for this cache.

Although it was raining, couldn't find it on today's visit - will be back to find this cache. Great walk in a very historic part of the Hawkesbury
My first time at this location I was not successful. Armed with a new Garmin GPS unit I attempted again. This time proving successful. SL and replaced. tftc
Wow - loved this area - we enjoyed walk along to GZ and signed the log. Thanks GazMag.
Great day out for caching with Everlasting - enjoyed this area and nice hide park. Thanks for bringing us here ★★★
Thanks for bringing me here. A great afternoon walk with the geodog. A nice easy find in a likely spot.
Tried this one after a DNF at a nearby puzzle. Just as we got to the parking area the heavens opened up. Sat in the car waiting for a break, 10 minutes later we were off - 4 dogs and 2 cachers. We struggled at GZ, lost a dog, no clue on the hint so rang the CO. SL #1456 on streak day #704 TFTC log book still has a plenty of room.
Planned this for my day 35 cache and after one false start had the cache in hand. I had to wait for some walkers to go by before I could make the grab

On an Ebenezer/Wisemans/Cattai sweep with All Strung Out and Kieran6 and a short walk across the field (past some impressive power transformer access) to a narrow pathway. The inconclusive seek to the side on a 'Cacher track', and some initial frustration was relieved with a fortuitous fingers' grasp. TFTC
After I had a feel around, then Kieran6 had a try and a wander here and a wander there, eventually found by whitemushroom. Trickyl little spot!

This certainly should not have taken as long as it did. I looked at the hide straight up but didn't see the cache. Only after going across and over and under and around did I stop to consider the clue and that put me back at my initial options. Then I saw it. Thanks GazMag, interesting little park.

It was nice to get one cache today that needed a bit of a walk.
I went to the wrong side initially (misled by what looked like a caching trail), then realised the GPS was pointing back the other way. Once on the right side the find was almost instant. As soon as I saw the hide I realised what the hint had meant.
It started raining as I was signing the log, and I got a bit wet on the way back to the car.
Thanks

As a kid i would belt along this track on my bike. Todays walk in was at a much more relaxed pace . I arrived at GZ to be overwhelmed with the possible hide locations. After about 20minutes i thought i had narrowed it down to one place but was still empty handed. It had to be there, so i retrieved an emergency caching tool in the form of a stick. Soon after had CIH. Thanks GazMag for the cache.
Who ever was here last was a little over the top with the replacement i think.

Under the watchful eye of the CO, only to assist by saying your on the wrong side.
And finding out what the container was, The cache had to be in only one spot.

Some say I'm slow. Not only did the geohubby find this almost immediately, but as we were on our way (about two caches later) I finally said, "Oh, that's what the clue meant." Luckily we didn't need it back then. Thanks for the stroll along by the river. TFTC
Found fairly quickly for a GazMag cache. I was suprised it wasn't something disguised as an electrical device on the ground. TFTC.
